Abstrak: Jumlah kasus AIDS di Indonesia semakin meningkat, sampai periode Juni2013 sebesar 43.667 kasus. ABK merupakan mobile migrant population yangmemiliki perilaku seksual berisiko HIV/AIDS. Penelitian ini bertujuanmengetahui gambaran faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku seksualberisiko terkait HIV/AIDS pada ABK di Poliklinik KKP Kelas I Tanjung Priok.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dengan desain penelitian yaitucross-sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ABK yangmelakukan kegiatan Medical Check Up (MCU) di poliklinik KKP Tanjung Priok.Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagian ABK yang melakukan kegiatanMCU dengan kriteria inklusi berjenis kelamin laki-laki, masa kerja minimal 3bulan, WNI, dan menandatangani informed consent. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan 30,7% ABK memiliki perilaku seksual berisiko terkait HIV/AIDS.Karakteristik ABK terbanyak pada umur >30 tahun (56,7%), menikah (59,3%),pendidikan terakhir SMP keatas (78,7%), pulang ke daerah asal kurang dari 9bulan sekali (78,7%), lama berlabuh ≤ 3 hari (59,3%), usia seks pertama >21tahun (51,3%), tingkat pengetahuan kurang (53,3%), sikap negatif (54,7%), dankurang terpapar informasi HIV/AIDS (56,7%). Faktor-faktor yang secara statistikmemiliki hubungan dengan perilaku seksual berisiko adalah status pernikahan,pendidikan, frekuensi pulang ke daerah asal, lama berlabuh, usia seks pertama,pengetahuan, sikap dan keterpaparan media informasi. Sehingga perlu diberikanKIE mengenai HIV/AIDS dan penggunaaan kondom yang berkesinambungan serta penyediaan ATM kondom.Kata Kunci : Perilaku seksual berisiko, HIV/AIDS, ABK

The number of AIDS cases in Indonesia has increased, until the period ofJune 2013 amounted to 43.667 cases. The crew of ship is a mobile migrantpopulation who have HIV/AIDS-risk sexual behaviors. This research aims to havedescription of the factors correlation with risk sexual behavior related toHIV/AIDS in the crew at the Polyclinic of Port Health Office Class I of TanjungPriok. This research is an observational research using cross-sectional designstudy. Research population was entire the crew that have Medical Check Up(MCU) in the Polyclinic of Port Health Office Class I of Tanjung Priok. Researchsample was partially of the crew that have Medical Check Up (MCU) withinclusion criteria male, work period at least 3 months, Indonesian, and signedinformed consent. The result showed 30,7% of the crew have HIV/AIDS-risksexual behavior. Most of the crew characteristic are above 30 years old (56,7%),get married (59,3%), educational grade over junior high school (78,7%), back totheir hometown less than once in 9 months (78,7%), longer anchore less than 3days (59,3%), age of first sex in over 21 years old (51,3%), level of knowledgelow (53,3%), negative demeanor (54,7%), and less exposure to HIV/AIDSinformation (56,7%). The factors that are statistically have correlation with risksexual behavior was marital status, education, frequency back to their hometown,longer anchored, age of first sex, knowledge, attitudes and media exposureinformation. So that needs to be given information, education and communicationabout HIV/AIDS and sustainable use of condoms and provision of condoms ATM.Keywords : risky sexual behavior, HIV/AIDS, the crew.

Abstrak: Kewaspadaan standar merupakan salah satu prinsip upaya pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksi dengan tujuan mencegah terjadinya penularan penyakit di lingkungan sekitar fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku kewaspadaan standar petugas Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan Kelas I Tanjung Priok tahun 2023 berdasarkan teori Health Belief Model. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross sectional. Sampel sebesar 140 orang petugas yang diambil secara simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan cara responden mengisi sendiri kuesioner. Analisis univariat, bivariat (Chi Square), dan multivariat (regresi logistik ganda) dilakukan pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan petugas Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan Kelas I Tanjung Priok memiliki perilaku kewaspadaan standar yang baik. Faktor persepsi individu yang berhubungan dengan perilaku kewaspadaan standar adalah efikasi diri. Faktor modifikasi yang berhubungan dengan perilaku kewaspadaan standar adalah pelatihan. Efikasi diri adalah faktor yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan perilaku kewaspadaan standar petugas, petugas yang memiliki efikasi diri rendah berpeluang 4,07 kali untuk memiliki perilaku kewaspadaan standar yang kurang dibandingkan petugas dengan efikasi diri yang tinggi (OR= 4,07 95% CI 1,788 – 9,286). Untuk itu Kementerian Kesehatan dan Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan Kelas I Tanjung Priok dapat bekerja sama untuk melakukan upaya guna meningkatkan efikasi diri petugas melalui penyelenggarakan program pelatihan yang intensif dan komprehensif bagi petugas sehingga penerapan perilaku kewaspadaan standar dapat lebih maksimal.

Standard precautions are one of the principles of infection prevention and control efforts with the aim of preventing disease transmission in the environment around health care facilities. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the standard vigilance behavior of Tanjung Priok Class I Port Health Office officers in 2023 based on the theory of the Health Belief Model. This study used a cross sectional study design. A sample of 140 officers was taken by simple random sampling. Data collection by means of respondents filling out the questionnaire themselves. Univariate, bivariate (Chi Square), and multivariate (multiple logistic regression) analyzes were performed in this study. The results showed that Tanjung Priok Class I Port Health Office Officers had good standard precautionary behavior. The individual perception factor associated with standard vigilance behavior is self-efficacy. The modifying factor associated with standard vigilance behavior is training. Self-efficacy is the most dominant factor associated with standard vigilance behavior of officers, officers who have low self-efficacy are 4.07 times more likely to have less standard vigilance behavior than officers with high self-efficacy (OR= 4.07 95% CI 1.788 - 9.286). For this reason, the Ministry of Health and the Tanjung Priok Class I Port Health Office can work together to make efforts to increase the self-efficacy of officers through the implementation of intensive and comprehensive training programs for officers so that the implementation of standard precautionary behaviors can be maximized.
