Rita Damayanti, MSPH : Professor Bruce J. Maycock Electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes), of which the health effects are still unknown, are significantly gaining their popularity in Indonesia. A massive news release on the internet talking about e-cigarettes might contribute to robust public’s concern about the use of e-cigarettes that could influence policy makers in considering the regulation of these devices. Therefore, this study aims to analyze how online mass media frame the message of e-cigarettes based upon topics of the story, news source, and coverage of benefits and harms of these products. This study performed a content-analysis method using a variable coding sheet in four popular online news media in Indonesia. This study found 418 articles mentioning about e-cigarettes of which 320 articles (76.6%) were included in the content analysis. Majority of the article (70.9%) have a negative frame and mainly talked about the policy issue of these devices. The news source that was frequently used in the articles is scientist/researcher (34.7%). The studied articles mostly presented harms of ecigarettes rather than their benefits. Thus, most of the online news media tend to present unfavourable stories about e-cigarettes and might try to influence the Co-Advisor readers to oppose these products. TB is a more difficult problem than TB, because MDR TB had longer treatment, more expensive treatment and less successful treatment. In Sukabumi, the first case of MDR TB found in 2012, in the last 5 years found cases of MDR as many as 45 cases. This research aims to find the risk factors of MDR TB in Sukabumi City at 2012 -2017. This research used case control study design with cases is TB MDR and control is TB BTA (+) . Number of samples 45 respondents for each group from register TB book. The results its PMO (p = 0.04), a history of relapse treatment (p = 0.013), a history of failed treatment (p <0.005) and DOTS (p = 0,04) association with TB MDR.. To preventif TB MDR the Dinas Kesehatan always to conduct prevention efforts both with counseling for community, provision of training for health worker, monitoring and evaluation of sustainable TB program for health service. Dinas Kesehatan has supprort Puskesmas to observed risk factors of MDR TB.
Undergraduate female students have high learning activities and need a balanced nutritional intake, especially energy and macronutrients to meet their needs. However, in reality due to their busy schedule during lectures, many undergraduate female students do not pay attention to their nutritional intake, so the amount of energy and macronutrient intake consumed becomes more or less than the recommended one. This research is quantitative research with a descriptive survey that aims to describe the characteristics, energy intake, and macronutrients of undergraduate female students in the Nutrition Program at the University of Indonesia. The design of this study was cross-sectional using secondary data analysis of FKM UI undergraduate from February to July 2022. The respondents in this study were 137 active Nutrition FKM UI undergraduate female students. Data analysis used univariate analysis on undergraduate female students characteristics variables (pocket money, nutritional knowledge, nutritional status, eating frequency, breakfast habits, and snacking frequency), energy intake, intake of macronutrients (carbohydrates, protein, and fat). ). The results showed that most of the respondents' variables were in the low or less than average category, namely pocket money (59.9%), knowledge of nutrition (71.5%), frequency of food (56.9%), breakfast habits (58, 4%), and snacking frequency (59.1%), energy intake (95.6%), carbohydrate intake (99.3%), protein intake (70.1%), and fat intake (77.4%). Meanwhile, the respondent variable in the normal category is the nutritional status (67.2%).
The development of digital information and communication technology affects human life and has an impact on increasing the use of social media such as TikTok with various purposes, especially to promote food products targeting teenagers. This causes teenagers following food trends on social media, but the choices they make are not good, which triggers nutritional problems for adolescents. This study aims to determine the relationship between TikTok social media and adolescent eating behavior in Malang. This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional design of 200 respondents and was carried out from May to June 2022. The data was collected through questionnaires. Data analysis began with the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test and the Chi-square test with 95% confidence. Variables that have a significant relationship to adolescent eating behavior are duration and frequency of exposure to food content, with a p-value <0.05. Meanwhile, other variables such as age, gender, education level, BMI, pocket money, family upbringing, and peer influence were not significantly related to adolescent eating behavior in Malang. Suggestions for the Health Office are that this research can be used as a reference in planning educational programs regarding balanced diet through social media, especially TikTok by involving influencers.
