Pemanfaatan pelayanan bersalin bersifat personal dan dapat dipengaruhi oleh mutu layanan rawat jalan di rumah sakit. Sebanyak 77,5% pasien ibu hamil di unit obstetri rawat jalan RS Risa Sentra Medika tidak memilih bersalin di rumah sakit tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemanfaatan pelayanan bersalin pada pasien ibu hamil di unit obstetri rawat jalan Rumah Sakit Risa Sentra Medika. Dengan desaign cross sectional dengan jumlah sampel 104 reponden. Untuk menggali lebih mendalam permasalahan rendahnya pemanfaatan pelayanan bersalin, penelitian dilengkapi dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui diskusi kelompok terarah dengan pihak manajemen mengenai permasalahan yang ada. Jarak dan waktu tempuh menjadi variabel yang berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan bersalin dari hasil penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Berbeda dengan hasil pendekatan kualitatif yang memperlihatkan bahwa justru fasilitas yang lebih mempengaruhi pemanfaatan pelayanan bersalin pada pasien ibu hamil di unit obstetri rawat jalan di rumah sakit ini. Rekomendasi yang dapat diajukan dari penelitian ini diharapkan untuk memperbaiki fasilitas di unit obstetri rawat jalan RS Risa Sentra Medika atau merelokasinya sehingga pasien ibu hamil akan merasa lebih nyaman. Diharapkan manajemen RS Risa Sentra Medika melakukan Customer Relationship Management pada pasien ibu hamil yang melakukan antenatal care di unit obstetri rawat jalan RS Risa Sentra Medika, serta melakukan pendirian klinik rawat inap atau klinik bersalin sebagai jejaring RS Risa Sentra Medika, dengan terlebih dahulu melakukan studi kelayakan.
The Utilization of maternity service are personal and could be influence by the quality of outpatient service in hospitals. As total of 77.5% of pregnant women patients in outpatient obstetric unit at Risa Sentra Medika Hospital choose not to dilivered at this hospital. The goal of this study is to determine the factor affecting the utlization of maternity service for pregnant patients in aoutpatient hospital obstetric unit at Risa Sentra Mediak Hospital. The study was condected with a cross sectional design, the number of samples taken by 104 respondents. To probe about the low utilization of maternity service, this study equipped with qualitative research through focus group discussions with management and a quantitative study. The quantitative study results that distance and time as factors related to service utilization. Through a qualitative approach to the results obtained show a different matter where the facilities is a further factor affecting the utilization of maternity service that may be filed. Recommendations of the study were expected the Risa Sentra Medika Hospital managemant to improve the facilities on an outpatient obstetric unit or relocated so that the pregnant patient will feel more comfortable. Also encourage Risa Sentra Medika Hospital management to maintain Customer Relationship Management in pregnant patients who did antenatal care in hospital outpatient obstetric unit at Risa Sentra Medika Hospital. Another option is to established inpatient clinic or birthing center as a network for Risa Sentra Medika, by first conducating a feasibility study.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui segmen pasar dati Unit Rawat Jalan Runtah Sakit Bersalin Juwita, yang terletak di Jl. M. Informasi segmentasi yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini digunakan sebagai strategi pemasaran dalam rangka meningkatkan angka kunjungan Unit Rawat Jalan Rumah Sakit Bersalin Juwita Bekasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey non eksperimental yang menggunakan metode kuantitatif populasl dati penelitian ini adalah pasien unit Rawat Jalan Rumah Sakit Bersalin Juwita. Jumlah sampel herdasarkan rumus Slovin adalah 97 responden. Data yang terkumpul dati data rekum medis yang diambil seeara random sebanyak II0 responden. Data diolah dengan analisis univariat. Dari hasil analisis pasar pelanggan dalam penentuan segmentasl pasar yang dilakukan pada pelanggan eksternal khususnya unit Rawat Jalan RSB Juwita Bekasi maka kelompok yang paling potensial adalah kelompok pertama yaitu wanita dengan usia 20-30 tahun yang tinggal pada jarak 5-10 km dengan waktu tempuh 15-30 menit dengan pekerjaan karyawan swasta dan tingkat pendidikan sarjana. Segmen ini merupu!tan segmen yang potensial karena merupakan kelompok yang terbanyak jarak tempat tinggal 5-10 km merupakan jarak yang terdekat karena disekitar rumah sakit banyak terdapat perkantoran dan fasilitas mum sedangkan untuk pemukiman terletak pada jarak lebib dari 5 km untuk tingkat pendidikan saljana adalab merupakan kelompok yang memptmyal tingkat kesadaran yang tinggi untuk kesehatan. Untuk meningkatkan angka ktmjungan, sebalknya kita melibat trend yang ada dimasyarakat yaltu dengan mengaktitkan poli kosmetik & akupuntur khusus untuk pemwatan ibu hamil dan setelab melabirkan yang dikemas dalam paket bemat. Selaln itu juga melakukan promosi ke masyamkat serta menjalin kerjasarna dengan perusabaan-perusabaan.
The goal of the Research is to know the market segmentation of the Ambulatory services of Maternal Hospital Juwita, that located in 78, Hasibuan Street East Bekasi, West Java. The result of the segmentation information research to be used as a marketing strategy in term of improving the visitors of the ambulatory unit of the Maternal Hospital Juwita in Bekasi. The research is a survey research non experimental. using the quantitative population of the ombulatory patients of the maternal Hospital Juwita. The number of the sample based on the slaving rule are 97 respondent. The data of the medical record wbieb collected with random system is 110. the data will be analysed with the univariat aoalisys. From the customers analysis market to determine the market segmentation, done by the external customers especially of the Ambulatory unit of the Maternal Hospital Juwita Bekasi, we find out that the must potential group is the first group, consists of the women with 20-30 years of age, hiving with a distance between 5 to 10 km with time consumes journey between 15 to 3 minutes. Most of them are private employes with a graduated degree, we find out that the business area and public facilities closed to the Maternal Hospital. They are concerned about their health condition. To improve the visitors, we suggest to considera the trend and issue in the community in term to offer the cosmetic Policlinic and the accupunture services for the pregnant women and after birth care which customised in a reasonable price. The promotion activity to the community and to the companies are important.
Waktu antrean lebih dari satu jam sebanyak 47% dialami oleh poliklinik spesialis RSB 'X'. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui gambaran model antrean awal dan mengembangkan model antrean baru menggunakan simulasi antrean. Rancangan penelitian adalah potong lintang dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Waktu pelayanan, jumlah petugas, pola kedatangan diamati dan dianalisis.
Hasil penelitian adalah waktu pelayanan pasien bagian rekam medis memiliki hubungan bermakna dengan waktu tunggu. Waktu tunggu pasien 86,77 menit. Berdasarkan simulasi, utilisasi petugas rekam medis melebihi nilai optimal. Usulan pengembangan model antrean dibuat berdasarkan jumlah petugas dan waktu pelayanan rekam medis. Manajemen RSB 'X' memilih usulan menggunakan modifikasi model antrean awal.
About 47% of queuing time for more than one hour are happened in outpatient clinic specialist at 'X' Maternity Hospital. The purpose of this research is to obtain the characteristics of the existing queuing model and to develop the new queing models with queuing simulation. Cross sectional research design is used using mixed method. Service time, server and arrival pattern were observed and analized.
The result of this study are that service time on medical record stage has significant connection with total waiting time. The mean of waiting time were 86,77 minutes. Based on queuing simulation, the utility of the server on medical record stage has reached above optimal line. The proposed queuing model is developed based on the number of server and service time on medical record stage. The management from 'X' Maternity Hospital has choosed to use existing queuing model with modification on the model.

The waiting time radiographic services in RSMH not in accordancewith the Standard Minimum Service Hospital less than 3 hours.This study aims to determine the factors associated with waiting time chest X-ray.This research was conducted by measuring the waiting time to 68 selectedrespondentsThe result showed radiographic waiting time 184.44 minutes. Measurement of quality of service and patient satisfaction is equally important forhealth care providers because it is an integrated concept. The purpose of this studywas to determine the level of satisfaction with the quality of service with purchaseintention outpatient hospital leprosy Dr. Rivai Abdullah Palembang. This researchis a quantitative research with cross sectional approach. The analysis includes theunivariate, bivariate, and IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) with theCartesian diagram. The results were obtained satisfaction levels tend to besatisfied of each dimension and overall satisfaction. Bivariate test results showeda significant relationship between satisfaction with the purchase intention (pvalue = 0.014). Cartesian diagram obtained a description of the main prioritiesthat must be improved, namely tangibles dimension is related to the cleanliness ofthe toilets and the availability of drugs, as well as the dimensions of reliability thatis associated with the doctor arrives on schedule and on time in starting theservice. The implications of this research so that hospitals can improve the qualityof service of general outpatient hospital leprosy Dr. Rivai Abdullah Palembang.

Analysis of Outpatient Installation Pharmacy Waiting Time at Special Hospital of Drug Addiction Jakarta in 2023 Abstract Prescription services waiting time in outpatient installations is one of the indicators for evaluating the performance of pharmaceutical installations that affects the quality of hospital services. Hospitals need to effort that prescription services waiting time meet the Minimum Service Standards (SPM). Through the Lean method with the Value Stream Mapping approach, this study aims to determine the prescription service procedures at the outpatient installation of RSKO Jakarta, identify value added and non-value added and waste that occurs so that factors that cause waste can be analyzed which can be prevented through the strategy recommendations obtained. This is a qualitative research with data collection obtained through observing and recording the e-prescriptions services waiting time at the RSKO outpatient installation, extracting in-depth information from informants and reviewing documents. Observations were made on 20 concoction medicine recipes and 10 concoction medicine recipes. The selection of informants was carried out using a purposive sampling technique and interviews were conducted with patients to obtain value from the customer's perspective according to the principles of the Lean method. The data obtained is then analyzed to obtain the factors affecting the prescription services waiting time duration using a fishbone diagram then a scoring system is carried out by assessing the urgency, severity and growth aspects of the cause problem so that priority recommendations can be formulated. The results of research conducted in April-May 2023 found that the average waiting time for prescription drug services was 49.25 minutes (VAR 17.5%) and for concoction drugs 80.2 minutes (VAR 33%), which means that it still exceeds the SPM set by KMK No. 128 of 2009 (no concoction drug recipe < 30 minutes, concoction drug recipe < 60 minutes). Some of the factors that cause waste are inefficiency in human resources, pharmaceutical inventory systems that have not been automated, inadequate evaluation/monitoring of drug use, the absence of a separate system for emergency prescription services, prescription service SPO that has not been adjusted with the establishment of prescription response time quality standardsfor each process, networks information system that frequently down/loads repeatedly and patient’s interruption for asking information. It is hoped that in the future an improvement strategy can be carried out to improve the waiting time for prescription services; increasing HR efficiency through arrangements so that during peak hours pharmaceutical HR focuses on working on the duties and functions of prescription services, facilitating a pharmaceutical inventory system with an automated system, implementing an evaluation system for monitoring drug use more effectively so that procurement planning becomes more accurate, regulation separates prescription services from the emergency room, providing SPO in accordance with prescription service implementation, separate the information system network between patient services and office and providing reachable information for pastient (visual management).
