Abstrak:
KB Suntik adalah salah satu alat kontrasepsi yang paling banyak dipilih oleh akseptor KB, karena tingkat efektivitasnya yang tinggi menurut DEPKES RI 2013, hanya terdapat 1% kegagalan pada KB suntik. Klinik Keluarga Pisangan Baru Yayasan Kusuma Buana adalah salah satu klinik yang memiliki capaian cakupan KB yang cukup besar yaitu 1.142 akseptor memilih KB suntik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran dan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan penggunaan KB suntik di Klinik Keluarga Pisangan Baru Yayasan Kusuma Buana, Jakarta Timur pada tahun 2016. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional dengan jumlah responden 100 akseptor KB. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 87% respondent memilih menggunakan KB Suntik. Dan 13% responden lain memilih menggunakan kontrasepsi non suntik menunjukan terdapat hubungan bermakna menurut statistik antara biaya dengan penggunaan KB jenis suntik (p= 0,005) (POR = 12,444, 95% CI = 2,397 - 64,620)
