This thesis discusses the trend of decline in the number of patient visits that showindications of low levels of patient loyalty Installation Inpatient RSAB Harapan Kita, wherethe patient may be switched to another hospital or may not return to visit because it was notsatisfied by the services provided. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship ofindependent variables of service quality (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance andempathy) with the dependent variable in patient loyalty Installation Inpatient RSAB HarapanKita in 2012. This study used a cross-sectional study design, the sample size is 106respondents were new patients or patients longer. To test for univariate analysis of frequencydistribution analysis was used, while to test bivariate analysis using quadratic kai test.The analysis showed no significant relationship between service quality and loyalty ofpatients as p value < α (α = 0.05). Obtained p value for each dimension of service quality,that is tangibles (p value = 0.001), reliability (p value = 0.023), responsiveness (p value =0.006), assurance (p value = 0.002) and empathy (p value = 0.033). So is the relationship ofpatient satisfaction with the loyalty of the patients showed a significant relationship ie, pvalue = 0.001.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan bauran pemasaran (product, price, place, dan promotion) dan pemasaran spiritual (rabbâniyyah, al-insâniyyah, al- wâqi’iyyah, dan akhlâqiyyah) terhadap loyalitas pasien di Rumah Sakit Sari Asih Ciledug Tahun 2023 serta mengetahui pengaruh secara langsung dan secara tidak langsung dari variabel-variabel yang digunakan. Adapun dua variabel yang dicurigai berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pasien rumah sakit bersertifikasi syariah adalah bauran pemasaran dan pemasaran spiritual dan dimediasi oleh kepuasan. Penelitian dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Sari Asih Ciledug yang telah tersertifikasi syariah sejak tahun 2018. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengumpulan data mengunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 145 pasien rawat inap dan diolah menggunakan SmartPLS 3. Semua variabel lolos dalam uji outer model, kemudian hasil dari inner model adalah adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara bauran pemasaran dengan loyalitas p-value 0,049 (p-value <0,05) dan kepuasan pasien p-value 0,003 (p- value <0,05) secara langsung serta loyalitas pasien dimediasi oleh kepuasan pasien p- value 0,026 (p-value <0,05). Sedangkan, pada pemasaran spiritual tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna terhadap loyalitas pasien secara langsung p-value 0,931 (p- value >0,05) dan bernilai negatif. Namun, hubungan pemasaran spiritual dengan kepuasan dan hubungan pemasaran spiritual yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan pasien menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas dengan nilai p-value 0,000 (p-value <0,05). Terdapat hubungan antara kepuasan dengan loyalitas pasien di Rumah Sakit Sari Asih Ciledug p-value 0,000 (p-value <0,05). Semakin baik kepuasan pasien, maka akan meningkatkan loyalitas. Implikasi dalam penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan dalam membangun loyalitas pasien dan memaksimalkan pemasaran di rumah sakit bersertifikasi syariah. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between marketing mix (product, price, place, and promotion) and spiritual marketing (rabbâniyyah, al- insâniyyah, al-wâqi’iyyah, and akhlâqiyyah) on patient loyalty at Sari Asih Ciledug Hospital in 2023, as well as to determine the direct and indirect effects of the variables used. The two variables suspected to influence patient loyalty in a sharia-certified hospital are marketing mix and spiritual marketing, mediated by satisfaction. The research was conducted at Sari Asih Ciledug Hospital, which has been sharia-certified since 2018. This study is a quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach. Data collection was done using a questionnaire with 145 inpatient respondents and analyzed using SmartPLS 3. All variables passed the outer model test, and the results of the inner model showed a significant relationship between marketing mix and loyalty with a p-value of 0.049 (p- value <0.05), as well as patient satisfaction with a p-value of 0.003 (p-value <0.05) directly, and patient loyalty mediated by patient satisfaction with a p-value of 0.026 (p- value <0.05). On the other hand, there was no significant direct relationship between spiritual marketing and patient loyalty with a p-value of 0.931 (p-value >0.05), and it had a negative value. However, the relationship between spiritual marketing and satisfaction, as well as the relationship between spiritual marketing mediated by patient satisfaction, showed significant results on loyalty with a p-value of 0.000 (p-value <0.05). There is a relationship between satisfaction and patient loyalty at Sari Asih Ciledug Hospital with a p-value of 0.000 (p-value <0.05). The better the patient satisfaction, the higher the loyalty. The implications of this study can serve as a reference for building patient loyalty and maximizing marketing in sharia-certified hospitals. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara karakteristik pasien, kualitas layanan, dan hambatan pindah dengan loyalitas pasien. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross-sectional. Responden berjumlah 150 orang dan merupakan pasien yang telah melakukan pengobatan di pelayanan rawat jalan Rumah Sakit Tugu Ibu minimal dua kali. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dilakukan selama bulan Desember 2011 di Instalasi Rawat Jalan Rumah Sakit Tugu Ibu. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan metode analisis univariate, bevariate (pearson chi-square), dan analisis multivariate (logistic regretion).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara karakteristik pasien berdasarkan usia, pendidikan, pekerjaan, sumber biaya pengobatan, jarak tempat tinggal pasien dari Rumah Sakit Tugu Ibu dengan loyalitas pasien, terdapat hubungan antara kualitas layanan dan dimensi kualitas layanan tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan emphaty dengan loyalitas pasien, terdapat hubungan antara hambatan pindah dengan loyalitas pasien, dan hambatan pindah adalah variabel yang memiliki keterikatan paling besar dengan loyalitas pasien.
This study aimed to determine the correlation between patient characteristic, service quality, and switching barrier, with patient loyalty. This study was a quantitative study with crosssectional design. Data was acquired from 150 respondents who had been visited this hospital for minimal two times before. The data was collected with questioner during Desember 2011 in the outpatient unit of Tugu Ibu Hospital. Those data analyzed in univariate analysis, bevariate analysis (pearson chi-square), and multivariate analysis (logistic regretion).
The results shown that there was a correlation between patient characteristic based on age, occupation, education, source of treatment cost, and distance between patient residence with the hospital with patient loyalty, there was a correlation between service quality and each dimensions of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty, with patient loyalty, there was a correlation between switching barrier and patient loyalty, and switching barrier was the variable that had the biggest correlation with patient loyalty.
Penelitian ini membahas hubungan kualitas pelayanan dengan loyalitas pasien. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan disain studi crosssectinal. Dengan adanya penurunan kunjungan pasien lama antara tahun 2005 – 2009, RS PGI Cikini memiliki tantangan untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat , bivariat dan multivariat (regresi logistik). Hubungan signifikan diperlihatkan responsiveness, empathy dan assurance serta waktu tempuh dengan loyalitas pasien. Analisis regresi logistik menunjukan responsiveness dan waktu tempuh memberikan pengaruh yang paling kuat untuk loyalitas pasien. Kata Kunci: kualitas pelayanan, loyalitas pasien
This study explores the relationship of service quality and patient loyalty. This research is a quantitative research study design with cross-sectional. With a decrease in patient visit between the years 2005 – 2009, CCI Cikini Hospital have challenges to improve its performances. Analysis using univariate, bivariate, and multivariate (logistic regression). Significant relationships are shown between responsiveness, empathy and assurance as well as travel time with patient loyalty. Logistic regression analysis showed responsiveness and travel time provides the most powerful influence for patient loyalty. Key words : quality of service, patient loyalty
