This study describes how the knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of the Soekarno Hatta Class I Port Health Office employees apply health protocols, especially the Soekarno Hatta Class I Port Health Office is the front guard and guard against diseases that do not enter a region or country, and Class I Port Health Office employees I Soekarno Hatta is one of the groups at risk. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research that aims to describe or describe health problems that occur in a particular community or community (Sugiyono, 2017). The application of the health protocol to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 was measured based on several variables of the Soekarno Hatta Class I Port Health Office employees by collecting data at one time. This study aims to describe or describe the implementation of the COVID-19 health protocol by employees of the Soekarno Hatta Class I Port Health Office. Based on univariate results obtained with the results of employee behavior in implementing health protocols to prevent COVID-19 having the following results, behavior in implementing health protocols is good (56.2%) and behavior in implementing health protocols is not good (43.8%), employee knowledge in implementing health protocols for preventing COVID-19 has the following results, knowledge of applying health protocols is high (84.3%) and knowledge of implementing health protocols is less low (15.7%). In the attitude of employees regarding the application of health protocols to prevent COVID-19, the results were as follows, and attitudes regarding the implementation of health protocols were positive (52.9%) and attitudes regarding the implementation of health protocols were negative (47.1%). The results of the study suggest to carry out socialization to all employees related to the benefits if we apply health protocols to avoid COVID-19 disease
Implementation of environmental health inspection of drinking water is a surveillance activity conducted to obtain data and information. Lack of data and information obtained, affecting the unprecedented coverage of drinking water access. The evaluation is related to the implementation of environmental health inspection of drinking water aims to know the description of the implementation of primary healthcare in Seluma and Bengkulu. This type of research is descriptive research using the Cross Sectional design. The population in this study is the entire primary healthcare in Seluma and Bengkulu in the city of 42 primary healthcare. The samples in this study were 30 primary healthcare (minimal sample) which were chosen at random simple or simple random sampling (SRS) in Seluma District and Bengkulu City. Analyze data using statistical analysis and ROC curve testing. Components that are carefully obtained the results that the management structure of the implementation of environmental health inspection is legal aspects and implementation of surveillance is still lacking good. The basic function of environmental health inspection is that confirmation and inner achievement is still less good. Besides, the function of supporting the implementation of environmental health inspection includes guidelines, training, communication systems, facilities, and infrastructure is not good. While in the quality surveillance of the implementation of Environmental health inspection consisting of data quality, simplicity is also still less good. Based on the sensitivity – specificity test among the risk level of environmental health inspection in drinking water to the incidence of diarrhea does not show significant results. results of the evaluation of the implementation of environmental health inspection of drinking water facilities there are 12 variables that are not good Therefore, the support and cooperation of all stakeholders, both central and local governments, public health agencies, and primary healthcare to achieve the objectives of environmental health inspection activities in the field of environmental health is better.
ABSTRACT Name : Hasanah Study Program : Public Health Science Title : Salmonella sp. contamination test on food at the food manufacturing factory in the working area of The Port Health Office in Jakarta, 2018 Counsellor : Dr. Dra. Dewi Susanna, M.Kes Xviii + 139 pages, 35 tables, 12 pictures, 8 attachments Seaport is the gateway for mobility of goods and people so that there is a high potential for transmission and spread of disease especially through food. Salmonella is a pathogenic bacteria that can cause foodborne diseases. This study aims to describe the contamination of Salmonella sp. bacteria on food and get in-depth information on hygiene sanitation of food processing by food handlers and description of critical points of food processing in small scale of food manufacturing factory (TPM) working area of a Port Health Office. This research uses quantitative and qualitative method with cross sectional approach and Rapid Assessment Procedure (RAP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) system approach conducted in April - May 2018. The total samples are 72 food places, food handlers and one food type in each TPM. The data is analyzed using univariat analysist and narrative text form as well as flowchart for HACCP. Salmonella bacteria laboratory test results are negative on all types of food samples tested. Food processing by food handlers; the selection of raw materials, storage, ripening and short serving; causes the bacteria does not develop and grow. The most critical point is in the cooking, storage and reheating process. It needs training for food handlers at TPM working area of KKP in food processing (handling and serving the food) according to the standard of Minister of Health Regulation to prevent microbial contamination on food. Key words: Foodborne diseases, Salmonella sp., food handlers, contamination, HACCP
