X construction project workers have relatively high work hazards and risks, particularly while working under the COVID-19 pandemic situation. As construction projects must go on, the workers likely have a higher risk of the COVID-19 exposure. When some workers directly or indirectly are exposed to the COVID-19, their jobs are taken over by co-workers. This case results in fatigue for construction workers. Work fatigue is one of the causes of occupational accidents as the fatigue reduces their focus, decision-making abilities, muscle strength, communication skills, productivity, alertness, physical and psychological performance and work motivation. This study aimed to determine the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on fatigue in PT. X workers. This study applied an observational analytic method with a cross-sectional study design. Samples were taken from the total population of foundry workers in construction projects as many as 100 workers. *Multidimensional Fatigue Inventory Questionnaire*. Data analysis with a quantitative approach used univariate and bivariate analysis. Based on the results of the Pearson correlation analysis with a significant level of p < 0.05, variables that had a relationship with fatigue variable were age (p = 0.048), sleep time (p = 0.040), comorbid (p=0.004) and the COVID-19 pandemic (p=0.001)
Work related skin disease is reported as top three of occupational disease. The most happening of occupational contact dermatitis due to contact with chemicals, causing contact dermatitis as approximately 80%. Occupational contact dermatitis will influence work and reduce productivity therefore it is important to recognize and controlled. This research represent a observation have the character of descriptive seen by cross sectional at a chemical laboratory in West Java in 2006. Especial target: to see factors influencing occupational contact dermatitis at worker of chemical laboratory in PT Sucofindo. By subject research is worker of analyst at chemical laboratory. All subject in holding an interview with using questioner and conducted by physical examination of existence of husk disparity. Temperature and humidity are obtained from data of secunder done by company each month. From 61 subject of research interviewed and checked, 100% contact with chemicals, 86,86% occupational contact dermatitis, by incidence rate equal to 75,41 1 100 workers and prevalence rate equal to 86,88 1 100 worker. Factors influencing the happening of contact dermatitis duration of contact, frequency of contact, and usage personal protective equipment (gloves and lab coat). Risk of contact dermatitis, equal to 116 times worker without personal protective equipment, equal to 3,9 times of worker with history atopy, and equal to 0,4 times worker have personal hygiene. Conclusion of research is still height rate of incidence and prevalence rate of occupational contact dermatitis in PT Sucofindo Laboratory. The most dominant factors is usage of personal protective equipment (gloves and lab coat). With suggestion require to improve of caring management to dangerous chemical especially it contact with them. Standard operating procedures must be reviewed usage of gloves according to his usefulness and type. Training must be conducted to improve appropriate program in order to prevent occupational contact dermatitis.
