Background: Karawang Regency is one of the areas with the largest industrial estate in Indonesia. The high number of workers in the industry makes the industrial cluster a contributor to Covid-19 cases in the Karawang Regency area. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between individual factors, specific health belief factors, and environmental factors with the behavior of implementing health protocols (3M) to prevent Covid-19 in manufacturing industry workers. Methods: The study design used was cross sectional. Data were collected in August - September 2022 through an online survey by non-probability sampling with a sample of 454 workers. Results: Most respondents of manufacturing industry workers have good behavior (50.2%) in the behavior of implementing health protocols (3M). The results of multivariate analysis show that the variables that have a significant relationship with the behavior of implementing health protocols (3M) for Covid-19 prevention are knowledge (p value = 0.038, OR = 1.66), family support (p value = 0.001, OR = 2.23), & implementation of Covid-19 prevention policies in the workplace (p value = 0.034, OR = 1.66). Workers with low family support were 2.2 times more likely to have poor health protocol implementation behavior than workers with high nuclear family support after controlling for variables of knowledge, implementation of Covid-19 prevention policies, attitudes, perceived vulnerability, perceived benefits, coworker support, & health worker support. Conclusion: To improve the behavior of implementing Covid-19 prevention, workers still need to be given routine education by health workers by involving workers' families and supported by supervision of the implementation of the Covid-19 prevention policy from company management.

Background: COVID-19 cases have increased since this disease was first discovered and declared a global pandemic. The Indonesian government has designated the situation as a national disaster. Physical distancing is one of the recommended actions to prevent COVID-19. The results of individual behavior survey during the COVID-19 pandemic that social distancing measures tend to be lower than using masks and washing hands. For people who have sociological ties that are often manifested through physical touch, and living together, physical distancing can be interpreted as a contradiction with social reason, namely the habit of socializing. Aim: knowing the correlation of public perception about COVID-19 of physical distancing. Method: using primary data with quantitative approach withdesign cross sectional. Result: Some people (60.9%) apply physical distancing. Some people have negative perceive suscepbility (54.8%), negative perceive seriousness (53.2%), positive perceive benefit (52.6%), negative perceive barriers (55.8%), and negative cues to action (56, 4%). The most dominant variable related to the implementation of physical distancing is the perceive barriers with an OR of 5.9 (95% CI: 2,376-14,828). Conclusion: There is a significant correlation of education, income, perceived suscepbility, perceived benefits, perceived barriers, and cues to action with physical distancing

Children are in the vulnerable category of COVID-19 infection. Parent’s decision to grant permission for their children to be vaccinated or not, depends on the parental acceptance of COVID-19 vaccination itself. Indonesian Pediatric Association set the vaccination coverage rate at 100% for safe face-to-face learning, while WHO set it at 70%. COVID-19 vaccination coverage for children aged 6-11 years in Cakung district is only 65.57% for the first dose and 33.59% for the second dose, this rate is the lowest compared to other sub-districts in DKI Jakarta. This study aims to find out the determinants of parental acceptance of COVID-19 vaccination in elementary school children in Cakung district, East Jakarta City. The Study used a cross sectional design, data collection was done through filling out online questionnaires. The research respondents were 394 parents of elementary school students in Cakung district. Multivariate analysis using multiple logistic regression risk factor model. The result has shown that 87.3% of parents received the COVID-19 vaccination for their children. Perceived benefits (pValue: 0.018), perceived barriers (pValue: 0.018), and cues to action (pValue: 0.001) were variables that were significantly associated with parental acceptance of the COVID-19 vaccination. Cues to action became the dominant variable in this study. Parents with high-cues to action tend to receive the COVID-19 vaccination 3.1 times more than those with low-cues to action after being controlled by perceived benefits and perceived barriers.
