Waiting time for laboratory test results as a measure of service performance is an important requirement to prove the quality of laboratory services. The timing of the results of laboratory examinations affects the determination of the patient's diagnosis and therapy. The laboratory quality target indicator sets a target waiting time for the examination of chemical laboratory results of 120 minutes. The achievement of the quality indicator targets in 2020 is only 70% of the target set, there are also complaints about the slowness of the inspection results. Preliminary study from January to February 2021 showed 18% waiting time above 120 minutes.methods Lean six sigma focus on improvement by driving sharp improvements in speed, quality and profitability. This research is anoperational research to provide recommendations for improving waiting time for laboratory examinations using the DMAIC method approach consisting of a cycle of Define (defining), Measure (measure), Analyze (analyze), Improve (recommendation for improvement) and Control (Controlling). The results of the study get an overview of the occurrence of waste in the pre-analytical, analytical and post analytic stages which have an impact on the waiting time for laboratory results. The most dominant wastage occurred in the pre-analytic stage. The percentage of value added of laboratory inspection services before the implementation of Lean six sigma is 67.30% and non value added is 33.83%. After the implementation of Lean six sigma, the value added increased by 38.48% to 91.32% and the value added decreased by 28.42% to 8.68%. It was found that there were eight types of waste, most of which were defects, over processing, delays (waiting time), over production. A lot of waste occurs in the preanalytic and post-analytic stages. Sources of waste based on analysis results fishbone are man and method due to quantity of ATLM (Laboratory Medical Technical Analyst) and ineffective handling of laboratory specimens and handover methods. Improvement proposals are prepared using lean tools such as standardized work, visual management, error profiling, and the application of 5S(Short, Stabilize, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) Interventions carried out with the proposed flow of laboratory examinations, specimen handover methods, as well as re-education on handling laboratory specimens and proposed phlebotomy training

Pelayanan farmasi di rumah sakit merupakan suatu bagian atau fasilitas di rumah sakit. Unit farmasi adalah salah satu revenue center di rumah sakit dimana mempunyai pengaruh besar terhadap pendapatan rumah sakit. Kinerja layanan unit farmasi dapat diukur dari lamanya waktu tunggu pelayanan dalam proses penyiapan obat sesuai resep dokter.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab ketidak berhasilan pencapaian Key Performance Indikator (KPI) unit farmasi rawat jalan,melakukan pengembangan standar yang dibutuhkan, mengidentifikasi gap analysis yang ada dan membuat action plan guna peningkatan kualitas pelayanan.
Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif secara pengamatan (observasional), telaah dokumen dan wawancara mendalam. Teknik penelitian ini adalah teknik triangulasi data, guna penguatan informasi-informasi dengan beberapa cara untuk mengurangi bias yang ada.

Tesis ini membahas tentang kepuasan kerja petugas Puskesmas berdasarkan kepuasan kerja intrinsik dan ekstrinsik, serta membahas kepuasan pelanggan terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan oleh petugas loket pendaftaran, perawat, dokter, dan petugas loket obat di unit rawat jalan Puskesmas Kabupaten Cirebon. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah diketahuinya gambaran kepuasan kerja petugas maupun kepuasan pelanggan Puskesmas serta hubungan antara keduanya. Data diolah melalui analisis univariat, bivariat, multivariat, dan dengan menggunakan diagram kartesius (Importance Performance Analysis). Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja petugas Puskesmas dan kepuasan pelanggan hendaknya pihak terkait seperti Kepala Puskesmas, Dinas Kesehatan dan Pemerintah Daerah berusaha untuk memenuhi harapan petugas Puskesmas dan pelanggan, antara lain meningkatkan insentif bagi petugas, perbaikan manajemen Puskemas, dan pemenuhan peralatan di Puskesmas. Sedangkan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan hendaknya pihak Puskesmas berusaha untuk terus memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik kepada pelanggan dengan berupaya untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, sehingga masyarakat akan puas mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan di tingkat Puskesmas. The study focused into job satisfaction (especially intrinsic and extrinsic’s job satisfaction) among primary healthcare provider and customer satisfaction’s relationship in outpatient’s unit Community Health Centre in Cirebon district. This research used quantitative method with cross sectional approach. The data was processed with univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis using Cartesius diagram. The researcher suggests that Puskesmas, Health district office, District Government should improve the service quality by implementation quality assurance programme in health center (such as Puskesmas accreditation or Pusksmas ISO), remuneration payment system, leadership and management capacity building also medical and non medical equipment availability. ABSTRAK
Tesis ini membahas hubungan faktor sosial budaya, pribadi dan psikologis dengan kepuasan pasien pengguna Kartu Jakarta Sehat (KJS) pada 110 responden di Unit Rawat Jalan RSU UKI. Rancangan penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan potong lintang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepuasan pasien KJS sebesar 40,9%. Akses ke rumah sakit, motivasi, informasi baik dan informasi tidak baik berhubungan signifikan dengan kepuasan pasien KJS, namun motivasi adalah hal yang paling dominan berhubungan. Selain itu kepuasan pasien KJS juga berhubungan signifikan dengan pemanfaatan kembali layanan dan minat merekomendasikan layanan pada orang lain.
ABSTRACT
The focus of this study is the relation among socio-culture, characteristics, and psychology factors to Jakarta Health Card (JHC) Patient Satisfaction in 110 outpatient UKI Hospital. The study design is descriptive quantitative with cross sectional approach. The result shows that only 40,9% of the patients are satisfied with the hospital service. Access to the hospital, motivation, good information and bad information are significantly associated with JHC patient satisfaction, but motivation is the dominant factor. Besides, JHC patient satisfaction also has significant correlation with reuse and recommendation of the hospital service to others.
