Abstrak:
Perilaku berkendara aman (safety riding) merupakan bagian dari budayakeselamatan. Terdapat dua faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku aman berkendara(safety riding), yaitu faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Faktor internalmerupakan karakteristik orang yang bersangkutan yang bersifat bawaan yangmeliputi pengetahuan, motivasi, dan sikap sedangkan faktor eksternal adalahlingkungan yang meliputi penggunaan alat pelindung diri, kondisi kendaraan,kondisi jalan, dan fasilitas rambu dan marka jalan. Desain peneltian inimenggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Hasilpenelitian ini ingin menunjukkan gambaran perilaku aman berkendara pada pengandara ojek di Universitas Indonesia, sedangkan hasil yang didapat untuk melihat adakah hubungan antara faktor internal dengan perilaku dan faktor eksternal dengan perilaku adalah terdapatnya hubungan antara pengetahuan yang bermakna antara pengetahuan dengan perilaku aman berkendara, terdapatnya hubungan yang bermakna antara motivasi dengan perilaku aman berkendara,terdapatnya hubungan yang bermakna antara sikap dengan perilaku amanber kendara, terdapatnya hubungan yang bermakna antara penggunaan alat pelindung diri dengan perilaku aman berkendara, dan terdapatnya hubungan yang bermakna antara kondisi kendaran dengan perilaku berkendara aman.Kata Kunci :Perilaku, Perilaku Berkendara Aman, Safety Riding, Ojek Universitas Indonesia

Abstrak:
Kecelakaan lalu lintas menjadi salah satu permasalahan di dunia, terutama di negara-negara berkembang. Penyumbang angka kecelakaan lalu lintas terbanyak adalah sepeda motor, tidak hanya di Indonesia tetapi juga di berbagai negara di dunia. Penyebab utama kecelakaan lalu lintas di kalangan pengendara sepeda motor adalah perilaku berkendara. Perilaku berkendara sesorang dapat tergantung pada bagaimana persepsi berkendara dan persepsi risiko pengendara itu sendiri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi berkendara dan persepsi risiko dengan perilaku berkendara ibu-ibu di Kabupaten Bekasi tahun 2015. Penelitian ini mengunakan desain penelitian cross sectional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah pengendara sepeda motor ibu-ibu di Kabupaten Bekasi, sedangkan sampel adalah 150 ibu-ibu pengendara sepeda motor di Kabupaten Bekasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas responden memiliki persepsi berkendara dan persepsi risiko yang tinggi, sedangan perilaku berkendara mayoritas berperilaku tidak aman. Berdasarkan analisis bivariat menggunakan chi-square diperoleh persepsi berkendara (p-value = 0,002),persepsi risiko (p-value = 0,002). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini ada hubungan antara 1) persepsi berkendara dengan perilaku berkendara dan 2) persepsi risiko dengan perilaku berkendara.
Traffic accidents are one of the major problems in the world, especially in developing countries.Contributor to the highest number of traffic accident is motorcycle. Not only in Indonesia but also in many countries around the world. The main cause of the traffic accident among motorcyclist were riding behavior. Someone riding behavior may depend on how the riding perception and the risk perception of the motorist itself. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between the riding perception and risk perception and women riding behavior in Kabupaten Bekasi 2015, using cross sectional design with quantitative approach.Population are women motorcyclist in Kabupaten Bekasi. While samples were 150 women motorcyclist in Kabupaten Bekasi. The results showed that the majority of respondents havea high riding perception and high risk perception and the majority of respondents have unsafe riding behavior. Based on bivariate analysis using the chi-square obtained perception of riding (p-value = 0,002), risk perception (p-value = 0,002). The conclusions of this study is there is a relationship between 1) the riding perception with riding behavior and 2) risk perception with riding behavior.

Abstrak:
Pengendara ojek online yang memiliki durasi dan frekuensi berkendara yang tinggi merupakan salah satu kelompok pengendara dengan risiko terbesar ketika berkendara. Oleh karena itu penting bagi pengendara ojek online untuk selalu menerapkan perilaku keselamatan berkendara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi prevalensi perilaku keselamatan berkendara dan menganalisis faktor faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku keselamatan berkendara pada pengendara ojek online Kota Depok. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross-sectional menggunakan kuesioner Indonesian Motorcycle Rider Behavior Questionnaire (MRBQ) serta kuesioner tambahan lainnya yang disebar secara daring dan luring terhadap 100 pengendara ojek online Kota Depok. Variabel yang diteliti adalah faktor internal (usia, tingkat pendidikan, masa kerja, pengalaman kecelakaan,keterampilan berkendara, persepsi risiko, sikap) dan faktor eksternal (keikutsertaan pelatihan berkendara) serta perilaku keselamatan berkendara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 61% pengendara ojek online yang memiliki perilaku keselamatan berkendara baik. Ditemukan juga hubungan yang signifikan antara sikap,persepsi risiko, dan keikutsertaan pelatihan terhadap perilaku keselamatan berkendara. berdasarkan hasil tersebut, perlu dilakukan berbagai upaya pengendalian dengan cara mengidentifikasi perilaku berkendara pada pengendara dengan cara melakukan evaluasi berkala, mengembangkan program pelatihan yang bersifat interaktif dan berkelanjutan, serta memanfaatkan teknologi pada aplikasi untuk membantu melakukan evaluasi, edukasi, dan sosialisasi keselamatan berkendara.
