This study aims to calculate top 10 diagnosis of disease and top 10 expensive disease inpatient care among participants of the Healthy Karawang Health Service Program in Karawang Regency, January-December 2018. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using a cross sectional design. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the claims data of the Karawang Sehat Health Service Program. The analysis carried out was Univariate analysis. The results of this study indicate that the male participants received the most inpatient services, namely 50.4% of all claims. The average age of participants who received inpatient services was 33.41 years and the average length of stay was 4.86 days. Typhoid Fever is the most hospitalized disease, the most expensive inpatient disease, Hydrocephalus, unspecified at a cost of Rp213.576.000,00. The highest average cost of care for participants in the Healthy Karawang Health Service Program for the period of January - December 2018 in the 10 most inpatient diseases was Tuberculosis of Lung, confirmed by unspecified means which was Rp5.393.807,55 and in the 10 most expensive inpatient diseases Presence of cerebrospinal fluid drainage device is Rp34.804.500,00. Suggestions for the Karawang Sehat Health Service Program are to carry out promotive and preventive activities in hospitalized diseases, which mostly occur in the participants of the Healthy Karawang Health Service Program. Conduct repeated checks on claims of 10 most expensive inpatient diagnoses with a large number of cases to avoid the occurrence of cost overruns and fraud. Collaborating with the Social Service and Population and Civil Registry Service to address the population data of the poor population of Karawang Regency, so that it can be integrated into the National Health Insurance scheme.
The purpose of this study was to describe factors related to the implementation reference Askes Branch in Central Jakarta district health centers and sub-Johar Senen Year 2012 by using a qualitative approach. Moreover examined several aspects related to the availability of doctors, availability of drugs, medical devices complete facilities, understanding health as a gate keeper and patient understanding of participants askes about referral and refer back. The results of this study indicate that if the availability of drugs in health centers and complete facilities will make less likely the patient is referred to a greater PPK advanced, knowledge of patient referral service will also influence the decision to refer the patient, the greater the knowledge of the patient, the less likely the patient will be referred and conversely the less knowledge of the patient, the greater the patient is referred.
Salah satu indikator keberhasilan pelayanan makanan di rumah sakit adalah persentase sisa makanan pasien yang tidak melebihi 20%. Tingginya sisa makanan dapat menyebabkan asupan makanan pasien menjadi tidak adekuat sehingga menghambat proses penyembuhan, serta menimbulkan kerugian finansial akibat biaya makanan yang terbuang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara usia, jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan, kelas perawatan, bentuk makanan, tingkat kepuasan akan kualitas makanan, kualitas pelayanan, dan faktor lingkungan dengan kejadian sisa makanan serta kehilangan biaya akibat sisa makanan pada 230 pasien dewasa kelas standar (I, II, dan III) di RSUD Kota Bogor tahun 2026 yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross-sectional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 66,5% pasien menyisakan makanan >20%, dengan rata-rata kehilangan biaya akibat sisa makanan pada waktu makan siang sebesar Rp6.976 ± Rp5.325 per pasien. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang bermakna antara tingkat kepuasan akan kualitas pelayanan dengan kejadian sisa makanan (p-value = 0,030; OR=0,488[0,254-0,939]) serta antara kejadian sisa makanan dengan kehilangan biaya akibat sisa makanan (p-value < 0,001).
One of the success indicators of hospital foodsevice is a patient plate waste percentage that does not exceed 20%. High plate waste can lead to inadequate dietary intake for patients, thereby hindering the recovery process, as well as causing financial losses due to wasted food costs. This study aims to determine the relationship between age, gender, education level, wards class, type of diet, satisfaction level with food quality, service quality, and environmental factors with the occurrence of plate waste and financial losses caused by food waste among 230 adult standard class patients (classes I, II, and III) at RSUD Kota Bogor in 2026 who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. This study used a quantitative method with a cross-sectional study design. The results showed that 66,5% of patients left more than 20% of their food uneaten, with an average financial loss due to lunch plate waste of Rp6.976 ± Rp5.325 per patient. The analysis revealed a significant relationship between the satisfaction level with service quality and the occurrence of plate waste (p-value = 0,030; OR=0,488[0,254-0,939]) as well as between the occurrence of plate waste and financial losses due to food waste (p-value < 0,001).
