Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja Manajemen dan Penerapan SistemKeselamatan Kebakaran pada Bangunan Gedung di Kawasan Kampus UniversitasIndonesia, Depok dengan metode penelitian Semi Kuantitatif dan desain DeskriptifAnalitik. Evaluasi dilakukan berdasarkan kesesuaian 12 safety parametes dan persyaratantambahan pada NFPA 101A: Alternate Approaches to Life Safety dengan standar NFPA101: Life Safety Code. ®. Variabel yang dianalisis adalah komponen Manajemen,Penerapan Sistem Keselamatan dan Proteksi Kebakaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukankinerja sistem keselamatan kebakaran cenderung kurang baik, hal tersebut dipengaruhimanajemen yang kurang baik, hasil evaluasi dimaksudkan untuk tindak lanjut perbaikandan peningkatan kinerja sistem keselamatan kebakaran yang diterapkan.
Kata kunci : Manajemen, Sistem, Proteksi Kebakaran, CFSES, Keselamatan Kebakaran.

Abstrak:
Skripsi ini membahas evaluasi penerapan keselamatan kebakaran gedung dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak Computerized Fire Safety Evaluation System(CFSES) di Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif yang terletak di Jakarta Pusat. Evaluasi dilakukan berdasarkan kesesuaian 12 safety parametes dan persyaratan tambahan pada NFPA 101A: Alternate Approaches to Life Safetydengan standar NFPA 101: Life Safety Code. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan keselamatan kebakaran di Gedung Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif belum memenuhi persyaratan keselamatan minimum pada NFPA 101: Life Safety Code.

Abstrak:
Angka kejadian kebakaran yang tinggi pada bangunan di Indonesia menandakankurangnnya perhatian pemilik gedung terhadap kelengkapan sistem yang adauntuk pencegahan kebakaran. Walaupun sudah terdapat perangkat pelindungterhadap kebakaran namun harus dianalisis mengenai keefektifan dan standar dariperangkat tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan piranti lunak CFSES untukmelakukan evaluasi sistem pelindungan kebakaran pada gedung pemerintahan.Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa gedung pemerintahan masih kurang dalamaspek fire control, terutama pada parameter bukaan vertikal. Kesulitan dalampenelitian ini adalah kurangnya data dari masing-masing gedung terkait sistemkeselamatan kebakaran pada gedung.
