Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat risiko pada pekerjaan Manual Lifting dan mengetahui gambaran keluhan gangguan muskuloskeletal pada Petugas Unit Laundry Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia pada tahun 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan NIOSH Lifting Equation dan Cornell Musculoskeletal Disorder Questionnaire untuk mengukur tingkat risiko dan melihat keluhan muskuloskeletal yang dialami oleh para petugas. Pengukuran data dilakukan terhadap 13 petugas Unit Laundry selama bulan Oktober – Desember 2024. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa seluruh pekerja memiliki tingkat risiko yang tinggi berdasarkan pengukuran menggunakan NIOSH Lifting Equation dan berdasarkan wawancara menggunakan Cornell Musculoskeletal Disorder Questionnaire didapatkan bahwa terdapat 12 pekerja yang memiliki keluhan muskuloskeletal dan 1 pekerja yang tidak memiliki keluhan muskuloskeletal dengan bagian tubuh yang memiliki keluhan paling tinggi adalah bahu kiri. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran ini, pihak rumah sakit dapat lebih memperhatikan kondisi pekerjaan dari Petugas Unit Laundry serta melakukan modifikasi pada alat kerja, seperti pengadaan troli hidrolik untuk membantu pekerjaan dari para Petugas Unit Laundry Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia.
This study aims to analyze the level of risk in Manual Lifting work and determine the description of complaints of musculoskeletal disorders in the Laundry Unit Officers of the University of Indonesia Hospital in 2024. This study uses the NIOSH Lifting Equation and Cornell Musculoskeletal Disorder Questionnaire to measure the level of risk and see the musculoskeletal complaints experienced by officers. Data measurement was conducted on 13 Laundry Unit workers during October - December 2024. The results of this study indicate that all workers have a high level of risk based on measurements using the NIOSH Lifting Equation and based on interviews using the Cornell Musculoskeletal Disorder Questionnaire found that there are 12 workers who have musculoskeletal complaints and 1 worker who does not have musculoskeletal complaints with the body part that has the highest complaints is the left shoulder. Based on the results of this measurement, the hospital can pay more attention to the working conditions of the Laundry Unit Officers and make modifications to work tools, such as procuring hydraulic trolleys to help the work of the Laundry Unit Officers of the University of Indonesia Hospital.

Abstrak:
Pekerjaan material manual handling merupakan aktivitas yang penting dilakukan di hampir semua jenis industri. Cidera akibat pekerjaan manual menempati porsi yang cukup besar, yaitu sebesar 30% (Straker, 2000). Cidera yang dialami biasanya mengenai bagian punggung (cidera punggung) yaitu sekitar 60% dari seluruh cidera akibat manual handling (Straker, 2000). Secara umum, bentuk cidera akibat pekerjaan material manual handling sebagian besar berupa gangguan otot rangka (musculoskeletal disorders), sprain dan strain yaitu sebesar 93.7% untuk pria (Straker, 2000). Kasus cidera sering terjadi pada industri manufaktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tingkat risiko pada pekerjaan material handling terhadap gejala gangguan otot rangka pada pekerja bagian body shop, trimming cabin dan trimming chassis final di PT Pantja Motor Isuzu Hekasi tahun 2003. Penelitian bersifat studi kasus dengan pendekatan observasi. Identifikasi risiko diperoleh melalui pengamatan di lapangan dengan bantuan check list, dan gejala yang dirasakan pekerja diperoleh melalui survei gejala dengan bantuan kuesioner. Populasi untuk survei gejala adalah seluruh pekerja dari ketiga bagian tersebut, sedangkan populasi untuk identifikasi risiko adalah seluruh faktor pada pekerja yaitu karaktersitik pekerjaan, objek, dan lingkungan kerja saat melakukan aktivitas. Hasil identifikasi risiko kemudian dianalisis untuk mengetahui tingkat risiko berdasarkan karakteristik pekerjaan, karakteristik objek, karakteristik lingkungan kerja dan secara keseluruhan dari setiap pos kerja. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah secara umum pos-pos kerja yang ada secara keseluruhan memilik risiko ergonomi sedang. Dilihat secara keseluruhan dan karakteristik pekerjaan, bagian yang pos kerjanya paling banyak memiliki tingkat risiko tinggi adalah trimming cabin. Trimming chassis final merupakan bagian yang pos kerjanya paling banyak memiliki tingkat risiko tinggi dilihat dan karakteristik objek. Hal ini berarti bahwa kondisi yang ada ataupun aktivitas yang dilakukan sudah memiliki risiko ergonomi untuk menimbulkan gangguan otot rangka Samua pos kerja memiliki risiko ergonomi rendah jika dilihat dari karaktersitik lingkungan kerja. Perbaikan yang bisa dilakukan antara lain adalah memperbaiki tata cara kerja (work practices), modifikasi tata ruang lingkungan kerja, objek atau peralatan kerja, dan evaluasi administratif (rotasi, work rest cycle dan pelatihan).

The population sample survey includes all labors in those divisions. The population of risk identification consist of three factors such as task characteristic, object characteristic and environment factor during working hour. The result of risk identification is analysed to determine the risk level of task characteristic, object characteristic, environment characteristic and overall. All results were coming from all working group (body shop, trimming cabin and trimming chassis final). The general summary is all working groups have a medium ergonomic risk In general points/overall and job characteristic points, trimming cabin has the highest level of risk Trimming chassis final has the highest risk level of object characteristic points. So, all condition/situation and activities are already having its ergonomic risk lead to musculoskeletal disorders. All working groups have a small number of ergonomic risks compared to working environment characteristic. There are some suggestions to improve such as working procedure/work practice, revision of working space (e.g. distance between material stock and working space, distance between working groups, etc), object/hand tools and administrative evaluation (e. g rotation, work rest cycle, training, etc).

Abstrak:
Perpustakaan merupakan tempat dimana buku biasanya dilindungi dan disimpan, kondisi ruangan dapat berdebu, lembab, dan tidak memiliki cahaya yang memadai serta mengandung endapan berbagai serangga dan mikroorganisme. Aktivitas kerja yang dilakukan oleh pegawai perpustakaan diantaranya bekerja menggunakan komputer dalam waktu yang cukup lama, pelestarian buku yang sudah tua dan rusak, dan pekerjaan kantor lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat risiko kesehatan kerja pada aktivitas pekerjaan pegawai perpustakaan Universitas Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian mixed methode (kualitatif-kuantitatif). Penilaian risiko dilakukan dengan menggunakan Matriks Risiko yang telah dikembangkan oleh Universitas Indonesia. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengidentifikasi terdapat 6 jenis bahaya kesehatan pada aktivitas kerja pegawai perpustakaan UI, diantaranya pencahayaan, temperatur, debu, jamur, ergonomi dan psikososial. Hasil analisis tingkat risiko menunjukan bahwa, pada seluruh aktivitas kerja pegawai perpustakaan UI memiliki risiko sangat tinggi untuk terkena gangguan muskuloskeletal, risiko tinggi terkena gangguan pernapasan karena debu dan iritasi tangan karena jamur pada aktivitas kerja preservasi, deseleksi dan layanan koleksi naskah. Pada aktivitas lainnya pajanan terhadap debu memiliki tingkat risiko menengah. Pajanan terhadap pencahayaan, ergonomi dan psikososial pada seluruh aktivitas memiliki tingkat risiko menengah. Tindakan pengendalian yang sudah ada mampu menurunkan tingkat risiko kesehatan kerja menjadi risiko menengah dan rendah

RS X dalam aktivitas kerjanya memiliki bahaya fisik, kimia, biologi, ergonomi, bahaya lingkungan yang berpotensi menimbulkan kecelakaan. Pekerja kesehatan berisiko terpapar darah dan cairan tubuh yang terinfeksi,tertusuk jarum suntik, dan risiko yang berhubungan dengan listrik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi dan melakukan penilaian risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja pada pekerja incinerator, instalasi sterilisasi sentral, unit laundry, dan ruang hemodialisa di Rumah Sakit X tahun 2013. Analisis penelitian ini bersifat semi-kuantitatif berdasarkan pendekatan manajemen risiko AS/NZS 4360:2004. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi risiko adalah Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) dan untuk penentuan tingkat risiko dengan menggunakan Skoring Fine (1971). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, tingkat risiko yang didapat pada pekerja di unit Incinerator Prioritas 1 sebanyak 8 risiko, dan substansial sebanyak 11 risiko. Instalasi Sterilisasi Sentral tingkat risiko prioritas 1 sebanyak 2, dan substansial sebanyak 4 risiko. Pekerja di Instalasi Laundry didapat prioritas 1 sebanyak 12, dan subtansial sebanyak 4 risiko. Ruang Hemodialisa tingkat risiko yang didapat substansial sebanyak 2 risiko. Pengendalian risiko yang telah dilakukan oleh pihak rumah sakit yakni penyediaan alat-alat pelindung diri untuk bekerja, standar operasional prosedur, dan engineering control.
Activities in the hospitals could poses a physical, chemical, biological,ergonomic, and also environmental hazard to workers. Amongst the risk to workers include infectious blood and bloody fluids, needle stick injuries and electric shock related. The purpose of this study was to identify and conducting risk assessment at incinerator, CSSD, laundry and hemodialysis unit at X Hospital in 2013.This study was semi-quantitative study which was conducted based on AS/NZS 4360:2004 Standard. Risk identification methods used was Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and Risk level was determined based on Skoring Fine (1971). The result of this study shows that the level of risk was obtained by worker at incinerator Unit who had risk level priority 1 was 8 and risk level substantial was 11. The level of risk was obtained by worker at CSSD unit who had risk level priority 1 was 2 and Substantial Risk level was 4. At laundry unit, workers obtained risk level priority 1 was 12 and substantial risk level was 4. Level of risk contained in the hemodialysis unit is as much as 2 substantial risk. Risk controls that have been implemented by the hospital is to provide personal protective equipment for work, standard operating procedures, and engineering control.
