Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor gizi balita, faktor sosial ekonomi dan faktor lingkungan terhadap pneumonia balita di pulau Kalimantan pada tahun 2018 serta melihat pola persebaran secara spasial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain studi ekologi. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan data agregat dari Riskesdas 2018 dan BPS 2018. Unit analisis terdiri 56 kabupaten/kota di pulau Kalimantan. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan uji statistik korelasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini, didapatkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan faktor gizi balita dengan prevalensi pneumonia balita dipulau Kalimantan. Berdasarkan analisis menggunakan pemetaan dengan teknik overlay menunjukkan bahwa kabupaten/kota dengan prevalensi pneumonia yang tinggi cenderung memiliki prevalensi faktor gizi balita yang tidak baik terdiri dari empat wilayah prioritas (Paser, Kotawaringin Timur, Bengkayang dan Sukamara). Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara faktor sosial ekonomi dengan prevalensi pneumonia balita; persentase penduduk miskin (pvalue=0,006) dan kepadatan penduduk (pvalue=0,058) serta adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara faktor lingkungan; persentase rumah tangga dengan ventilasi kurang (pvalue=0,048) terhadap prevalensi pneumonia pada balita.
This research discusses about the relationship between under-five nutritional factors, socio-economic factors and environmental factors towards under-five pneumonia on the island of Kalimantan in 2018 and looks at the pattern of spatial distribution. This research is a quantitative study using an ecological study design. The research used the aggregate data from Riskesdas 2018 and BPS 2018. The analysis unit consists of 56 districts/cities on the island of Kalimantan. The analysis used in this study is to use a statistical correlation test. This study found that that there was no relationship between under-five nutritional factors and the prevalence of under-five pneumonia on the island of Kalimantan. The analysis using mapping with the overlay technique, it is shown that districts/cities with a high prevalence of pneumonia tend to have a prevalence of poor nutritional factors for toddlers consisting of four priority areas (Paser, Kotawaringin Timur, Bengkayang and Sukamara). However, the result of this study showed significant relationship between socio economic factors and the prevalence of pneumonia among children under five of age; percentage of poor people (pvalue=0,006) and population desinty (pvalue=0,059) and there is a significant relationship between environmental factors; percentage of households with poor ventilation (pvalue=0,048) and prevalence of pneumonia in children under five.

Balita merupakan kelompok yang rentan untuk mengalami gizi lebih karena penambahan dan pembesaran sel lemak terjadi secara cepat. Gizi lebih terjadi karena asupan yang masuk ke dalam tubuh lebih besar daripada pengeluaran energi. Angka kejadian gizi lebih pada balita di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, yaitu 10,8% melebihi angka kejadian gizi lebih balita di Indonesia, yaitu 8%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan proporsi faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kejadian gizi lebih pada balita. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian cross-sectional dengan menggunakan data sekunder Riset Kesehatan Dasar 2018. Analisis bivariat dilakukan dengan uji chi square dan regresi linier. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kejadian gizi lebih pada balita (Z-score (> +2 SD)) di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, yaitu 23,9%. Hasil analisis pada faktor orang tua (IMT Ibu) menunjukkan perbedaan proporsi yang signifikan. Sementara faktor orang tua yang lainnya, faktor anak, dan faktor sosial ekonomi tidak menunjukkan adanya perbedaan proporsi yang signifikan. Diperlukan kesadaran keluarga terutama ibu sebagai pengasuh utama balita untuk lebih memerhatikan pola konsumsi balita demi mencegah berlanjutnya kejadian gizi lebih hingga fase kehidupan selanjutnya.
Toddlers are a group that is vulnerable on getting excess nutrition because of the addition and enlargement of fat cells occurs quickly. Overnutrition occurs because of the intake that enters the body is greater than energy expenditure. The incidence of overnutrition in toddlers at South Sumatera Province, which is 10,8%, exceeds the incidence of overnutrition in Indonesia, which is 8%. This study aims to analyze the difference in the proportion of factors that cause the occurrence of overnutrition in toddlers. This research is a cross-sectional study using secondary data from Basic Health Research 2018. Bivariate analysis was carried out using chi square and linear regression test. The results of this study indicate the incidence of overnutrition in toddlers (Z-score (> +2 SD)) in South Sumatera Province, which is 23,9%. The result of the analysis on parental factors (Mother’s BMI) showed that there was a significant difference in proportion. Meanwhile, other parental factors, child factors, and socioeconomic factors did not show any significant differences in proportion. Family awareness, especially mothers as the main caregivers of toddlers, are needed to pay more attention on toddlers consumption patterns in order to prevent the continuation of overnutrition in the next phase of life.

Abstrak:
Sarapan penting dilakukan terutama bagi anak usia sekolah untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan konsentrasi belajar di sekolah. Sarapan belum menjadi kebiasaan yang rutin dilakukan anak sebelum melakukan aktivitasnya disekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor individu, sosial-ekonomi, dan lingkungan dengan kebiasaan sarapan pada siswa sekolah dasar negeri terpilih di Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross-sectional dengan menggunakan data sekunder dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 345 siswa kelas 4 dan 5 di lima sekolah dasar negeri terpilih di Banten. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebesar 52,8 siswa terbiasa melakukan sarapan. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengaruh orang tua dan ketersediaan sarapan dengan kebiasaan sarapan. Peneliti menyarankan kepada pihak sekolah untuk mengadakan program sarapan bersama, kantin sekolah dapat menyediakan sarapan untuk siswa, orangtua dapat menyediakan sarapan yang mudah dan sederhana, mengajak dan mengingatkan anak untuk sarapan sebelum berangkat ke sekolah serta dapat menyediakan bekal jika anak tidak sempat untuk sarapan di rumah.

This study aims to know the association between individual, social economy, and environment factors with breakfast habits among selected public elementary school students. This study used a cross sectional study design using secondary data with total respondents 345 students grade 4 and 5 in five selected public elementary schools in Banten. The results showed 52,8 of students accustomed to breakfast. The result of statistical analysis shows that there was significant association between the influence of parents and the availability of breakfast with breakfast habits. The researcher suggests to the schools to hold the breakfast program together, the school canteen can provide breakfast for students, parents can persuade and remind their children to do the breakfast before they are going to school, also can provide lunch box if children did not have time to breakfast at home.

Data UNICEF menunjukan bahwa prevalensi Bayi Berat Lahir Rendah (BBLR) di Indonesia belum mengalami penurunan yang signifikan selama satu setengah dekade [2000 (11,2%) ? 2015 (10%)]. Indonesia berada diurutan ke sembilan di dunia dengan kejadian BBLR terbanyak. Kemudian, bayi yang lahir dengan berat <2500 gram (BBLR) berisiko lebih tinggi mengalami kematian usia dini, pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang terhambat, IQ rendah, dan penyakit tidak menular. Salah satu penyebab BBLR adalah anemia yang mana diketahui kekurangan zat besi menjadi salah satu faktor resikonya. Kekurangan zat besi pada ibu hamil dapat dicegah dengan mengonsumsi tablet tambah darah (TTD) selama kehamilan sesuai anjuran (≥90 tablet). Namun, ibu hamil di Indonesia yang mengonsumsi TTD sesuai anjuran masih tergolong rendah (38%). Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan konsumsi TTD pada ibu selama kehamilan terhadap BBLR. Desain studi yang digunakan adalah cross-sectional dengan menganalisis data Riset Kesehatan Dasar tahun 2018. Analisis chi square untuk mengetahui hubungan antara exposure (konsumsi TTD) dan outcome (BBLR) serta variabel lain yang diikutkan dalam penelitian ini. Konsumsi TTD sebagai determinan, dan variabel independen lainnya adalah komplikasi kehamilan, usia gestasi, paritas, riwayat hipertensi, keinginan memiliki anak, usia kehamilan saat K1, frekuensi ANC, umur ibu saat kehamilan, tingkat pendidikan, status pekerjaan, wilayah tempat tinggal, dan kebiasaan merokok. Ada hubungan signifikan antara konsumsi TTD ibu selama kehamilan dengan kejadian BBLR. Ibu yang tidak mengonsumi TTD minimal ≥90 tablet berisiko 1,12 kali lebih besar untuk melahirkan BBLR (95% CI: 1,02-1,2). Faktor lain yang berhubungan secara signifikan dengan BBLR adalah komplikasi kehamilan, usia gestasi, paritas, riwayat hipertensi, keinginan memiliki anak, frekuensi antenatal care, umur ibu, tingkat pendidikan ibu, status pekerjaan, wilayah tempat tinggal, dan kebiasaan merokok. Diharapkan selama kehamilan ibu rutin mengonsumsi TTD 1 tablet setiap hari minimal 90 tablet, dan rutin melakukan pemeriksaaan kehamilan untuk memantau pertumbuhan dan perkembangan bayi sehingga mencegah kejadian BBLR.

Indonesia is ranked ninth in the world with the highest incidence of LBW. Then, babies born weighing <2500 grams (LBW) are at higher risk of premature death, stunted growth and development, low IQ, and non-communicable diseases. One of the causes of LBW is anemia where iron deficiency is known to be a risk factor. Iron deficiency in pregnant women can be avoided by taking blood-added tablets (TTD) as long as recommended (≥90 tablets). However, pregnant women in Indonesia who consume iron tablets as recommended are still low (38%). Therefore, this study aims to determine the relationship between maternal consumption of iron tablets during pregnancy and low birth weight. The study design used was cross-sectional by analyzing the 2018 Basic Health Research data. Chi-square analysis was used to determine the relationship between exposure (TTD consumption) and outcome (LBW) as well as other variables included in this study. TTD consumption as a determinant and other independent variables are pregnancy complications, gestational age, parity, history of hypertension, desire to have children, gestational age at K1, frequency of ANC, maternal age at pregnancy, education level, employment status, area of residence, and smoking habits. There is a significant relationship between maternal TTD consumption during pregnancy and the incidence of LBW. Variabel yang berhubungan signifikan dengan gizi kurang adalah asupan energi (p value 0,024 dan OR 4,792), ASI eksklusif (p value0,039 dan OR 3,45), rutinitas menimbang di Posyandu (p value 0,016 dan OR 3,5),rutinitas cuci tangan dengan sabun (p value 0,012 dan OR 3,6) dan penggunaan jamban sehat (p value 0,04 dan OR 2,867). Salah satu fokus program pembangunan kesehatan di Indonesia saat sekarang merupakan stunting. Stunting adalah kegagalan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan karena multifaktor diantaranya sanitasi lingkungan yang buruk, asupan gizi kurang, penyakit infeksi, dll yang ditandai dengan tinggi atau panjang badan tidak sesuai dengan umurnya (TB/U20%). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui faktor risiko kejadian stunting pada balita yang dikaitkan dengan sanitasi lingkungan dan asupan gizi pada Balita 6-59 bulan di Wilayah Kecamatan Batang Kapas, Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan, Provinsi Sumatera Barat pada Tahun 2023. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 189 sampel. Analisis data dilakukan dengan SPSS yaitu analisis univariat Distribusi Frekuensi, Analisis bivariate (Chi-square) dan analisis multivariat (regresi logistik). Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara variabel-variabel sanitasi lingkungan dan asupan gizi dengan kejadian stunting pada balita yaitu variabel perilaku BABS, variabel perilaku CTPS, variabel Pengolahan Air Minum dan Makanan Rumah Tangga (PAM-RT), variabel sarana dan kepemilikan jamban dan variabel asupan zat gizi. Semua variabel sanitasi lingkungan dan asupan gizi yang diteliti merupakan faktor risiko kejadian stunting pada balita karena memiliki OR>1 Sedangkan variabel yang paling besar pengaruhnya yaitu variabel CTPS. Terdapat faktor risiko sanitasi lingkungan dan asupan gizi terhadap kejadian stunting pada balita. Dan disarankan kepada Puskesmas dan Dinas Kesehatan untuk melakukan pemberantasan stunting dengan pemicuan STBM dan peningkatan asupan memberikan edukasi kepada ibu balita serta ibu hamil untuk memakan makanan beragam, bergizi dan seimbang serta meningkatkan pemberian PMT pada balita terutama PMT lokal bernilai gizi yang banyak di wilayah tersebut seperti Ikan. Perlu peningkatan kerjasama lintas sektor untuk memberantas faktor risiko sanitasi lingkungan yang buruk dan asupan gizi yang kurang pemicu stunting. One of the current focuses of health development programs in Indonesia is stunting. Stunting is failure of growth and development due to multiple factors including the poor environmental sanitation, the inadequate nutritional intake, the infectious diseases, etc. which is characterized by height or body length that is not appropriate for age (TB/U 20%). The goal of the research is ttg=termine the risk factors for stunting in toddlers which are associated with environmental sanitation and nutritional intake in toddlers 6-59 months . The design of this research is cross sectional with a total sample of 189 samples. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS, namely Frequency Distribution univariate analysis, bivariate analysis (Chi-square) and multivariate analysis (logistic regression). There is a significant relationship between environmental sanitation variables and nutritional intake and the incidence of stunting in toddlers, namely the behavioral variable of ODF, the behavioral variable of CTPS, home food and drink processing (PAM-RT) variable, latrine ownership variable and nutrient intake variable. All environmental sanitation and nutritional intake variables studied are risk factors for stunting in toddlers because they have OR> 1. Meanwhile, the variable with the greatest influence is the CTPS variable. There are risk factors for environmental sanitation and nutritional intake in the incidence of stunting among toddlers. And it is recommended that the Community Health Center and Health Service eradicate stunting by triggering STBM and increasing intake. education for mothers of toddlers and pregnant mothers to eat diverse, nutritious and balanced food and increase the provision of PMT to toddlers, especially local PMT with nutritional value which is abundant in the region, such as fish. There is a need to increase cross-sector collaboration to eradicate the risk factors of poor environmental sanitation and inadequate nutritional intake that trigger stunting.

Abstrak:
Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan status Keluarga Sadar Gizi (Kadarzi) dan faktor lainnya dengan nilai z-score BB/U, TB/U dan BB/TB balita usia 6-59 bulan. Data sekunder yang digunakan berasal dari data survei Penilaian Status Gizi (PSG) dan Kadarzi 2012 di Kota Probolinggo. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional dengan melibatkan 337 sampel keluarga. Hubungan antara status Kadarzi dan faktor lainnya dengan nilai z-score BB/U, TB/U dan BB/TB balita dianalisis menggunakan uji T-Test Independen, uji Anova dan uji Korelasi. Uji multivariat yang digunakan adalah uji Regresi Berganda. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa sebanyak 32,6% keluarga balita di Kota Probolinggo telah berperilaku Kadarzi. Persentase gizi kurang, pendek dan kurus pada balita masih di atas angka nasional. Nilai z-score BB/U, TB/U dan BB/TB balita adalah -1,06±1,34 SD, -1,45±1,94 SD, dan -0,36±1,56 SD. Uji statistik yang dilakukan menemukan hubungan antara konsumsi garam beryodium, pemberian vitamin A, usia balita, pendidikan ayah dan pendidikan ibu dengan nilai z-score BB/U balita (p<0,005). Terdapat hubungan signifikan antara pemberian vitamin A dan pengetahuan gizi ibu dengan nilai z-score TB/U balita (p<0,005). Terdapat hubungan antara usia balita dengan nilai z-score BB/TB balita (p<0,005). Uji Regresi Berganda menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan ibu adalah faktor yang paling berhubungan terhadap rata-rata nilai z-score BB/U balita. Konsumsi makanan beraneka ragam adalah faktor yang paling berhubungan terhadap rata-rata nilai z-score BB/TB balita di Kota Probolinggo. Pesan Kadarzi beserta indikatornya masih perlu disosialisasikan untuk mengurangi terjadinya masalah gizi di Kota Probolinggo. Masih perlu dilakukan peningkatan mutu pendidikan serta pengetahuan gizi ibu untuk mengurangi terjadinya masalah gizi di Kota Probolinggo.
This research is aimed to know the relationship between nutritional family awareness, called Kadarzi, and other factors with WAZ, HAZ and WHZ of children 6-59 months. The secondary data was used from survey PSG and Kadarzi 2012 in Probolinggo. This research uses the cross sectional study with 337 samples. The relationship betwees Kadarzi and other factor with WAZ, HAZ and WHZ were analized with Independent T-Test, Annova Test and Correlation Test. Linear Regression Test was used to multivariate analysis. The result shown that 32,6% family in Probolinggo are Kadarzi. The percentage of underweight, stunting and wasting are above national rates. The mean of WAZ, HAZ and WHZ children are - 1,06±1,34 SD, -1,45±1,94 SD, and -0,36±1,56 SD. The statistical test shows that iodized salt consumption, vitamin A supplementation, children age, father's education and mother's education were associated with the mean of WAZ of children (p<0,005). There are significantly association between vitamin A supplementation and mother's nutritional knowledge with the mean of HAZ of children (p<0,005). The children age was associated with the mean of WHZ of children (p<0,005). Linier Regression Test shows that mother's education is the most related factor for the mean of WAZ and food diversity consumption is the most related factor for the mean of WHZ of underfive children in Probolinggo. The inform about Kadarzi and its indicators are needed to decrease undernutrition problems in Probolinggo. Besides, up grading mother's education and nutritional knowledge are needed to decrease undernutrition in Probolinggo.
