Mengemudi bus merupakan salah satu jenis pekerjaan yang mempunyai risiko tinggi terhadap kecelakaan lalu lintas. Seorang pengemudi harus selalu mengharapkan sesuatu yang tidak diharapkan, sehingga akan selalu waspada dan sadar serta berhati-hati dalam bertingkah laku saat mengemudikan kendaraan. Safety driving merupakan dasar perilaku mengemudi yang lebih memperhatikan keselamatan khususnya bagi pengemudi itu sendiri dan orang disekitarnya. Safety driving didesain untuk meningkatkan kesadaran pengemudi terhadap segala kemungkinan yang tejadi selama mengemudi. Pentingnya safety driving pada saat berkendara merupakan salah satu pilar dalam mewujudkan keamaan dan keselamatan berlalu lintas dan sangat berpeluang untuk mengurangi kecelakaan yang terjadi. Desain penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah cross sectional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku berkendara selamat dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 308 pengemudi bus di PT XYZ. Adapun metode pengambilan data dilakukan dengan melakukan pengisian kuesioner kepada responden. Selanjutnya data yang didapatkan diolah secara deskriptif dan inferensial menggunakan software statistik untuk melihat gambaran dan hubungan dari setiap variabel. Variabel independen pada penelitian ini adalah usia, masa kerja, status kebugaran, komunikasi dengan atasan, komunikasi dengan rekan kerja, kondisi jalan, kondisi kendaraan, waktu kerja pengemudi, jarak tempuh, SOP, kebijakan, pengawasan, kompensasi, status kepegawaian, training improvement, dan pemberian reward & punishment. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara status kebugaran (POR=6.203 (3.649 – 10.547)), komunikasi dengan atasan (POR=4.025 (2.500–6.478)), kondisi kendaraan (POR=2.602 (1.622-4.173)), waktu kerja pengemudi (POR=2.287 (1.447-3.614)), jarak tempuh (POR=1.904 (1.209-2.998)), SOP (POR=1.850 (1.175-2.913)), kebijakan (POR=1.860 (1.182-2.925)), pengawasan (POR=1.904 (1.209-2.998)), kompensasi (POR=2.570 (1.622-4.072)), training improvement (POR=8.069 (4.790-13.593)), dan pemberian reward & punishment (POR=2.199 (1.384-3.493)) dengan perilaku berkendara selamat. Sedangkan variabel usia, masa kerja, komunikasi dengan rekan kerja, kondisi jalan, dan status kepegawaian tidak menunjukan adanya hubungan dengan perilaku berkendara selamat. Status kebugaran menjadi faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi perilaku berkendara selamat pada pengemudi bus di PT. XYZ.
Driving a bus is one of the types of jobs that carries a high risk of traffic accidents. A driver must always expect the unexpected, so they remain vigilant, aware, and cautious in their behavior while driving. Safety driving is a driving behavior foundation that focuses on safety, especially for the driver themselves and those around them. Safety driving is designed to raise driver awareness of all potential events that may occur during driving. The importance of safety driving while driving is one of the pillars in achieving road safety and can significantly reduce the occurrence of accidents. The design of this research is cross-sectional. The aim of this study is to analyze factors associated with safe driving behavior using a quantitative approach. The sample in this study consisted of 308 bus drivers at PT XYZ. Data collection was done by administering questionnaires to the respondents. The data obtained were processed descriptively and inferentially using statistical software to examine the relationships and patterns of each variable. The independent variables in this study include age, years of service, health status, communication with superiors, communication with coworkers, road conditions, vehicle conditions, driving duration, travel distance, SOP, policies, supervision, compensation, employment status, training improvement, and reward & punishment. The results showed a significant relationship between health status (POR = 6.203 (3.649 – 10.547)), communication with superiors (POR = 4.025 (2.500 – 6.478)), vehicle conditions (POR = 2.602 (1.622 – 4.173)), driving duration (POR = 2.287 (1.447 – 3.614)), travel distance (POR = 1.904 (1.209 – 2.998)), SOP (POR = 1.850 (1.175 – 2.913)), policies (POR = 1.860 (1.182 – 2.925)), supervision (POR = 1.904 (1.209 – 2.998)), compensation (POR = 2.570 (1.622 – 4.072)), training improvement (POR = 8.069 (4.790 – 13.593)), and reward & punishment (POR = 2.199 (1.384 – 3.493)) with safe driving behavior. On the other hand, the variables of age, years of service, communication with coworkers, road conditions, and employment status did not show any relationship with safe driving behavior. Health status is a dominant factor that influences safe driving behavior of bus drivers at PT. XYZ.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan Faktor-Faktor yang berhubungan dengan Driver Performance pada pengemudi bus Perum DAMRI Antar Kota Antar Provinsi (AKAP) Lampung tahun 2017. Variabel yang di teliti adalah faktor individu (umur, masa kerja dan tingkat pendidikan), faktor pekerjaan (jadwal kerja dan waktu istirahat) dan faktor lingkungan (sarana prasarana jalan, gangguan selama perjalanan dan kondisi kendaraan).
Driver Performance diukur berdasarkan pada 5 indikator dari Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) yaitu persiapan sebelum perjalanan, kontrol pengemudi, kepatuhan lalu lintas, keselamatan berkendara dan peninjauan peningkatan mengemudi. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan kuantitatif observasional dengan menggunakan studi cross sectional melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 53 responden dan observasi lapangan. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini dianalisis dengan univariat menggunakan analisis distribusi dan analisis bivariat untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan yang bermakna secara statistik.
Hasil analisis univariat menunjukkan bahwa Driver Performance responden sebagian besar adalah baik (67,9%). Hasil analisis bivariat menyatakan ada hubungan yang secara statistik bermakna antara driver performance dengan variabel kondisi kendaraan (p-value 0,0, OR 9,7 (2,5-37).

Variables in the observation are the individual factors (age, years of service and education level), work factors (work schedule and rest period) and environmental factors (road infrastructure, disruption during trip and vehicle conditions).
Driver performance are measured based on the 5 indicators of the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) of pre-trip preparation, driver control, traffic compliance, driving safety and improved driver review. This study was conducted through an observational quantitative approach using cross sectional study through the spreading of questionnaires with the number of samples of 53 respondents and field observation. The data obtained in this study were analyzed by univariate using distribution analysis and bivariate analysis to know whether there was a significant relationship statistically.
The result of univariate analysis shows that the Driver Performance of respondent is mostly good (67,9%). The result of bivariate analysis stated that there was a statistically significant relationship between driver performance and vehicle condition (p-value 0,0, OR 9,7(2,5-37).

Abstrak:
Skripsi ini membahas faktor-faktor yang behubungan dengan stres kerja pada guru honorer SMA di Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian semi-kuantitiatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional (survey deskriptif). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proporsi tingkat stres kerja pada guru honorer SMA di Jakarta Timur dengan responden 110 orang guru honorer adalah 37.7% guru honorer mengalami stres ringan, 36.4% mengalami stres sedang, dan 26.4% mengalami stres berat. Selain itu, dari 8 variabel faktor stres kerja (context to work dan content to work) terdapat 7 variabel yang memiliki hubungan dengan stres kerja yaitu dari faktor context to work, gaji, hubungan interpersonal, peran dalam organisasi, keleluasaan dalam kontrol/pengambilan keputusan, dan faktor content to work yaitu beban kerja, jadwal kerja, dan desain kerja. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut disimpulkan sebagian besar faktor yang berhubungan dengan stres kerja bersumber dari faktor content to work.

The result of this study shows that the proportion of work stress on temporary high school teacher in East Jakarta with 110 respondents of temporary teacher are 37.7% having mild stress, 36.4% having moderate stress, and 26.4% having severe stress. Stres kerja merupakan psychological hazard yang terkadang tidak terlihat, dantidak diperhatikan oleh managemen perusahaan, padahal dampak dari bahayapsikososial tersebut jika tidak segera direspon dalam jangka waktu tertentu dapatmenimbulkan dampak yang merugikan. Tenaga Analis Kesehatan merupakansalah satu pekerja yang berisiko mengalami stres kerja, dikarenakan rutinitaspekerjaannya yang monoton dan selalu berinteraksi dengan bahaya biologismerupakan salah satu faktor penyebab stres kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi stres kerja pada tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Kecamatan Jakarta Utara selama masa pandemi COVID-19. Faktor-faktor yang diteliti adalah faktor individu (jenis kelamin, usia, status pernikahan, tingkat pendidikan, masa kerja, riwayat penyakit, tempat tinggal, waktu tempuh, dan transportasi) dan faktor psikososial (lingkungan fisik, beban kerja, jam kerja, kontrol pekerjaan, dukungan sosial, dan home work interface). Penelitian ini merupakan studi cross-sectional dengan instrumen penelitian NIOSH Generic Job Stress Questionnaire. Dari 195 tenaga kesehatan yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini, sebanyak 100 responden (51,3%) mengalami stres kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berhubungan dengan jenis kelamin dan lingkungan fisik.
