Abstrak:
Dalam pembangunan suatu negara, sektor konstruksi merupakan sektor yang sangat penting, menurut data "Oxford Economic", sektor konstruksi ini seluruh dunia akan mengalami peningkatan 3,9 persen per tahun hingga tahun 2030. Selama proses konstruksi, ada risiko keselamatan yang menjadi penting untuk diperhatikan. Di beberapa negara telah terjadi kecelakaan serius dan fatal pada sektor konstruksi yang disebabkan oleh kejadian terjatuh dari ketinggian. Beberapa penyebab yang dapat berkontribusi pada kecelakaan fatal karena jatuh dari ketinggian adalah masalah keuangan, kurangnya prosedur kerja, lubang atau tepi yang tidak dilakukan pemasangan pelindung atau pengaman, tidak sabar untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan, faktor usia, jenis kelamin, lama pengalaman kerja, dan penggunaan alat pelindung diri. Penelitian ini bersifat analitik kuantitatif dengan desain potong lintang (cross sectional) dengan dengan menggunakan konsep theory of planned behavior dan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dengan 422 responden dengan kurun waktu April sampai dengan Juni 2023. Hasil dari penelitian ini variabel sikap, norma subyektif, dan persepsi kontrol perilaku secara simultan berhubungan dengan intensi perilaku 100% tie-off pada pekerja dengan menyumbang 72,9 % variasi dari intensi dengan signifikansi 0,000. Variabel sikap penilaian positif/negative memiliki hubungan paling tinggi terhadap intensi melakukan “100% tie-off dengan nilai β sebesar 0,398 diikuti oleh variabel norma subjektif (motivasi) dengan nilai β sebesar 0,243, variabel presepsi kontrol perilaku dengan nilai β sebesar 0,218, variabel sikap kepercayaan terhadap konsekuensi dengan nilai β sebesar 0,080, dan variabel norma subjektif (kepercayaan normatif) dengan nilai β sebesar - 0,076.

Kelelahan kerja menjadi perhatian di tempat kerja karena sangat berpotensi mempengaruhi produktivitas, kesehatan dan keselamatan para pekerja yang menjadi penyebab utama kecelakaan kerja dan penyakit akibat kerja (PAK) pada pekerja konstruksi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis determinan kelelahan kerja pada pekerja konstruksi pekerjaan atap di Proyek ABC di PT. XYZ pada tahun 2024. Desain penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah cross sectional. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 105 pekerja konstruksi pemasangan atap. Metode pengambilan data dengan melakukan pengisian kuesioner kepada responden dan pengukuran lingkungan kerja. Variabel independen pada penelitian ini adalah faktor work related (jam kerja, penghargaan, kebisingan, pencahayaan, suhu, lama perjalanan, beban kerja) dan faktor individu (usia, Indeks Masa Tubuh, gangguan tidur, masa kerja, overcommitment, riwayat penyakit kronis, pengaruh obat, kemampuan tidur di jam istirahat). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara kebisingan, beban kerja, gangguan tidur, masa kerja dan kelelahan kerja. Sehingga faktor dominan yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kelelahan kerja pada pekerja konstruksi pekerjaan atap yaitu pekerja dengan beban kerja tinggi memiliki risiko 23 kali lebih besar berisiko untuk mengalami kelelahan kerja dibandingkan yang memiliki beban kerja rendah pada pekerja konstruksi pekerjaan atap.
Fatigue is a concern in the workplace because it has the potential to affect the productivity, health, and safety of workers, which is the main cause of work accidents and work-related diseases (PAK) in construction workers. This research aims to analyze the determinants of fatigue in roofing construction workers on the ABC Project at PT. XYZ in 2024. The research design in this study is cross-sectional. The sample in this study consisted of 105 roof installation construction workers. The data collection method is by filling out questionnaires to respondents and measuring the work environment. The independent variables in this study are work-related factors (working hours, rewards, noise, lighting, temperature, travel time, workload) and individual factors (age, Body Mass Index, sleep disorders, years of work, overcommitment, history of chronic disease, influence medication, ability to sleep during rest hours). The research results show that there is a significant relationship between noise, workload, sleep disturbances, work experience, and work fatigue. So the dominant factor that has the most influence on work fatigue in roofing construction workers is that workers with a high workload have a 23 times greater risk of experiencing work fatigue than those with a low workload in roofing construction workers.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini membahas tentang penilaian risiko keselamatan kerja pada pekerjaan konstruksi di ketinggian di Proyek Bogor Valley Residence & HotelPT. X Tahun 2014. Penilaian risiko ini dititik beratkan kepada risiko yang akan dialami pekerja pada pekerjaan ketinggian khususnya di bagian finishing, yaitu: pengecatan dengan menggunakan gondola, pemasangan railing di tepi gedung sampai dengan ketinggian 20 lantai, pemasangan billboard dengan menggunakan scaffholding, dan Passenger hoist. Penilaian risiko dilakukan dengan menganalisis nilai kemungkinan,pemajanan dan konsekuensi dari setiap tahapan pekerjaan yang kemudian dibandingkan dengan standar level risiko semi kuantitatif W.T. Fine J untuk mengetahui level risiko yang ada pada setiap tahapan proses produksi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan menggunakan metodesemi kuantitatif AS/NZS 4360:2004. Desain penelitian yang dilakukan adalah observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengumpulan data didapatkan dari hasil observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian pekerjaan di ketinggian didapatkan hasil level very high, priority 3, substantial, priority 1 dan acceptable.

Abstrak:
Tinginya angka prevalensi perilaku tidak aman berisiko menimbulkansebuah kecelakaan ataupun insiden yang pada akhirnya dapat menimbulkankerugian secara finansial bagi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmempelajari faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku tidak aman padapekerja Preparation dan Assembling di PT X Tahun 2016. Faktor yang di telitimerupakan faktor personal (Pengetahuan, Masa Kerja, dan Tingkat Pendidikan)dan daktor pekerjaan (Ketersediaan Informasi K3 dan Pengawasan). Berdasarkanhasil penelitian diketahui bahwa 77,92% pekerja mempunyai perilaku tidak aman,dengan 61,7% diantaranya mempunyai risiko rendah dan 38,3% lainnya berisikotinggi. Selain itu juga terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan,tingkat penddikan, dan ketersediaan informasi terhadap perilaku tidak amanpekerja preparation dan assembling dimana tingkat pendidikan merupakan faktorpaling dominan terhadap perilaku tidak aman setelah dikontrol dengan faktorlainnya. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai analisis dan implementasi sistem perlindungan pada pekerja yang bekerja di ketinggian sebagai upaya pencegahan kecelakaan kerja di PT. X. Dengan tujuan untuk menjelaskan gambaran implementasi engineering control; administrative controls dan PPE. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif dengan metode pendekatan secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh total persentase tingkat implementasi sistem perlindungan pada pekerja yang bekerja di ketinggian di PT. X yaitu terpenuhi sebesar 88,8%; terpenuhi sebagian sebesar 4,81% dan tidak terpenuhi sebesar 6,39%. Dari hasil yang didapatkan untuk implementasi terpenuhi sebagian yaitu karena guardrail tidak menggunakan toe boards tetapi menggunakan blue net; scaffold belum dilengkapi dengan tujuan penggunaan, beban kerja yang aman dan tanggal inspeksi. Sedangkan untuk implementasi tidak terpenuhi yaitu guardrail yang digunakan ditemukan tidak memiliki bagian yang lengkap setelah pemasangan eskalator. Selain itu, scaffold yang digunakan juga tidak memiliki bagian lengkap karena pekerja merupakan pekerja baru dan belum memiliki pengalaman bekerja di proyek, serta pekerja turun dari scaffold tidak menggunakan tangga yang sudah tersedia. Dengan begitu, tingkat implementasi dari ketiga aspek yaitu engineering controls; administrative controls dan PPE yang ada hingga saat ini dianggap sudah terimplementasi dengan baik. Sehingga diharapkan untuk mampu mencegah kecelakaan kerja bagi pekerja yang bekerja di ketinggian.
This study discusses the analysis and implementation of protection systems for workers who work at heights as an effort to prevent work accidents at PT. X. With the aim of explaining an overview of the implementation of engineering control; administrative controls and PPE. This study used a descriptive research design with a quantitative and qualitative approach. Based on the research results, the total percentage of the implementation level of the protection system for workers working at heights at PT. X which is fulfilled by 88.8%; partially fulfilled by 4.81% and not fulfilled by 6.39%. The results obtained for the implementation are partially fulfilled, namely because guardrail does not use toe boards but uses a blue net; scaffold has not been provided with intended use, safe workload and inspection date. Whereas the implementation was not fulfilled, namely the guardrail used was found to have no complete parts after installing the escalator. In addition, the scaffold used also does not have complete parts because the workers are new workers and do not have experience working on projects, and workers don't use the stairs that are already available. Thus, the level of implementation of the three aspects, namely engineering controls; administrative controls and PPE that have existed so far are considered to have been properly implemented. So it is expected to be able to prevent work accidents for workers who work at height.
