Peningkatan signifikan kasus leptospirosis di Kota Tangerang pada tahun 2024–2025, setelah tidak ada laporan kasus selama tiga tahun sebelumnya, menunjukkan adanya dinamika faktor risiko yang perlu dikaji lebih dalam. Penanganan penyakit ini sering kali baru difokuskan saat terjadi banjir, padahal faktor iklim dan lingkungan memiliki peran yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan antara faktor sosial, iklim, dan lingkungan dengan kejadian leptospirosis di 13 kecamatan Kota Tangerang periode 2021–2025. Penelitian menggunakan desain studi ekologi dengan analisis korelasi dan pendekatan spasial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepadatan penduduk, suhu udara, kelembapan udara, dan jumlah kejadian banjir secara statistik tidak menunjukkan hubungan yang bermakna (p>0,05) dengan kasus leptospirosis. Sebaliknya, peningkatan kasus berhubungan signifikan dengan tingginya curah hujan (r = 0,490), kepadatan tikus (r = 0,822), dan cakupan rumah sehat (r = 0,301). Secara spasial, sebaran kasus cenderung mengelompok pada wilayah dengan curah hujan dan kelembapan udara sedang hingga tinggi serta kondisi lingkungan dengan banyak tikus. Oleh karena itu, strategi pengendalian perlu difokuskan pada pencegahan dini melalui pemantauan iklim dan pengendalian populasi tikus secara terpadu sebelum musim penghujan tiba.
The significant increase in leptospirosis cases in Tangerang City durineg 2024–2025, after no reported cases for the three previous years, indicates the presence of risk factor dynamics that require further investigations. The management of this disease is often focused only when floods occur, even though climate and environmental factors play a continuous role. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between social, climatic, and environmental factors with the incidence of leptospirosis across 13 sub-districts in Tangerang City for the 2021–2025 period. An ecological study design was employed, utilizing correlation analysis and a spatial approach. The results showed that population density, air temperature, air humidity, and the number of flood events did not have a statistically significant relationship (p>0,05) with leptospirosis cases. Conversely, the increase in cases was significantly correlated with high rainfall (r = 0,490), rat density (r = 0,822), and healthy housing coverage (r = 0,301). Spatially, the distribution of cases tended to cluster in areas with moderate to high rainfall and air humidity, alongside environmental conditions with high rat populations. Therefore, control strategis should focus on early prevention through climate monitoring and integrated rat population control before the onset of the rainy season.

Leptospirosis adalah penyakit zoonosis akibat bakteri Leptospira. DKI Jakarta termasuk dari 11 wilayah endemis. Penelitian ini menganalisis keterkaitan faktor sosial (kepadatan penduduk), iklim (kelembapan, curah hujan, suhu), dan lingkungan (rawan banjir, timbulan sampah) terhadap kasus leptospirosis di lima kota administrasi DKI Jakarta tahun 2017–2023. Hasil menunjukkan hubungan signifikan antara kelembapan, curah hujan, dan daerah rawan banjir (p<0,05), dengan korelasi kelembapan (r = -0,375) dan curah hujan (r = 0,477). Persebaran kasus lebih banyak pada wilayah rawan banjir, timbulan sampah sedang–tinggi, dan kepadatan penduduk sedang. Dengan demikian, perlu dilakukan optimalisasi pelaporan dan kolaborasi lintas sektor dalam mengintervensi masyarakat.

Abstrak:
Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is an infectious disease transmitted by Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus mosquitoes who infected with dengue virus. DHF have been affecting more than 100 tropical and sub-tropical countries in the world. Around 1.8 billion (more than 70%) of the population at risk of dengue fever worldwide live in countries of Southeast Asia and the Western Pacific Region, including Indonesia. In 2016, DKI Jakarta was assigned the status of outbreak of DHF, with a total of 22,697 cases and an incidence rate (IR) of 220.8 per 100,000 population. West Jakarta is one of the regions with the highest DHF incidence rate compared to other cities in DKI Jakarta. This study aims to determine the spatial analysis of the incidence of dengue in West Jakarta in 2015-2019 by considering several factors such as demographics, climate, and larval free index. This study uses an ecological study with a spatial analysis approach and correlation analysis to see the strength of the relationship between the incidence of DHF with factors of population density, climate, and larvae free index. Spatially the incidence of DHF tends to occur in areas with high density and low larvae free index. Statistically, correlation analysis shows that there is a significant relationship between population density, air humidity, and rainfall with the incidence of DHF. Meanwhile, there is no significant correlation between the air temperature and larvae free index with the incidence of DHF in West Jakarta. Result shows that from 56 urban villages in West Jakarta, there are 53 urban villages that are categorized as high vulnerability, and 3 urban villages categorized as medium vulnerability. The high problem of dengue cases in West Jakarta makes the authorities should increase efforts or planning and optimize community empowerment in eradicating dengue cases. Demam berdarah dengue (DBD) merupakan penyakit menular yang sebabkan oleh gigitan nyamuk Aedes aegypti dan Aedes albopictus yang terinfeksi virus dengue dari penderita kepada orang lain. Penyakit ini endemik lebih dari 100 negara beriklim tropis dan sub tropis di belahan dunia. Sekitar 1,8 miliar (lebih dari 70%) dari populasi yang berisiko terkena demam berdarah di seluruh dunia tinggal di negara-negara Asia Tenggara dan Wilayah Pasifik Barat, salah satunya Indonesia. Pada tahun 2016, DKI Jakarta ditetapkan status Kejadian Luar Biasa (KLB) penyakit DBD, dengan jumlah penderita sebanyak 22.697 kasus dan Incidence Rate (IR) sebesar 220.8 per 100.000 penduduk. Kota Jakarta Barat menjadi salah satu wilayah dengan tingkat kejadian DBD tertinggi dibandingkan dengan kota lain di DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis spasial kejadian DBD di Kota Jakarta Barat tahun 2015-2019 dengan mempertimbangkan beberapa faktor seperti demografi, iklim, dan angka bebas jentik. Desain studi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu studi ekologi dengan pendekatan analisis spasial dan analisis korelasi untuk melihat kekuatan hubungan antara kejadian DBD dengan faktor kepadatan penduduk, iklim, dan angka bebas jentik. Secara spasial kejadian DBD cenderung terjadi di wilayah dengan tingkat kepadatan tinggi dan ABJ rendah. Secara statistik, analisis korelasi menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kepadatan penduduk, kelembanam udara, dan curah hujan dengan kejadian DBD. Sedangkan suhu udara dan angka bebas jentik menunjukkan tidak adanya hubungan yang signifikan terhadap kejadian DBD di Kota Jakarta Barat. Dari 56 kelurahan di Jakarta Barat, terdapat 53 kelurahan yang tergolong tingkat kerawanan tinggi, dan 3 kelurahan tergolong kategori kerawanan sedang terjadinya kasus DBD. Tingginya masalah kasus DBD di Jakarta Barat membuat Dinas Kesehatan sebaiknya meningkatkan upaya atau perencanaan serta optimalisasi pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam pemberantasan kasus DBD.

Berdasarkan Global TB Report, Indonesia masih menempati urutan ketiga di dunia sebagai negara yang memiliki estimasi kasus terbesar setelah India dan China. Kasus yang ditemukan di Indonesia pada tahun 2021 sudah sebanyak 403.760 kasus atau sebesar 49% dari estimasi kasus yang ada (824.000 kasus). Salah satu wilayah di Indonesia yaitu Jakarta Timur memiliki jumlah kasus tuberkulosis terbanyak di Provinsi DKI Jakarta dengan total kasus selama tahun 2018-2020 sebanyak 11.988 kasus (31,1%). Tuberkulosis merupakan salah satu penyakit yang dapat diakibatkan oleh faktor lingkungan maupun demografi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis determinan antara faktor iklim dan demografi dengan kasus tuberkulosis di Jakarta Timur selama tahun 2018-2020 dengan menggunakan studi ekologi dan analisis spasial, serta unit analisis dalam penelitian ini merupakan seluruh penderita tuberkulosis pada 10 Kecamatan di Jakarta Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, bahwa kepadatan penduduk tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kasus Tuberkulosis (p = 0,593) dengan hubungan yang sangat lemah dan berpola positif (r = 0,102), begitu pula hasil analisis korelasi pada faktor iklim seperti curah hujan (r = 0,116), kelembaban udara ( r = 0,238) , dan suhu udara (r = -0,172) memiliki hasil yang sama yaitu tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan atau nilai p > 0,05. Hasil analisis secara spasial diperoleh, bahwa tidak ada hubungan secara spasial antara kasus Tuberkulosis dengan faktor iklim dan demografi. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini, tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kasus Tuberkulosis dengan faktor iklim dan demografi, baik secara analisis statistik maupun spasial.

Pneuumonia merupakan salah satu penyakit pernapasan yang paling banyak menyumbang kematian dan kesakitan pada anak. Pneumonia masih menjadi masalah kesehatan bagi dunia dan Indonesia, terutama pada Kota Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan faktor cakupan rumah sehat, faktor individu (BBLR), faktor demografi (kepadatan penduduk), dan faktor iklim (suhu dan curah hujan) dengan kejadian pneumonia pada balita di Kota Jakarta Barat pada tahun 2018-2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi ekologi dengan pendekatan analisis korelasi dan analisis spasial dengan unit analisis berupa seluruh kecamatan yang ada di Kota Jakarta Barat selama periode tahun 2018-2022. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tedapatnya hubungan yang bermakna pada variabel cakupan rumah sehat (r= -0,362), BBLR (r= 0,396), kepadatan penduduk (r= 0,484), suhu (r= 0,332), dan curah hujan (r= -0,544). Pada analisis spasial menunjukan bahwa pola persebaran kejadian pneumonia balita di Kota Jakarta Barat tahun 2018-2022 cenderung banyak terjadi wilayah yang memiliki cakupan rumah sehat rendah dan kepadatan penduduk yang tinggi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya preventif dan pengendalian dalam menekan kejadian kasus pneumonia yang banyak terjadi pada daerah dengan cakupan rumah sehat rendah dan kepadatan penduduk yang tinggi.
Pneumonia is one of the respiratory diseases that causes the most deaths and morbidity in children. Pneumonia is still a health problem for the world and Indonesia, especially in the city of West Jakarta. This study aims to analyze the relationship between healthy house coverage factors, individual factors (underweight birth), demographic factors (population density), and climate factors (temperature and rainfall) with the incidence of pneumonia in toddlers in West Jakarta City in 2018-2022. This research uses an ecological study design with a correlation analysis and spatial analysis approach with the unit of analysis being all sub-districts in West Jakarta City during the 2018-2022 period. The results of this study show that there is a significant relationship between the variables healthy house coverage (r= -0.362), underweight birth (r= 0.396), population density (r= 0.484), temperature (r= 0.332), and rainfall (r= -0.544). Spatial analysis shows that the distribution pattern of toddler pneumonia in West Jakarta City in 2018-2022 tends to occur in areas with low coverage of healthy homes and high population density. Therefore, preventive and control efforts are needed to reduce the incidence of pneumonia cases which often occur in areas with low coverage of healthy houses and high population density.

Tuberkulosis paru atau TB paru adalah adalah penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Penyakit ini menular dari satu orang ke orang lain melalui droplet yang ditransmisikan melalui udara. Tingginya angka kasus penyakit TB dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, salah satunya adalah faktor lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara faktor kepadatan penduduk, cakupan rumah sehat, serta iklim (suhu udara, kelembaban udara, dan curah hujan) terhadap angka proporsi kasus TB paru BTA Positif di Kota Surabaya pada tahun 2015-2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari Badan Pusat Statistika dan Dinas Kesehatan Kota Surabaya dengan metode studi ekologi time trend dan analisis spasial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara variabel kepadatan penduduk (p = 0,000; r = 0,308), cakupan rumah sehat (p = 0,000; r = -0,363), serta kelembaban udara pada lag time 1 tahun (p = 0,014; r = 0,949) dengan proporsi TB paru BTA positif. Sementara untuk faktor suhu udara serta curah hujan menunjukkan hubungan yang tidak signfikan dengan proporsi TB paru BTA Positif. Berdasarkan peta analisis spasial, didapatkan pola yang jelas bahwa angka proporsi yang tinggi terdapat pada wilayah kecamatan yang memiliki cakupan rumah sehat yang rendah, namun pada faktor kepadatan penduduk tidak terlihat pola yang jelas. Oleh karena itu, disarankan untuk dilakukan upaya pencegahan dan pengendalian penyakit TB paru terutama pada wilayah kecamatan yang memiliki kepadatan penduduk yang tinggi dan juga melalui upaya pengembangan rumah sehat yang optimal.

Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) di Indonesia menunjukkan pola fluktuatif dan cenderung meningkat setiap tiga tahun. Kota Depok menduduki peringkat 2 kasus DBD tertinggi Jawa Barat. Faktor lingkungan seperti iklim, kepadatan vektor, dan kepadatan penduduk diduga berperan dalam penyebaran penyakit ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi secara spasial keterkaitan antara faktor lingkungan yaitu suhu, curah hujan, kelembaban, ABJ, HI dan kepadatan penduduk dengan kejadian DBD di tiap kecamatan di Kota Depok pada tahun 2022-2024. Penelitian ini merupakan studi ekologi dengan pendekatan spasial. Data sekunder diperoleh dari Dinas Kesehatan Kota Depok, BPS Kota Depok, dan NASA. Analisis spasial dilakukan menggunakan QGIS dan GeoDa untuk menghitung autokorelasi spasial (Moran’s I dan LISA). Hasil dari pemetaan menunjukkan peningkatan kasus DBD signifikan pada tahun 2024. Hasil analisis LISA menunjukkan terdapat pengelompokan spasial antara iklim, vektor, dan kepadatan penduduk dengan kejadian DBD di beberapa wilayah kecamatan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat beberapa wilayah yang harus diprioritaskan melakukan pengendalian penyakit.
Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) in Indonesia shows a fluctuating pattern and tends to increase every three years. Depok City ranked second in terms of the highest number of DHF cases in West Java. Environmental factors such as climate, vector density, and population density were suspected to play a role in the spread of this disease. This study aimed to spatially identify the association between environmental factors (temperature, rainfall, humidity, House Index [HI], Larvae Free Index [ABJ], and population density) and DHF incidence in each sub-district of Depok City from 2022 to 2024. This study employed an ecological design with a spatial approach. Secondary data were obtained from the Depok City Health Office, the Depok City Statistics Agency, and NASA. Spatial analysis was conducted using QGIS and GeoDa to calculate spatial autocorrelation (Moran's I and LISA). The mapping results showed a significant increase in DHF cases in 2024. LISA analysis indicated spatial clustering among climate factors, vector indices, population density, and DHF incidence in several sub-districts. It was concluded that there were specific areas that should be prioritized for disease control interventions.

Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi ekologi kombinasi atau mix design yang terdiri atas analisis time trend dan juga analisis spasial dengan populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh kecamatan yang berada di wilayah Kabupaten Bogor yang berjumlah 40 kecamatan.

Abstrak:
Malaria is a disease caused by the Plasmodium parasite and is transmitted by the Anopheles mosquito. Malaria is one of the health problems faced by Indonesia and the world. So that efforts to eradicate malaria are included in one of the goals of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This study aims to determine the relationship of environmental and population factors to the incidence of malaria in Kapuas District. This study used ecological methods carried out in 17 sub-districts in Kapuas District in 2013 - 2017. The data used in this study were secondary data obtained from relevant agencies, namely the Kapuas District Health Office, Kapuas Regency Central Bureau of Statistics and BMKG Palangkaraya. The independent variables in this study were topography, rainfall, water area, distribution of bed nets, and population density. For the dependent variable is the incidence of malaria. The results of the analysis show that environmental variables, namely topography, rainfall, water area, and population distribution and population variables, namely population density are significantly associated with malaria incidence in Kapuas District in 2013-2017 (p value <0.1). The results of the analysis also showed positive relationships between the topographic, water, and netting distributions with the incidence of malaria. While the rainfall and population density variables showed a negative relationship to the incidence of malaria. Preventive efforts need to be made to prevent the incidence of malaria in the Kapuas Regency, such as maximizing the distribution of mosquito nets to spray in transmigrant homes, providing larvacides and strengthening malaria baseline data by mapping.
