Tujuan : Mengetahui hubungan waktu tunggu pasien dan karakteristik pasien terhadap tingkat kepuasan pasien pada pelayanan unit farmasi rawat jalan RS Eka Pekanbaru.
Metode : Penelitian ini memakai desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain potong lintang, yang dilengkapi dengan penelitian kualitatif. Dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret 2019 di unit Farmasi Rawat Jalan RS Eka Pekanbaru. Data primer diambil dengan melakukan pengamatan langsung di farmasi unit rawat jalan dan wawancara kepada Direktur serta Kepala Instalasi Farmasi RS. Data sekunder didapat dari data resep racikan maupun resep non racikan RS Eka Pekanbaru. Semua data kemudian diolah menggunakan sistem dan dianalisa menggunakan pendekatan PLS-SEM.
Hasil : Ratarata pelayanan farmasi unit rawat jalan RS. Eka Pekanbaru memiliki waktu 17.13 menit obat non racikan dan 33.48 menit obat racikan. Usia tua puas dengan responsiveness, pasien yang bekerja puas dengan tangible. Namun secara umum karakteristik pasien tidak mempengaruhi dari keseluruhan kualitas layanan.
Kesimpulan : Manajemen masih pelu melakukan perbaikan terhadap waktu tunggu terhadap resep racikan. Adanya waktu tunggu penyelesaian resep obat semakin cepat akan meningkatkan kepuasan, yang didukung dengan kualitas layanan yang baik
Background : The hospital as an institution providing health services, is responsible for providing services in the community that can provide a sense of security, effectiveness, quality and non-discrimination by prioritizing the interests of patients. Doctors prescriptions and their fulfillment by the pharmacy department reflect the quality service in Hospital. The delay in receiving drug caused dissatisfaction from the patient and reduced trust. In 2015 to 2016, the waiting time prescription for outpatient patients at Eka Pekanbaru Hospital was still around 1 hour 4 minutes for nonconcoction drugs and 1 hour for concoction drugs. In 2017 there was an improvement but the patient satisfaction rate still could not reach 95% of hospital provisions. This can lead to patient reluctance to return to treatment which reduces hospital income.
Objective: To determine the correlation between patient waiting time and patient characteristics to the level of patient satisfaction at the outpatient pharmacy unit in the Eka Pekanbaru hospital.
Method: This study uses a quantitative research design with cross-sectional design, which is supplemented by qualitative research. Performed in March 2019 in the outpatient pharmacy department of the Eka Pekanbaru hospital. Primary data was taken by conducting direct observation in the outpatient pharmacy unit and interviewing the Director and Head of the Pharmacy Installation. Secondary data was obtained from data on recipe concoctions and recipes for non-concoction of Eka Pekanbaru Hospital. All data were then processed using an analyzed system using PLS-SEM approach.
Results: The average time for outpatient pharmacy units in RS Pekanbaru takes 17.13 minutes for non-concoction medicine and 33.48 minutes for concoction medicine Old age has satisfied with the responsiveness, patients who work was satisfied with tangible. But in general the characteristics of patients did not influence the overall quality of the service.
Conclusion: management still needs to improve the waiting time for concoction recepies. The waiting time for drug prescription completion will increase satisfaction, which is supported by good service quality

Geographical is one risk factor of hypertension , islands regions exposed to morerisky hypertension compared mountainous regions . Kepulauan Seribuconstituting the district administration of jakarta province of indonesia , whoseentire region in the form of small islands .Characteristic of a disease in KepulauanSeribu began experiencing shift with dominated with degenerative diseases .Inadministrative districts Kepulauan Seribu sufferers of hypertension increased in2012 with the percentage 8.03 % become 15.6 % in 2013 .The purpose of researchis to know the relationship habits of consumption of foods high in salt withhypertension after scene controlled with confounding variables (stress , physicalactivity , smoking , the consumption of alcohol , age , sexes , education , work ,and family history) on the Pulau Panggang and Pulau Pramukan KabupatenAdministrasi Kepulauan Seribu on 2016. The study is done on the PulauPanggang and Pulau Pramuka Kepulauan Seribu Utara in february 2016. Theresearch uses design cross sectional study, data collection is done with simplerandom sampling through interviews with on 176 the respondents from ≥40 years.The results of this study found some 55.1 % respondents in the Pulau Panggangand Pulau Pramuka in 2016 suffers from hypertension, on respondentsnormotensi, 66,7 % him have a habit of food consumption high salt not every dayof 35,2 % have a habit of food consumption high salt every day. The logisticsregression show the relation between a meaningful food consumption in the highsalt hypertension after controlled variable stress and physical activity ( p value =.05, CI 95% = 2,02-10,04). Habit of food consumption high salt every day is a riskof hypertension, this risk increase if not doing activities physical and stress.

In 2017 the average waiting time for the process of Discharged Patients Administration at Eka Pekanbaru Hospital is 246 minutes (> 2 hours), it causes patient complaint so it is necessary to analyze the causes of the long waiting time with the Lean-Six Sigma approach to be able to see the waste that occurs. This is operational research that uses quantitative and qualitative design. The result of this research showed that the Discharged Patients Administration in hospital begins from the instruction of the doctor that the patient can go home until the patient receives an administrative payment receipt. The results of this research were also described with the value stream mapping that showed lead time of discharged patients administration process is 356,42 minutes, with value added 70,49 minutes (22,58%), and non value added 285,93 minutes (77,42%). The longest process occurs on nursing unit and inpatient administration unit. The longest waste is waiting waste of 193,33 minutes (69,44%) of the total waste that found. Based on fishbone diagram analysis it is known that most of the root cause of discharged patients administration process problem come from man category. Tesis ini membahas tentang waktu tunggu pelayanan resep pasien umum di Farmasi URJ Selatan P. K. St. Carolus. Dari penelitian didapatkan bahwa rata-rata waktu tunggu pelayanan resep pasien umum sebesar 21.90 menit untuk resep non-racikan dan 39.40 menit untuk resep racikan. Untuk resep non racikan, waktu untuk tindakan sebesar 8.78 menit lebih kecil dari waktu jeda yaitu 13.13 menit. Sedangkan untuk resep racikan, waktu tindakan sebesar 26.75 menit lebih lama dari waktu jeda yaitu 12.75 menit, hal ini dikarenakan adanya proses peracikan. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi waktu tunggu pelayanan resep pasien umum di P. K. St. Carolus adalah adanya jeda waktu dimana resep tidak diproses, adanya proses peracikan, ketidaksesuaian pengetahuan dan keterampilan SDM, SDM yang belum memadai, ketersediaan obat yang kurang, kecepatan dan keterampilan petugas, sistem komputerisasi yang belum memadai, dan sarana ruangan yang kurang luas.

This study analyzes the waiting time of prescription services in Installation of Pharmacy Awal Bros Hospital, Bekasi. It is a qualitative and quantitative research, with sampel of 172 prescriptions, both concoction and non concontion drugs. This study found that the average waiting time of conconction drugs is 41 minutes, while the non concoction drugs is 22 minutes. The factors affecting those waitng time is insufficient of human resources, lack of drugs provision, inadequate correction of IT system lack of work experience, improper working space for doing concoction drugs.

Latar Belakang: Waktu tunggu rawat jalan adalah waktu yang diperlukan seorang pasien mulai dari saat mendaftar sampai dengan dipanggil untuk diperiksa oleh dokter spesialis. Merupakan gambaran dari kemampuan fasilitas sarana dan prasarana serta SDM dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Di RSUD H Hanafie, waktu tunggu masih menjadi kendala dalam pelayanan terhadap pasien poliklinik. Masih cukup sering didapatkan komplain dari pasien baik yang disampaikan langsung maupun lewat kotak saran. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui waktu tunggu pasien rawat jalan, waktu tunggu pendaftaran, waktu tunggu rekam medik, waktu tunggu spesialis serta mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebabnya. Serta mengetahui persepsi dan harapan pasien terhadap pelayanan rawat jalan. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Cross Sectional, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Teknik sampel Systemic Random Sampling, Instrumen penelitian Formulir Observasi, Pedoman wawancara mendalam dengan informan, pedoman wawancara mendalam (FGD). Data kuantitatif di analisa univariat dan multivariat menggunakan software SPSS versi 26. Hasil: Rata-rata waktu tunggu 109±25 menit, waktu tunggu pendaftaran 51±20 menit, waktu tunggu rekam medik 20± 9 menit dan waktu tunggu spesialis 38±15 menit. Waktu tunggu poli terbaik adalah poli Syaraf dan Poli Paru dengan waktu rata-rata 99 dan 98 menit dan berbeda bermakna dengan P masing-masing 0,012 dan 0,010. Terdapat sejumlah faktor yang menyebabkan waktu tunggu memanjang, baik kendala SDM, sarana dan prasarana serta regulasi. Background: Outpatient waiting time is the time it takes the patient from registering until being called to be examined by a specialist. This is an overview of the ability of facilities and infrastructure as well as human resources in providing services to the community. At H. Hanafie Hospital, waiting time is still an obstacle in providing services to patients at the polyclinic. Complaints of patients are still quite common, either directly or through the suggestion box. Objectives: This study aims to determine outpatient waiting time, registration waiting time, medical record waiting time, specialist waiting time, and to determine the factors that cause it. As well as knowing the patient's perceptions and expectations of outpatient services. Method: This research uses cross sectional method, with quantitative and qualitative approaches, Systemic Random Sampling, Research Instrument Observation Form, Guidelines for in-depth interviews from informants, and in-depth interview guidelines (FGD). Quantitative data were analyzed univariate and multivariate using SPSS version 26. Result: The average waiting time was 109 ± 25 minutes, registration waiting time was 51 ± 20 minutes, medical record waiting time was 20 ± 9 minutes and specialist waiting time was 38 ± 15 minutes. The best waiting time for the polyclinic was the neurology department and the pulmonology department with a mean time of 99 and 98 minutes and significantly different with P 0.012 and 0.010, respectively. There are a number of factors that lead to prolonged waiting times, including human resource constraints, facilities and infrastructure and regulations.
