Hospitals have an obligation to prevent patient safety, one of which is to prevent the risk of patients falling. Compliance with efforts to prevent the risk of patients falling in the emergency room and children's room is still not up to standard Compliance is influenced by hedonic goals, gain goals, and normative goals. The purpose of this study was to analyze factors related to compliance with fall risk prevention efforts at Wonosari Hospital Yogyakarta. This study used explanatory sequential mixed method with cross sectional research design. The results of the study were that there was a significant relationship between motivation, reward, SOP and compliance with efforts to prevent the risk of patients falling at Wonosari Hospital Yogyakarta. The dominant factor in the study was motivation. This study recommends conducting regular and continuous momitoring and evaluation, the existence of reward punishment associated with service services, providing greater opportunities for self-development for nurses, modify the patient's bed by closing the hole in the handril of the pediatric patient's bed, supervise the head of the room, reward and punishment for PJ shifts, senior shift PJs sharing knowledge and guiding junior nurses, and attaching risk assessments of falling patients at the nurse station.
Untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan yang bermutu salah satu hal yang dinilai dalam Quality assurance adalah tingkat kepatuhan petugas. Tingkat kepatuhan petugas terhadap standar pemeriksaan pasien ISPA merupakan penilaian terhadap kinerja petugas. Kota Bandar Lampung merupakan salah satu daerah proyek penerapan QA. Dan Laporan Puskesmas uji coba tingkat kepatuhan petugas terhadap standar pemeriksaan masih rendah yaitu 56,0 %. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memperoleh informasi tentang faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan tingkat kepatuhan petugas standar pemeriksaan ISPA di Puskesmas Kota Bandar Lampung tahun 2002. Penelitian ini menggunakan disain cross-sectional dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel total populasi sebanyak 102 petugas pemeriksa di Balai Pengobatan. Pengumpulan data untuk memperoleh gambaran faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan, petugas diminta mengisi kuesioner, sedangkan untuk memperoleh tingkat kepatuhan petugas dengan mengamati petugas selama memeriksa pasien ISPA dengan menggunakan daftar tilik. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan dari 102 petugas pemeriksa pasien di BP yang diteliti maka hanya 30,4 % petugas yang patuh, pendidikan berlatar belakang medis 28,4 %, yang memiliki beban kerja ringan hanya 19,6 %, kepala Puskesmas yang mempunyai kepemimpinan kondusif hanya 59,8 %, pengetahuan tentang program ISPA 55,9 % pengetahuan baik, 62,7 % petugas mempunyai motivasi baik, 40,2 % pernah mengikuti pelatihan, 40,2 % petugas mengatakan pernah memperoleh pembinaan dan sarana minimal pemeriksaan dipuskesmas yang lengkap 27,5 %. Dari 8 variabel yang diuji stastististik dengan kai kuadrat diperoleh hubungan yang bermakna antara kepatuhan dengan kepemimpinan, pengetahuan petugas, motivasi, pelatihan, pembinaan dan sarana minimal dengan nilai P < 0,05. Sedangkan untuk analisis multivariat dengan regresi logistik ganda hanya tiga variabel yang secara signifikan berhubungan dengan kepatuhan yaitu kepemimpinan, pelatihan dan sarana minimal, dengan nilai P<0,05. Kepemimpinan merupakan variabel yang paling dominan dengan OR 19,8361 kali. Untuk uji interaksi antara ketiga variabel dipemleh hasil yaitu tidak ada hubungan interaksi antara ketiga variabel tersebut. Kesimpulan secara umum kepatuhan petugas terhadap standar pemeriksaan pasien ISPA di Puskesmas Seluruh Kota Bandar Lampung masih rendah, disarankan kepada Depkes untuk menyederhanakan daftar tilik agar dalam penerapan dilapangan lebih operasional. Kepada Dinas Kesehatan hendaknya dalam penempatan kepala puskesmas harus benar-benar kepala puskesmas mempunyai visi untuk kemajuan puskesmas dan dalam melakukan pembinaan kepada puskesmas secara rutin dan terstruktur dan untuk semua petugas harus membudayakan budaya mutu dalam setiap kegiatannya.
In order to improve the quality of health service the one that should be examined in quality assurance is the level of the health worker compliance. The level of health worker compliance to the examining standard of ARI patient is assessment to health worker?s performance. Lampung City is one of the rural projects in implementing the QA. Based on the report of Health Center model to the standard of examining is still low, that was 56,0%. The objective of this study is to obtain the information on the factors that related with the level compliance of the health worker, who giving the examining standard of ARI patient at the Health Center of Bandar Lampung in 2002. This study design used cross-sectional, with qualitative and quantitative approaches. The number of sample and population was 102 examiner workers at the Health Center. The data were collected to obtain the description of factor that related with the compliance, the worker asked to fill-out the questionnaire, while to obtain the level of worker compliance by observation to the worker during the examining of ARI patient, the observation used checklist. The result of this study shows that out of 102 patients who examining by the workers at the Health Center which studied, it was only 30,4% whose compliance. Their education background in medical was 28.4%. The ones who having light work loading are 19,6%. Head of the Health Center who's having conducive leadership only 59.8%, the knowledge on ARI program was good 55,9%. The workers who having good motivation was 62,7%, 40,2% ever followed the training, 40,2% workers said that they ever obtained the development and minimal utility of full examining at the Health Center was 27,5%. Four variables, that are education, staffs knowledge, the facility of examining, leadership, work load, supervision, training, and motivation statistically significant associated with compliance, and minimum equipment with p<0,05. While for multivariate analysis by double logistic regression, only three variables that significantly having relationship to compliance, i.e. leadership, training and minimal utility, with p<0,05. The leadership was variable those the most dominant with OR 19,8361 times. For interaction test among the three variables, it obtained the result; i.e. there was not any relation among those three variables. The conclusion in general, the health worker compliance to the examining standard of ARI patient at the Health Center throughout Bandar Lampung City was still low, It is suggested to the MOH to make simple the examining list in order the implementation at the field more professional. To Local Health Office, when he placed the head of Health Center should be the real of head of Health Center who's having vision to the development of the Health Center and in doing the development to Health Center routinely and structurally. For entire of the health workers should be socialized the quality in each activity.
Kepuasan pasien adalah salah satuindikator untuk mengukur mutu pelayanan dirumah sakit. Kepuasan pasien yang rendah menggarnbarkan ketidak-sesuaian persepsi antara pasien dan penyedia layanan. Keadaan ini dapat mendatangkan image yang kurang baik terhadap suatu pelayanan kesehatan, khususnya milik pemerintah yang selama ini sering dianggap berkualitas rendah.Penelitian. ini bertujuan memperoleh gambaran tentang tingkat kepuasan pasien di ruang rawat inap RSUD DR. M YUNUS Bengkulu sesuai dengan karakteristik pasien terhadap pelayanan rawat inap. Pengukuran tingkat kepuasan dilakukan terhadap 100 responden dari berbagai tingkatan kelas dan ruang perawatan melalui pengisian kuesioner secara self administered . Jenis penelitian adalah cross sectional. Menggunakan data primer dengan analisa univariat, bivariat, multivariat dan tingkat kesesuaian antara harapan dan kenyataan tentang pelayanan yang diterima pasien diruang rawat inap yang tergambar dalam importance performance analysis.Hasil penetitian menunjukkan proporsi pasien yang puas terhadap pelayanan rawat inap sebesar 49% dan yang tidak puas 51%. Dari aspek pelayanan rawat inap, proporsi pasien yang puas terhadap pelayanan dokter 67%, pelayanan perawat 66%, pelayanan makanan/menu 35%, fasilitas sarana medik dan obat-obatan 17% dan .lingkungan perawatan 41%. Karakteristik pasien yang mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan dengan pelayanan adalah pekerjaan dan kelas perawatan. ,p = 0,041, p = 0,034 sedangkan yang mempunyai hubungan yang dominan adalah kelas perawatan dengan OR =1,756 . Rata-rata harapan pasien adalah 3,6 dari rata-rata kenyataan yang diterima pasien adalah 2,9 dengan rata-rata tingkat kesesuaian $2%.Tidak ditemukan faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan inefisiensi (kuadran D) pada pelayanan diruang rawat inap RSUD DR M YUNUS Bengkulu. Dua faktor yang perlu dipertahankan dan ditingkatkan keberadaannya yaitu aspek pelayanan dokter dan pelayanan perawat (kuadran B) sebagai kekuatan yang dimiliki rumah sakit. Hasil diatas menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan rawat, inap di RSUD DR. M YUNUS Bengkulu masih rendah.
Patient satisfaction is one of indicators to measure the quality of service in hospital. The low of patient satisfaction describes the inappropriateness perception between patient and service provider. This condition can invite bad image to a place where provide health service, especially to State Owned Enterprises, where presently considered having low quality.The objective of this study is obtain the description on Patient satisfaction level factor-factor in influence at inpatient ward of Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu general hospital, based on characteristic and class of inpatient service. The measurement of satisfaction level was conducted to 100 subjects or variety classes and wards through self-administered questionnaire.The result of study stewed that proportion of patient that satisfied to inpatient ward service was 49% and unsatisfied %vas 51%. When it seen from inpatient service aspect, proportion of patient that satisfied to doctor service was 67%, nursing service 66%, menu service 35%, care facility 17% and care environment 41%. Characteristic of patient that having significant relationship at classroom and occupation (p = 0,041) and (p = 0,034) influence that dominant with patient satisfaction level was classroom.The average of patient wish was 3, 6 and average fact that accepted by patient was 2,9 with the appropriateness level were 82%. It has no found yet the factors that become main priority (quadrant D), which become weakness in patient service at Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu General Hospital. There also nine factors that should be maintained and improved its availibility (quadran B) as power that owned by hospital. The above result shows tahat patient satisfaction level to inpatient service at Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu General Hospital as still tower.
Pemanfaatan poliklinik gigi Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sanggau belum optimal dilihat dari rendahnya jumlah kunjungan pasien yang memanfaatkan poliklinik tersebut. Dari laporan bulanan dan tahunan rumah sakit jumlah kunjungan pasien yang berobat tahun 2005 ada 294 orang (24 orang/bulan) dan tahun 2006 ada 347 orang (29 orang/bulan). Untuk itu perlu dilakukan penilaian terhadap pelayanan poliklinik gigi Rumah Sakit apakah sudah memuaskan dan memenuhi apa yang menjadi harapan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kepuasan pasien dan faktorfaktor yang mempengaruhi mutu pelayanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sanggau, menggunakan metoda penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitiannya adalah cross sectional terhadap 119 orang responden. Tingkat kepuasan pasien dari hasil penelitian masih rendah yaitu 37,8%. Hal ini mungkin penyebab pemanfaatan poliklinik di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sanggau masih rendah. Faktor dimensi mutu yang paling berhubungan dengan kepuasan pasien adalah reliability. Umur, pendidikan dan pekerjaan merupakan faktor konfounding terhadap hubungan dimensi mute dengan kepuasan pasien. Dapat disarankan kepada pihak manajemen Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sanggau dan instansi terkait untuk lebih membenahi lingkungan poliklinik gigi balk papan petunjuk maupun papan informasi yang berhubungan dengan lokasi dan tempat-tempat pelayanan di rumah sakit, memperhatikan waktu pelayanan di poliklinik gigi, membuat usulan pengadaan obat dan bahan yang diperlukan dalam pelayanan gigi dan mulut sehari-hari, usulan kebutuhan tenaga perawat gigi serta perlu dilakukan benchmarking dengan pelayanan kesehatan lain dalam rangka pembangunan clinical governance.
Dental polyclinic use in Sanggau District Public l-Iospital was still not optimal as seen in low patient visit rate to use the polyclinic. Based on monthly and annual reports, patient visit rate in 2005 were 294 patients (24 patients per month) and in 2006 were 347 patients (29 patients per month). Thus, it is needed to conduct the evaluation of hospital dental polyclinic service, whether it has satisfied and met patient expectation. The aim of this study was to identify patient satisfaction and factors affecting dental and oral health service quality in Sanggau District Public Hospital. Quantitative research method and cross sectional research design were used with 119 participants. The result revealed that patient satisfaction level was low, 37.8%. This is the possible cause of low use of Sanggau District Public Hospital Dental Polyclinic. The most associated quality dimension factor to patient satisfaction were reliability. Age, education and work were confounding factors to the relationship between quality dimension and patient satisfaction. It is recommended to Sanggau District Public Hospital Management and related institution to improve the dental polyclinic environment, including providing guide and information boards of the location and service posts in the hospital, to pay attention to dental polyclinic service time, to make proposals of drug and material procurements needed in daily dental and oral services and dental nurse requirement, and it is needed to perform benchmarking with other health service in order to build a clinical governance.
The hospital is a place of health service that has multi-professional characteristics and multi-risk factors. So we need a system that can protect patient safety in hospitals. One of the systems used is patient safety incident reporting. Incident reporting is needed to evaluate in achieving patient safety, so that system improvements and redesign of health services can be carried out. This study aims to analyze the factors related to the reporting of patient safety incidents at the Serang City Hospital in 2021. The study uses a mix method embedded design. The sample is 110 respondents for quantitative research and 7 respondents for qualitative research. Thetest Chi-Square showed that there was no relationship between knowledge, perception, motivation, teamwork, team leadership, safety culture and leadership with patient safety incident reporting (p-value> 0.05). Qualitative research shows that incident reporting does not occur due to the respondent's lack of knowledge about incidents that must be reported, and the need forsupport teamwork, and team leadership within the unit, as well as a punitive response that makes respondents reluctant to report. The proportion of respondents who have never reported IKP 79.2% have low knowledge, 83.6% have low perception, 83.3% have low motivation, 82.8% have teamwork low, 85.5% have not received training on IKP reporting and 81.0% have low leadership. Based on these data, activities that can increase employee knowledge need to be carried out regularly and continuously, and a system that can monitor and control each unit is needed so that incidents can be monitored and reported
