Abstrak:
Pajanan konsentrasi PM2,5 merupakan salah satu bahaya kimia di lingkungan kerja yang dapat menyebabkan berbagai gangguan kesehatan. Dalam keilmuan Higiene Industri, salah satu tahapan yang ditujukan untuk menanggulangi pajanan konsentrasi PM2,5 di lingkungan kerja adalah evaluasi, yang dapat dilakukan dengan cara mengukurnya dengan alat ukur berstandar. Akan tetapi, harga dan biaya operasional alat ukur tersebut sangat tinggi. Seiring berkembangnya teknologi, telah dikembangkan alat realtime monitoring PM2,5 berbasis low-cost sensor. Akan tetapi, validitas hasil pengukuran alat tersebut masih belum diketahui secara komprehensif. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis validitas alat realtime monitoring PM2,5 berbasis low-cost sensor terhadap DustTrak TSI 8530 sebagai alat ukur referensi di area indoor dan outdoor. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi komparasi dengan pendekatan analitik observasional. Validitas alat tersebut akan dianalisis melalui perbandingan hasil pengukuran konsentrasi PM2,5 antara kedua alat tersebut berdasarkan kriteria presisi, bias, linearitas, dan error sesuai dengan panduan yang ada pada SNI Nomor 9178 tahun 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada pengujian di indoor, kriteria validitas yang diterima sesuai persyaratan terdiri dari Standar Deviasi (SD) yang didapatkan sebesar 1,25 μg/m^3, Koefisien Variasi (KV) sebesar 5,33%, Intercept sebesar -3,419, dan Koefisien Determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,924. Akan tetapi, terdapat kriteria validitas yang tidak diterima sesuai persyaratan, yaitu slope yang didapatkan sebesar 0,515 dan Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) sebesar 26,9 μg/m^3. Selanjutnya, pada pengujian outdoor kriteria validitas yang diterima sesuai persyaratan terdiri dari SD yang didapatkan sebesar 3,81 μg/m^3, KV sebesar 8,35%, Intercept sebesar -3,454, dan R² sebesar 0,916. Akan tetapi, terdapat kriteria validitas yang tidak diterima sesuai persyaratan, yaitu slope yang didapatkan sebesar 0,532 dan RMSE sebesar 50,2 μg/m^3. Maka dari itu, hasil Uji Validitas di kedua area pengukuran tidak valid karena kriteria slope dan RMSE di dua area pengukuran tidak diterima sesuai persyaratan, sehingga diperlukan adanya rumus adjusted sensor concentration ke dalam program alat tersebut agar dapat valid dan setara dengan DustTrak TSI 8530.

Exposure to PM2,5 concentration is one of the chemical hazards in the workplace that can cause various health problems. In Industrial Hygiene science, one of the stages aimed at overcoming exposure to PM2,5 concentration in the workplace is evaluation, which can be done by measuring it with standardized measuring instruments. However, the price and operational costs of these measuring instruments are very high. As technology develops, realtime monitoring device for PM2,5 based on low-cost sensors have been developed. However, the validity of the measurement results of these tools is still not comprehensively known. Therefore, this study aims to determine and analyze the validity of realtime monitoring device for PM2,5 based on low-cost sensors against the DustTrak TSI 8530 as a reference measuring tool in indoor and outdoor areas. This study uses a method comparison study with a analytical observasional approach. The validity of the tool will be analyzed by comparing the results of PM2,5 concentration measurements between the two tools based on the criteria of precision, bias, linearity, and error in accordance with the guidelines in SNI Number 9178 of 2023. The results of the study show that in indoor testing, the validity criteria accepted according to the requirements consist of a Standard Deviation (SD) obtained of 1.25 μg/m^3, a Coefficient of Variation (CV) of 5.33%, an Intercept of -3.419, and a Coefficient of Determination (R²) of 0.924. However, there are validity criteria that are not accepted according to the requirements, namely the slope obtained of 0.515 and a Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) of 26.9 μg/m^3. Furthermore, in the outdoor testing, the validity criteria accepted according to the requirements consist of SD obtained at 3.81 μg/m^3, CV at 8.35%, Intercept at -3.454, and R² at 0.916. However, there are validity criteria that are not accepted according to the requirements, namely the slope obtained at 0.532 and RMSE at 50.2 μg/m^3. Therefore, the results of the validation test in both measurement areas are invalid because the slope and RMSE criteria in the two measurement areas are not accepted according to the requirements, so that an adjusted sensor concentration formula is needed in the device program so that it can be valid and equivalent to the DustTrak TSI 8530.

Abstrak:
Tekanan panas merupakan salah satu faktor bahaya fisik di lingkungan kerja yang dapat menyebabkan berbagai gangguan kesehatan akibat panas. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penilaian tekanan panas yang umumnya menggunakan indeks Wet-Bulb Globe Temperature (WBGT). Namun, penggunaan alat ukur WBGT standar masih memiliki beberapa keterbatasan. Sebagai alternatif, telah dikembangkan alat real-time monitoring tekanan panas berbasis low-cost sensor yang terintegrasi dengan sistem Internet of Things (IoT). Namun, validitas hasil pengukuran alat tersebut masih belum diketahui secara komprehensif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis validitas alat real-time monitoring tekanan panas berbasis low-cost sensor terhadap alat ukur WBGT standar pada area indoor dan outdoor. Penelitian menggunakan desain studi komparasi (method comparison study) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis validitas dilakukan melalui perbandingan hasil pengukuran alat real-time monitoring berbasis low-cost sensor dan alat ukur WBGT standar berdasarkan kriteria presisi, bias, linearitas, dan error pada parameter suhu kering, suhu basah alami, suhu radian, kelembapan relatif, dan nilai WBGT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa suhu kering memiliki validitas yang baik pada pengukuran indoor dan outdoor. Suhu basah alami dan suhu radian menunjukkan validitas yang baik pada pengukuran indoor, namun mengalami penurunan validitas pada pengukuran outdoor. Kelembapan relatif menunjukkan presisi dan linearitas yang baik, namun validitasnya belum optimal karena nilai bias dan error yang relatif tinggi. Nilai WBGT menunjukkan validitas yang sangat baik pada pengukuran indoor, namun masih memerlukan peningkatan akurasi pada pengukuran outdoor. Secara kesuluruhan, validitas alat real-time monitoring tekanan panas berbasis low-cost sensor lebih baik pada pengukuran indoor dibandingkan outdoor. Alat yang dikembangkan ini berpotensi digunakan sebagai sistem pemantauan tekanan panas secara real-time, terutama pada lingkungan indoor, dengan tetap memerlukan penyempurnaan alat untuk meningkatkan validitas pengukuran outdoor.

Heat stress is one of the physical hazards in the workplace that may cause various heat-related health effects. Therefore, heat stress assessment is required, which commonly assessed using Wet-Bulb Globe Temperature (WBGT) index. However, the use of standard WBGT instruments still has several limitations. As an alternative, a low-cost sensor-based real-time heat stress monitoring device integrated with an Internet of Things (IoT) system has been developed. However, the validity of its measurement results has not yet comprehensively known. This study aimed to determine and analyze the validity of a low-cost sensor-based real-time heat stress monitoring device against a standard WBGT instrument in indoor and outdoor environments. This study employed a quantitative method comparison design. Validity analysis was assessed by comparing measurements obtained from the low-cost sensor-based real-time monitoring device and the standard WBGT instrument based on precision, bias, linearity, and error for dry-bulb temperature, natural wet-bulb temperature, globe temperature, relative humidity, and the WBGT value. The results showed that dry-bulb temperature demonstrated good validity in both indoor and outdoor measurements. Natural wet-bulb temperature and globe temperature showed good validity in indoor measurements but experienced a decrease in validity during outdoor measurements. Relative humidity demonstrated good precision and linearity, but its validity was not optimal due to relatively high bias and error values. The WBGT value showed excellent validity in indoor measurements, but still required improved accuracy in outdoor environments. Overall, the validity of the low-cost sensor-based real-time heat stress monitoring device was better in indoor than outdoor environments. The developed device has the potential to be used as a real-time heat stress monitoring system, particularly in indoor settings, although further improvements are needed to enhance the validity of outdoor measurements.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dan menganalisis konsentrasi pajanan personal PM2.5 pada pekerja Dinas Perhubungan yang bekerja di Terminal Terpadu Kota Depok pada tahun 2015, dengan menggunakan desain studi deskriptif. Pengukuran konsentrasi pajanan personal PM2.5 dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat ukur Leland Legacy Pump dan Sioutas Cascade Impactor. Pengukuran dilakukan selama 8 jam per hari dalam waktu 7 hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukan konsentrasi pajanan personal PM2.5 pada pekerja dishub yang bekerja di lapangan lebih tinggi dari pada yang bekerja di bagian administrasi (dalam ruangan), meskipun keduanya sama-sama sudah melebihi nilai ambang batas (NAB) yang ditetapkan oleh WHO (25 μg/m3 ), US-EPA (35 μg/m3 ), dan Peraturan Pemerintah RI No.41 tahun 1999 (65 μg/m3 ). Selain itu, kualitas udara di lingkungan luar dan dalam terminal juga sudah berada pada kategori yang tidak sehat. Kata kunci: polusi udara, terminal bus, PM2.5 This study purposed to measure and analyze personal exposure concentrations of PM2.5 at the Department of Transportation (DISHUB) workers who work in Integrated Terminal Depok City in 2015, with using descriptive design study. The concentrations measurement of PM2.5 personal exposure is using Leland Legacy Pump and Personal Sampling Sioutas Cascade Impactor. This measurement was performed for 8 hours per day within 7 days. The results showed personal exposure concentrations of PM2.5 on Department of Transportation (DISHUB) workers who work in the field (outdoor) is higher than those working in administration (indoor), although both results are already exceeding the threshold level value (TLV) from WHO (25 μg/m3), US-EPA (35 μg/m3), and Indonesian Government Regulation (PP RI No. 41/1999) (65 μg/m3). Abstrak: Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan keluhan pernafasan subyektif pada operator cetak yang terpajan (PM2,5) di lingkungan produksi. Subyek penelitian ini adalah 51 pekerja operator cetak shift tiga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan konsentrasi PM2,5 lebih tinggi ditemukan pada daerah mesin solna 1 (0,463 mg/m 3 ) dan solna (40,211 mg/m3 ) dibandingkan mesin HT dan magnum. Ditemukan operator mengalami keluhan pernafasan sebanyak 88,2% dan yang tidak mengalami ada 11,8%. Ditemukan tidak adanya perbedaan yang signifikan konsentrasi PM2,5, durasi pajanan, perilaku merokok dan karakteristik tempat tinggal dengan keluhan pernafasan subyektif. Diperlukan perbaikan desain lingkungan kerja serta penggunaan alat pelindung pernafasan yang baik dan benar.

This study aimed to determine factors that associated with subjective respiratory complaints on printing operator who exposured particulate matter 2,5 respirable in the environment of production. The subjects of research in the measurement are 51 printing operators in the third shift. The result showed that the higher average exposure concentrations of PM2,5 were found in the Solna 1 machine (0,463 mg/m3 ) and Solna 4 machine (0,211 mg/m3 ) than HT 1,2,3 machine and magnum machine. The result also showed that the printing operators who get the subjective respiratory complaints are 88,2 percents and who not to get the subjective respiratory complaints are 11,8 percents. There were not significant differences between the average concentration of PM2,5 in production area, the duration of exposure, smoking habit and characteristic of living environment with the subjective respiratory complaints. Further improvements on the design of working environment and the good using of respiratory protective equipments.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas risiko keselamatan pada aktivitas bermain di area bermain outdoor TK Indria, Beji-Depok Tahun 2013. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif observasional yang bertujuan untuk menentukan tingkat risiko keselamatan pada aktivitas bermain terkait penggunaan alat-alat permainan di area bermain outdoor dengan menggunakan metode semi kuantitatif AS/NZS 4360:2004. Penelitian ini melakukan identifikasi bahaya dan risiko di setiap tahapan (task) aktivitas bermain dengan menggunakan metode JHA (Job Hazard Analysis) dan menganalisis nilai probability, exposure, dan consequences di setiap tahapan tersebut berdasarkan tabel semi kuantitatif W.T Fine J. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa tingkat risiko yang dimiliki pada setiap tahapan aktivitas bermain di area bermain outdoor meliputi level very high, priority 1, substantial, priority 3, dan acceptable.
 

 
This research discussed the safety risk in playing activity at playgorund area Kindergarten Indria, Beji-Depok 2013. Design for this research was descriptive observational study that objective to determine the level of risk safety on playing activity related playing equipment at playground area using semi quantitative method AS/NZS 4360:2004. The research identified hazard and risk using JHA (Job Hazard Analysis) and analyze the score of probability, exposure, and consequences at each stage in playing activity based on semi quantitative table W.T. Fine J. Results of this research showed that the level of risk at each stage in playing activity at playground area includes very high level, priority 1, substantial, priority 3, and acceptable.

Abstrak: Diesel particulate matter baik fine maupun ultrafine particulate berkontribusi terhadap pajanan personal harian pekerja. Pajanan diesel particulate matter dalam jangka waktu pendek maupun dalam jangka waktu panjang dapat mengganggu kesehatan. Gangguan kesehatan tersebut antara lain menyebabkan perubahan glukosa, HbA1c dan lipid. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik yang bertujuan menganalisis pajanan diesel particulate matter yang dikaitkan dengan peningkatan HbA1c dalam darah. Sampel penelitian adalah petugas uji mekanis berjumlah 18 orang dan 13 petugas administrasi di Unit Pengelola Pengujian Kendaraan Bermotor Cilincing dan 18 kelompok pembanding. Adapun variable penelitian adalah pajanan diesel particulate matter, kadar HbA1c, usia, Indeks Masa Tubuh (IMT), lama kerja, dan kebiasaan merokok. Pengukuran pajanan particulate matter menggunakan pompa Leland legacy dan Sioutas cascade impactor dan perhitungan konsentrasi pajanan menggunakan metode gravimetric. Penimbangan filter debu hasil sampling menggunakan alat Neraca Mikro Mettler Toledo. Pengukuran kadar HbA1c dalam darah bekerja sama dengan Laboratorium Kesehatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya hubungan yang kuat dan berkorelasi positif antara konsentrasi pajanan personal PM10, PM2.5, PM1, PM0.5 dan PM0.25 dengan tingkat kadar HbA1c dalam darah. Exposure to diesel particulate matter in the short term and in the long term can disrupt health. These health problems include changes in glucose, HbA1c and lipids. This study is an analytical study that aims to analyze the exposure of diesel particulate matter associated with increased HbA1c in the blood. The samples were mechanical test officer totaling 18 people and 13 administrative officers in Cilincing Motor Vehicle Testing Unit and 18 comparison groups. The research variables are diesel particulate matter exposure, HbA1c level, age, body mass index (BMI), length of service, and smoking habit. Measurement of particulate matter exposure using Leland legacy and Sioutas cascade impactor pumps and calculation of exposure concentration using gravimetric method. Weighing of sampling dust filter using Mettler Toledo Micro Balance tool. Measurements of HbA1c levels in the blood work in conjunction with the Health Laboratory. The results showed a strong and positively correlated relationship between the personal exposure concentrations of PM10, PM2.5, PM1, PM0.5 and PM0.25 with levels of HbA1c in the blood.
