High susceptiblity of fatigue in dental professional caused by constrained work environments, restricted physical movement, repetitive tasks, and suboptimal posture. In DKI Jakarta Province, a disparity exists between the declining number of practicing dentists and the increasing population, which may exacerbate fatigue among dentists. Such fatigue has potential to negatively impact both their physical and mental health, as well as the quality of patient care provided. The objective of this study was to examine association between individual, physical, psychosocial risk factors and fatigue among dentists working in the South Jakarta Public Health Center. This research conducted analytical cross-sectional design, utilizing both descriptive and inferential statistical analyses. The study applied a total sampling technique with an open population framework. A total of 85 respondents who met the inclusion criteria were recruited from a population of 106 dentists in 2025. The variables assessed included individual factors, physical factors, psychosocial factors, and fatigue. Physical factors were measured using a Camry Electric Hand Dynamometer (model EH101), psychosocial factors were assessed with the Work-Related Stress Questionnaire (WR-SQ), and fatigue was evaluated using the Swedish Occupational Fatigue Inventory (SOFI). The findings revealed significant associations (p < 0.05) between fatigue and age, length of service, job satisfaction, job demands, as well as unfavorable working conditions. The analysis yielded an R-Square value of 0.232, indicating that 23.2% of the variance in fatigue could be explained by the independent variables, while the remaining variance was attributable to other factors. To mitigate fatigue among dentists, it is recommended that public health centers and local health authority provide structured training on the determinants, management, and prevention of fatigue, accompanied by routine monitoring of dentists well-being.
