Abstrak:
Berbagai macam pelarut organik digunakan di laboratorium pengujian PT SCI, termasuk benzene, toluene dan xylene (BTX). BTX diketahui sebagai bahan kimia yang berbahaya dan dapat menimbulkan risiko terhadap kesehatan baik dampak akut maupun kronis. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan penilaian risiko Kesehatan terkait pajanan BTX guna menilai kecukupan metode pengendalian yang telah diimplementasikan di laboratorium PT SCI. Penelitian ini menilai risiko Kesehatan terkait inhalasi pajanan BTX dengan metode CHRA DOSH Malaysia secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif; dibandingkan dengan metode SQRA Singapura secara kuantitatif, tingkat risiko terkait pajanan benzene masuk ke dalam kategori tinggi, sedangkan pajanan toluene dan xylene memiliki risiko moderat. Secara kuantitatif (CHRA), pajanan benzene (TWA pengukuran = 0,025 ppm) memiliki risiko moderat (RR=5), sedangkan toluene (TWA pengukuran = 0,104 ppm) dan xylene (TWA pengukuran = 0,077 ppm) memiliki tingkat risiko rendah (RR=2). Dengan menggunakan metode SQRA diperoleh nilai tingkat risiko moderate untuk benzene, dan rendah untuk toluene, serta xylene. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode kualitatif CHRA overestimate metode kuantitatif CHRA; dan metode kuantitatif CHRA dan SQRA memperlihatkan hasil yang sebanding

Abstrak:
Pekerja di lapangan migas, khususnya di lepas pantai memiliki risiko yangtinggi terhadap pajanan BTX di area kerja. Pajanan bersumber dari aktifitas yanglangsung bersentuhan dengan uap dan gas hidrokarbon yang sifatnya mudahmenguap pada suhu kamar (Volatile organic compounds - VOC) sehinggamemungkinkan terhisap oleh para pekerja dan menimbulkan efek kesehatan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperkirakan tingkat risiko nonkarsinogenik dankarsinogenik dari Pajanan BTX terhadap pekerja lepas pantai beserta manajemenrisiko yang harus dilakukan. Penelitian ini merupakan studi potong lintangmenggunakan pendekatan analisis risiko kesehatan lingkungan (ARKL) yangmeliputi 4 langkah penting: identifikasi bahaya, analisis dosis-respon, analisispajanan dan karakterisasi risiko. Jumlah sampel berupa 95 orang pekerja tetap diperusahaan hulu migas X. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui wawancara danpengukuran langsung, tingkat risiko dihitung dengan cara membagi asupandengan dosis referensi BTX. Sebagai pembanding (control) dilakukan jugaperhitungan terhadap 7 orang pekerja lepas pantai yang bekerja hanya di kantor(office). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan risiko pajanan benzene non karsinogenikharus diwaspadai bagi pekerja lepas pantai dimana dari perhitungan diketahuinilai RQ (Risk Quotient) yang lebih dari satu baik untuk pajanan realtime (ada21,05% pekerja) maupun pajanan lifetime (61,05% pekerja). Sementara untukrisiko pajanan non karsinogenik dari toluene dan xylene termasuk rendah. Iniditunjukkan dari hasil perhitungan RQ untuk realtime maupun lifetime yangsemuanya (100%) bernilai kurang dari satu (RQ <1). Untuk risiko kesehatanpajanan karsinogenik benzene, diperoleh bahwa 20% pekerja lepas pantaimemiliki efek karsinogenik pada pajanan realtime dan 60% pekerja pada pajananlifetime. Disimpulkan bahwa perlu dilakukan manajemen risiko terhadap pajanansenyawa benzene di lingkungan kerja lepas pantai, agar pekerja terhindar daririsiko kesehatan baik risiko nonkarsinogenik dan risiko karsinogenik jangkapanjang.

Kegiatan penambangan yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan akan menghasilkan limbah sisa pengolahan batu-batuan yang mengandung kontaminan logam berat yang selanjutnya disebut sebagai tailing. Pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan bahwa perusahaan wajib melakukan pemanfaatan tailing guna mengurangi volume tailing di lingkungan. Proses pemanfaatan tailing merupakan bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari proses bisnis pertambangan dan memiliki sejumlah potensi bahaya dan risiko yang perlu dikelola. Sehingga, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menilai risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja pada proses pemanfaatan tailing di industri pertambangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif dengan penilaian kualitatif berdasarkan Standar AS/NZS 4360:2004. Penilaian risiko dilakukan melalui analisis tahapan proses kerja, bahaya, unexpected event, dan risiko untuk mengevaluasi probabilitas, konsekuensi, dan tingkat risiko. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi sejumlah 86 unexpected events dari total 47 jenis bahaya dalam proses pemanfaatan tailing, yang terbagi menjadi 29 bahaya fisik, 10 bahaya kimia, dan 8 bahaya ergonomi. Penilaian risiko menunjukkan bahwa pada risiko dasar (basic risk) terdapat 8 bahaya rendah, 25 bahaya sedang, 10 bahaya tinggi, dan 4 bahaya ekstrem, sedangkan pada risiko sisa (residual risk) terdapat 32 bahaya rendah, 10 bahaya sedang, 4 bahaya tinggi, dan 1 bahaya ekstrem. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian yang diperoleh, terdapat bahaya yang memerlukan pengendalian tambahan untuk mengurangi risiko, serta prioritas bahaya yang membutuhkan tindakan segera dan perhatian utama dari manajemen.
Mining activities conducted by the company produce waste from the processing of ore containing heavy metal contaminants, referred to as tailings. The government issued a policy that requires companies to utilize tailings to reduce the volume of tailings in the environment. The tailings utilization process is an inseparable part of the mining business process and has a number of potential hazards and risks that need to be managed. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of identifying and assessing occupational safety and health risks in the tailings utilization process in the mining industry. This research uses a descriptive design with qualitative assessments based on Standard AS/NZS 4360:2004. Risk assessment was carried out by analyzing the stages of the work process, hazards, unexpected events, and risks to evaluate probability, consequences, and risk levels. The research identified a total of 86 unexpected events from 47 types of hazards in the tailings utilization process, which were divided into 29 physical hazards, 10 chemical hazards and 8 ergonomic hazards. The risk assessment shows that in the basic risk (basic risk) there are 8 low hazards, 25 moderate hazards, 10 high hazards and 4 extreme hazards, while in the residual risk (residual risks) there are 32 low hazards, 10 moderate hazards, 4 high hazards, and 1 extreme danger. Based on the assessment results, certain hazards require additional controls to reduce risks, as well as prioritized hazards that need immediate action and primary attention from management.

Industri MIGAS memiliki resiko yang sangat tinggi dalam kegiatan operasionalnya, termasuk diantaranya kegiatan pemboran yang merupakan kegiatan yang dilakukan baik pada tahap eksplorasi maupun pada tahap eksploitasi. Sebelum melaksanakan kegiatan pemboran kontraktor minyak harus terlebih dahulu melakukan identifikasi bahaya dan analisis resiko untuk mengetahui bahaya-bahaya apa saja yang dapat dan analisis resiko yang dilakukan sesual dengan kajian dan tahapan yang ada pacta standard OSHA.
Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi-potensi bahaya apa saja yang dapat timbul dari kegiatan pemboran khususnya sumur S-10 yang terletak di lapangan A milik PT X serta tingkat resiko dan setiap potensi bahaya yang mungkin timbul dan kegiatan tersebut Dari studi ini selanjutnya diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi langkah-langkah kontrol yang dapat dilakukan untuk mencegah terjadinya.

The approach of this study is to evaluate all potential hazards and calculate the level of its risk which is exist on drilling activities especially at S-10 Well, Filed-A that can practically use to determine the control action to avoid incidents and/or accidents in a workplace.

Setiap kegiatan termasuk kegiatan transportasi mempunyai risiko terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. Transportasi sungai menggunakan Smallboat memiliki risiko terjadinya kecelakaan, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan bahaya perairan. Terdapat beberapa kecelakaan didalam transportasi sungai menggunakan Smallboat. Tujuan Penelitian iniuntuk mengetahui bahaya-bahaya dan tingkat risiko yang ada dalam transpotasi sungai menggunakan Smallboat. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif observasional,JHA (Job Hazards Analysis) untuk identifikasi bahaya dan metode penilaian risiko semikuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat risiko diawal cukup tinggi untuk beberapa kategori bahaya, terutama untuk bahaya yang berhubungan dengan perairan(Marine Hazard) tabrakan, drifted (akibat gagal mesin), pengikatan tali mooring, sampaibahaya orang jatuh ke air (dengan nilai risiko All work activity include transportation have a risk of accident. Small boat Marine(river) transportation have a specific risk of accident, especially regarding marinehazards. There were many accidents happen regarding small boat transportation. Thepurpose of this study is to know what kind/type of hazards and level of risk from smalltransportation activity. This study uses design of observational descriptive, Job HazardAnalysis (JHA) for identify hazards tools and semi quantitative for risk assessmentapproach/technique. The result showed that there have high level of risk assessment fromseveral specific hazards (regarding marine hazards), specially related with collision,drifted (engine failure), mooring line, and until man overboard (with result is more than350 which is very high category risk level). With some existing and recommend actionfor mitigation from author to reduce risk level from the activity the result can be reduceuntil low category (priority 3, substantial and acceptable risk level). Penelitian ini membahas penilaian dan evaluasi risiko keselamatan dankesehatan kerja pada aktivitas tambang di PT Arutmin Indonesia Tambang AsamAsam Kalimantan Selatan Tahun 2013. Penelitian ini bersifat deksriptif analitik danmenggunakan pendekatan observasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan JHA (JobHazard Analysis) untuk mengidentifikasi bahaya dan risiko, menggunakan tekniksemi kuantitatif yang mengacu AS/NZS 4360 untuk penilaian dan evaluasi risiko.Risiko ditentukan dari hasil pengalian skor consequences, probability dan exposure.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas tambang di PT Arutmin IndonesiaTambang Asam Asam memiliki 99 risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja.
