Abstrak:
Kecelakaan listrik statis banyak terjadi pada industri minyak dan kimia, serta banyak juga terjadi pada pompa bensin, tangki peternakan, dan kilang minyak. Pengendalian yang kurang tepat menyebabkan kecelakaan listrik statis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian literatur sistematis dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang meninjau dua belas literatur sesuai kriteria penelitian. Penelitian ini menunjukkan pengendalian bahaya listrik statis dengan tiga metode, yaitu metode mengurangi pembentukan muatan statis, mengurangi akumulasi muatan statis, dan menghilangkan atmosfer mudah terbakar. Pengendalian berdasarkan metode mengurangi pembentukan muatan statis adalah mengontrol gesekan, menggunakan partikel dalam ukuran besar, mengurangi kecepatan gesekan, mengurangi jumlah kontak pada kain, memberi anti statis pada kain poliester dan kain nilon, menggunakan peralatan transfer saat memindahkan material ke dalam vessel. Pengendalian berdasarkan metode mengurangi akumulasi muatan statis adalah melakukan bonding dan grounding, meningkatkan kelembaban relatif, menggunakan alas kaki disipatif, sarung tangan konduktor, lantai penghantar, pakaian anti statis, memberi anti statis pada cairan atau benda padat, membatasi penggunaan bahan isolasi, dan ionisasi. Pengendalian berdasarkan metode menghilangkan atmosfer mudah terbakar adalah menambahkan gas inert dan menerapkan ventilasi. Pengendalian bahaya listrik statis merupakan satu-kesatuan antar ketiga metode dan masing-masing pengendalian memiliki keterbatasannya sehingga penerapannya perlu disesuaikan dengan kondisi lapangan.
Static ectricity accidents mostly occur in the oil and chemical industries, and also many occur in gas stations, farm tanks, and oil refineries. Improperly control was caused static electricity accident. This study using systematic review method with a qualitative approach that review twelve literature in accordance with research criteria. This study is shown static electricity hazard control by three method, reducing charge generation, reducing charge accumulation, and remove flammable atmospheres. The control based on reducing charge generation method is friction control, using particles in large sizes, reduce the speed of friction, reduce the number of contacts on the fabric, adding antistatistics for polyester and nylon fabrics, and use transfer equipment when transferring material to vessel. The control based on reducing charge accumulation method is done bonding and grounding, increase relative humidity, use static-dissipative footwear, conductor gloves, static-dissipative floor, anti-static clothing, adding anti-static to liquids or solid objects, limitation to use insulation materials, and ionization. The control based on removing flammable atmospheres method is adding inert gas and applying ventilation. Static electricity hazard control is a unity between the three methods and each control has its limitations, so the application needs to adjust in field conditions.
