Abstrak: Gedung Pendidikan dan Laboratorium Fakultas Ilmu Keperawatan Universitas Indonesia memiliki 8 lantai, semakin tinggi gedung maka akan semakin banyak potensi bahan bakar yang menyebabkan kebakaran. Selain itu kejadian kebakaran di Indonesia masih tergolong tinggi. Kebakaran dapat menimbulkan berbagai macam kerugian mulai dari manusia, aset, produktivitas, dan kerugian sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan keselamatan kebakaran pada Gedung Pendidikan dan Laboratorium Fakultas Ilmu Keperawatan Universitas Indonesia. Evaluasi meliputi 12 safety parameters dan persyaratan tambahan sesuai dengan Fire Safety Evaluation System NFPA 101A: Guide on Alternative Approaches to Life Safety dan NFPA 101: Life Safety Code yang kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan Computerized Fire Safety Evaluation System (CFSES). Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif dengan pendekatan semi kuantitatif yang bersifat observasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan keselamatan kebakaran pada Gedung Pendidikan dan Laboratorium Fakultas Ilmu Keperawatan Universitas Indonesia belum memenuhi persyaratan keselamatan minimum. Perbaikan pada 12 safety parameters dan persyaratan tambahan dapat mereduksi resiko kebakaran

Education Building and Laboratory, Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Indonesia has 8 floors, the higher building, the more potential fuel caused a fire. In addition to the fires in Indonesia is still relatively high. Fire can cause a variety of losses ranging from human, assets, productivity, and social losses. This study aims to evaluate the application of fire safety at Education Building and Laboratory, Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Indonesia. Evaluate included 12 safety parameters and additional requirements in accordance with the Fire Safety Evaluation System NFPA 101A: Guide on Alternative Approaches to Life Safety and NFPA 101: Life Safety Code which is then analyzed using the Computerized Fire Safety Evaluation system (CFSES). This study used a descriptive design with a semi-quantitative approach is observational. The results showed that the application of fire safety in the Education Building and Laboratory, Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Indonesia does not meet the minimum safety requirements. Improvements to 12 safety parameters and additional requirements may reduce the risk of fire.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja Manajemen dan Penerapan SistemKeselamatan Kebakaran pada Bangunan Gedung di Kawasan Kampus UniversitasIndonesia, Depok dengan metode penelitian Semi Kuantitatif dan desain DeskriptifAnalitik. Evaluasi dilakukan berdasarkan kesesuaian 12 safety parametes dan persyaratantambahan pada NFPA 101A: Alternate Approaches to Life Safety dengan standar NFPA101: Life Safety Code. ®. Variabel yang dianalisis adalah komponen Manajemen,Penerapan Sistem Keselamatan dan Proteksi Kebakaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukankinerja sistem keselamatan kebakaran cenderung kurang baik, hal tersebut dipengaruhimanajemen yang kurang baik, hasil evaluasi dimaksudkan untuk tindak lanjut perbaikandan peningkatan kinerja sistem keselamatan kebakaran yang diterapkan.

This research is aimed to evaluate the performance of management and the application ofthe Fire Safety Systems Building in the area of University of Indonesia, Depok, by Semi-Quantitative research methods Descriptive Analytical design. The evaluation is based onconformity 12 safety parameters and the additional requirements in NFPA 101A:Alternate Approaches to Life Safety standards NFPA 101: Life Safety Code. ®. Thevariables analyzed were components of Management, Implementation of Safety and FireProtection Systems. The results showed the performance of fire safety systems tend to beless good, it is influenced by poor management, the results of the evaluation is intendedfor the follow-up fixes and performance improvements of are applicable fire safetysystems are applicable.

Abstrak: Kebakaran menjadi masalah di berbagai tempat, tak terkecuali di lingkungan kampus. Dewasa ini, kebakaran cukup sering terjadi di berbagai kampus di Indonesia. Di UI sendiri juga pernah mengalami kebakaran sebelumnya. Dampak kebakaran tidak hanya menimbulkan kerugian materiil namun juga moril. Salah satu faktor utama penyebab kebakaran ialah faktor manusia yakni dari perilaku yang kurang peduli terhadap keselamatan dan bahaya kebakaran yang salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh persepsi terhadap risiko kebakaran. Persepsi risiko juga merupakan kunci utama yang menentukan keputusan seseorang pada saat terjadi kebakaran sehingga dapat menggambarkan perilaku evakuasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran persepsi mahasiswa Fakultas Rumpun Ilmu Kesehatan Universitas Indonesia terhadap risiko kebakaran di kampus serta faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan desain studi cross sectional dengan pengumpulan data primer melalui penyebaran kuisioner kepada 409 mahasiswa RIK UI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gambaran persepsi mahasiswa RIK UI terhadap risiko kebakaran di kampus sudah baik. Adapun faktor yang mempengaruhi persepsi risiko kebakaran adalah pengetahuan (nilai P = 0,0001) dan pelatihan (nilai P = 0,033).

Fires are a problem in many places, including the campus environment. Nowadays, the fire quite often occur in various campus in Indonesia. UI has also suffered a fire before. The impact of the fires not only cause material losses but also morale. One of the main factors in the cause of the fire is the behavior that is less concerned with safety and fire hazard, one of which is influenced by the perception against the risk of fire. The perception of risk is also the key that determines a person's decision in the event of a fire so that they can describe the behavior of the evacuation. The purpose of this research is to know the description of the perceptions of students of the Faculty of Health Sciences of the University of Indonesia against the risk of fires on campus as well as the factors which affected it. This research was conducted with a cross sectional study design with primary data collection through questioner distribution to the 409 students of RIK UI. The results showed that students ' perception of the picture of RIK UI against fire risk on campus is already good. As for the factors that influence the perception of the risk of fires are knowledge (P value = 0,0001) and training (P value = 0,033).

Abstrak: Skripsi ini membahas evaluasi penerapan keselamatan kebakaran gedung mengunakan perangkat lunak Computerized Fire Safety Evaluation System (CFSES) di Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Indonesia yang terletak di Kampus UI Depok. Skripsi ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan semi kuantitatif dan bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan keselamatan kebakaran gedung. Evaluasi dilakukan berdasarkan kesesuaian 12 safety parameter dan persyaratan tambahan pada NFPA 101A: Alternative Approaches to Life Safety dan standar NFPA 101: Life Safety Code. Penelitian dilakukan pada gedung A, B, D, dan H Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Indonesia. This study discusses the evaluation of building fire safety application using Computerized Fire Safety Evaluation System (CFSES) software at Faculty of Social and Politics Universitas Indonesia on 2014. This study uses descriptive study design with semi-quantitative approach and has purpose to evaluate the building fire safety application. The evaluation is based on suitability 12 safety parametes and additional requirements in NFPA 101A: Alternate Approaches to Life Safety and NFPA 101: Life Safety Code Standards. This study is consist of A, B, D, and H building at Faculty of Social and Politics Universitas Indonesia. The results showed that the building fire safety application at B, D, and H buildings not meet the minimum safety requirements in NFPA 101: Life Safety Code.
