Abstrak:
Pekerjaan cleaning service seperti mengangkat, membungkuk, gerakan memutar pada saat memindahkan barang dari sisi ke sisi lainnya dan menunduk saat bekerja dapat menimbulkan keluhan MSDs. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan antara faktor risiko individu, faktor risiko pekerjaan, dan faktor lingkungan terhadap keluhan gejala musculoskeletal disorders pada pekerja cleaning service di Asrama Mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah studi deskriptif observasional dengan menggunakan metode QEC (Quick Exposure Checklist) dan Nordic Body Questionnaire (NBM), serta pengukuran faktor lingkungan menggunakan lux meter dan WGBT Meter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 27 responden (84,4%) mengaku adanya keluhan subyektif musuloskeletal disorders. Faktor pencahayaan yang kurang kemungkinan menjadi risiko tingginya keluhan gejala musculoskeletal disorders. Hasil analisis QEC menunjukkan bahwa aktifitas pekerjaan termasuk risiko rendah hingga tinggi.

Abstrak:
Pekerja forklift merupakan salah satu jenis pekerjaan yang memiliki risiko terkenamusculoskeletal disorders karena faktor individu, lingkungan, dan pekerjaan.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran pekerjaan forklift, faktor individu dan lingkungan yang berhubungan dengan musculoskeletal disorderspada pekerja forklift di PT X tahun 2013 dan melihat gambaran risiko pekerjaan.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan desain studi potonglintang dengan kuesioner dan tools REBA.
Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwalama kerja mempengaruhi keluhan subyektif musculoskeletal disorders dantingkat risiko ergonomi pekerja forklift termasuk ringan hingga sedang. Sarannya,perlu dilakukan pengawasan dan pengendalian postur kerja pekerja forklift,pengaturan durasi kerja, sosialisasi terkait musculoskeletal disorders, gejala,faktor risiko, tindakan pencegahan, dan penanganan. Abstrak:
Skripsi ini membahas analisis faktor risiko ergonomi dan keluhan musculoskeletal disorder di PT X tahun 2016. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan disain cross sectional. Dari penilaian risiko ergonomi dengan mengunakan metode Quick Exposure Checklist (QEC) didapatkan pekerjaan menggunakan komputer di office termasuk ke dalam level 3 atau risiko tinggi dan pekerjaan manual di workshop dan di warehouse termasuk ke dalam level 4 atau risiko sangat tinggi. Postur janggal yang terbentuk saat melakukan pekerjaan dipengaruhi oleh disain workstation dimana dari hasil pengukuran diketahui beberapa workstation pada masing-masing area kerja belum sesuai. Hasil survey Nordic Body Map (NBM) menunjukan sebanyak 88,4% responden memiliki keluhan MSDs dengan persentase area kerja yang mengalami keluhan tertinggi pada area warehouse 100%, area workshop 94,4%, dan area office 83,7%. Bagian tubuh yang paling banyak mengalami keluhan MSDs pada area office adalah pada bagian pinggang 48,8%, leher bagian atas 46,5%, bahu kanan 30,2%, dan bahu kiri 27,9%, pada area workshop adalah pada bagian pinggang 50%, leher atas 50%, punggung 38,8% dan pinggul 38,8%, dan pada area warehouse adalah pada bagian pinggang 50%, leher atas 50%, punggung 38,8% dan pinggul 38,8%. Disarankan adanya perbaikan disain workstation dan program edukasi kesehatan kerja terkait ergonomi.

Pekerjaan manual handling merupakan satu dari beberapa pekerjaan yang paling berpotensi terhadap munculnya keluhan musculoskeletal disorders. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yang bertujuan menganalisis faktor risiko pekerjaan manual handling, meliputi pengangkatan dan peletakan barang, oleh Tenaga Kerja Bongkar Muat (TKBM). Penelitian dilaksanakan di salah satu area milik perusahaan sektor logistik dan kepelabuhanan dengan melibatkan 10 orang Tenaga Kerja Bongkar Muat sebagai sampel. Instrumen untuk menilai keluhan musculoskeletal disorders yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire (NMQ) dan instrumen untuk penilaian tingkat risiko menggunakan NIOSH Lifting Equation. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 6 dari 10 pekerja memiliki keluhan musculoskeletal disorders. Sebanyak 9 dari 10 pekerja memiliki tingkat risiko sedang pada kegiatan pengangkatan dan 6 dari 10 pekerja memiliki tingkat risiko sedang pada kegiatan peletakan barang. Hasil pengukuran faktor lingkungan menunjukkan iklim kerja panas memenuhi persyaratan, sementara pencahayaan tidak memenuhi persyaratan.
Manual handling is recognized as one of the occupational activities with a high risk of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). This descriptive study aims to analyze the risk factors of manual handling tasks, specifically lifting and lowering loads by Stevedores.The research was conducted at a site owned by a logistic and port service company, involving 10 Stevedores as a sample. Musculoskeletal complaints were assessed using the Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire (NMQ), while risk levels associated with lifting activities were evaluated using the NIOSH Lifting Equation. The findings indicate that 6 out of 10 workers reported complaints related to musculoskeletal disorders. Additionally, 9 out of 10 workers were found to be at a moderate risk level during lifting activities, and 6 out of 10 were at a moderate risk level during lowering tasks. Environmental measurements revealed that the thermal work environment met regulatory standards, whereas lighting levels did not comply with the required thresholds.

Abstrak:
Musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) merupakan cedera dan gangguan yang mempengaruhi pergerakan tubuh manusia atau sistem muskuloskeletal. Salah satu penyebab dari keluhan MSDs adalah getaran (whole body vibration). Driver ojek online yang mempunyai aktivitas berkendara setiap hari mempunyai risiko untuk terpajan getaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara pajanan getaran (whole body vibration) dan keluhan MSDs pada driver ojek online di Jakarta tahun 2019. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain studi cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah driver ojek online region Jakarta, dengan total sampel sebanyak 42 orang untuk menggambarkan keluhan MSDs dan 30 orang untuk menganalisis hubungan antara whole body vibration dengan keluhan MSDs. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner Nordic Body Map and vibration meter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daerah tersering yang mengalami keluhan MSDs pada pekerja driver ojek online adalah pinggang bawah (76,2%), pantat (78,6%), bahu kanan (47,6%), bahu kiri (47,6%), dan pergelangan tangan kanan (45,2%). Pada penelitian ini diketahui bahwa usia, IMT, masa kerja, durasi pajanan kerja, frekuensi kerja, dan whole body vibration belum cukup berpengaruh dalam menyebabkan keluhan MSDs.
