This study aims to identify the distribution of drinking water quality by region, assess the level of drinking water quality, and evaluate its impact on public health in Depok City, West Java. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. Data were obtained from field surveys previously carried out by the Depok City Health Office through structured interviews and laboratory testing of water samples. Drinking water quality data from 570 households were analyzed using correlation and spatial analysis. The results showed that approximately 97.5% of household water samples in Depok did not meet drinking water quality standards during the study period. About 94.1% of the water samples used for drinking had the potential to cause waterborne diseases. The factor significantly associated with waterborne diseases was types of occupation (p-value = 0.003).
