A good drug logistics cycle is needed by hospital management in meeting the availability of drugs in the hospital. The drug logistic cycle starts from the planning stage to supervision and control, which involves all elements of the organization from the top management to the user level. This study was motivated by the high number of visits by cardiovascular patients so that the availability of cardiovascular drugs is important at RSIJCP. The purpose of this study was to determine the input factors, namely human resources, budget, policies, facilities, and information systems on the drug logistics cycle in an effort to meet the availability of cardiovascular drugs at RSIJCP. The research design was an observational case study at RSIJCP with the IPO (Input Process Output) theory approach. This research is qualitative studies accompanied by the calculation data of the ABC Critical Index analysis, Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Reorder Point (ROP) as a method of controlling cardiovascular drug supplies. The conclusion of the study shows that each factor affects the availability of cardiovascular drugs, but the factors that are considered to be lacking and need to be improved by management are information systems, warehouse facilities, and smooth cash flow as input factors, as well as planning and storage factors as process factors. The availability of cardiovascular drugs at RSIJCP is quite good, but from a total of 257 items of cardiovascular drugs, there are 22 drug items (8.56%) whose prices are higher than the E-Catalog price for BPJS Kesehatan services. Collaboration between divisions and management support is needed in managing drugs, especially cardiovascular drugs
Tesis ini membahas aplikasi sistem informasi asuhan keperawatan pasien stroke berbasis komputer untuk mempercepat pengolahan data, analisis, pengawasan tindakan keperawatan dan mempermudah pelaporan, sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan oleh para pengguna dan penyusun kebijakan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem ini adalah metode prototipe melalui tahap analisis sistem, desain sistem, pengkodean dan uji coba. Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa sistem informasi askep stroke di ruang Stroke RSIJ CP sangat baik untuk dikembangkan berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan informasi, dilihat dari sisi efektifitas dan teknis. Berdasarkan pengamatan pada proses analisa dan desain sistem yang telah dilakukan, didapat beberapa keunggulan pada sistem informasi yang akan dikembangkan khususnya dalam pengelolaan data yaitu entry data dengan program aplikasi visual dan menggunakan MDBS, pengolahan data menggunakan cara otomatis lebih terstruktur dengan proses cepat dan pelaporan dapat dicetak secara langsung.
This tesis explained about an aplication of system information for stroke nursing care computer base in order to increase data analysis, controlling nursing activity and make easier on reported, that can used by user and policy maker. The methode that used in this system development is prototype methode trough system analysis, system desain, coding and try out. The result of the research shows that system information nursing care in the stroke room RSIJ CP is very good to be developed base on information need analysis from efectivity and technision side. Base from the observation on analysis proccess and system design that have done, that is some goood things from the system information that going to be developed esspecially in data organising that is data entry with visual program aplication dan using MDBS, data organise by using automatic tools more structured with fast procces and reported can printed right away.
