Abstrak:
Skripsi ini membahas gambaran serta hubungan antara umur, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, pekerjaan, pendapatan, dan status kepesertaan dengan kepuasan peserta terhadap pelayanan Program Rujuk Balik di wilayah kerja BPJS Kesehatan Kantor Cabang Utama Jakarta Selatan. Rancangan penelitian adalah analitik kuantitatif dengan pendekatan potong lintang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan kepuasan peserta PRB sebesar 51,0% dan menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara pekerjaan dengan kepuasan peserta PRB.

The focus of this study is describe and discusses an overview as well as the relationship of age, sex, education, employment, income, and membership status with participants satisfaction to the Specialist Referral to Primary Health Care Program services in BPJS Kesehatan Main Branch Office South Jakarta working area. The study design is analytical quantitative with cross sectional approach. Data was collected by questionaires, they were analyzed by univariate and bivariate Chi-Square test. The result of this research shows that 51,0% of the participants are satisfied with the Specialist Referral to Primary Health Care Program service. Other than that, there is a significant relationship between employment with participants satisfaction.

Abstrak:
Indonesia mereformasi sistem pembiayaan kesehatan dengan menjamin seluruh penduduk dengan Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional efektif mulai tanggal 1 Januari 2014. JKN diselenggarakan secara nasional berdasarkan prinsip asuransi sosial dan prinsip ekuitas. Skripsi ini meneliti persepsi nasabah Asuransi Kesehatan Kumpulan PT. XYZ tentang JKN, sehubungan salah satu prinsip asuransi sosial adalah kepesertaan wajib maka kedepannya nasabah asuransi PT. XYZ juga wajib menjadi peserta JKN. Sebanyak 29 responden (49%) mempunyai sikap negatif terhadap JKN dan sebyak 30 responden (51%) mempunyai sikap positif terhadap JKN. Dari seluruh variabel independen berupa karakteristik nasabah dan karakteristik perusahaan tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan sikap nasabah terhadap JKN, diduga karena kurangnya informasi yang adekuat mengenai hak dan kewajiban penduduk dalam JKN

NHS is held nationally based on social insurance principals and equity principals. This studies researches the perception of PT. XYZ’s clients which represented by company’s decision maker, about the implementation of NHS. One of the social insurance’s principals is membership mandatory, thereby PT. XYZ’s clients have to obey the law to join the NHS in the future. From all the independent variables which comprise of decision maker’s characteristics and company’s characteristics, both don’t have the correlation significantly with the attitude of the clients on NHS. The respondents whom have negative attitude on NHS count of 29 (49%) and 30 respondents (51%) have positive attitude about NHS. This happens probably because of lack of proper information about the right and the duty of the citizen’s in NHS.

Abstrak:
Skripsi ini membahas mengenai pelaksanaan Skrining Riwayat Kesehatan di BPJS Kesehatan Kantor Cabang Jakarta Selatan. Skrining Riwayat Kesehatan merupakan bentuk deteksi dini untuk suatu penyakit kronis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui capaian kegiatan Skrining Riwayat Kesehatan di tahun 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa adanya masalah dari sisi komunikasi, sumber daya, sikap implementor, dan implementasi kegiatan Skrining Riwayat Kesehatan. Peneliti menyarankan untuk BPJS Kesehatan harus melakukan sosialisasi Skrining Riwayat Kesehatan kepada seluruh peserta melalui berbagai media seperti TV, Youtube, dan media sosial lain, melakukan perencanaan SDM, memaksimalkan penggunaan fitur Skrining Riwayat Kesehatan di Mobile JKN dan Website BPJS Kesehatan.
