Abstrak:
ABSTRAK Tesis ini membahas bagaimana hubungan paparan Komunikasi Informasi dan Edukasi Keluarga Berencana (KIE KB) terhadap penggunaan kontrasepsi Intra Uterine Device (IUD) dibandingkan dengan kontrasepsi hormonal jangka pendek (pil dan suntikan) pada wanita usia 35-49 tahun yang berstatus kawin di Indonesia. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian potong lintang (cross sectional). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan data Survei Demografi dan Kesehatan (SDKI) tahun 2012. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 11.204 wanita usia 35-49 tahun berstatus kawin di Indonesia yang menggunakan kontrasepsi IUD, pil dan suntikan dalam kurun waktu 5 tahun terakhir sebelum survey. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji Chi-square, regresi logistik sederhana dan analisis multivariat dengan regresi logistik ganda. Hasil penelitian menekankan pentingnya pemberian KIE KB melalui berbagai media, baik melalui media massa, personal contact maupun melalui konseling pra pelayanan kontrasepsi. Paparan KIE KB yang tinggi pada wanita usia 35-49 tahun terbukti secara statistik berhubungan dengan penggunaan kontrasepsi IUD pada wanita usia 35-49 tahun berstatus kawin di Indonesia. Kata kunci: Komunikasi, informasi, edukasi, keluarga berencana, kontrasepsi IUD The focus of the this study is the analysis of the relationship of Family Planning Information Education and Counseling (FP IEC) to the use of Intra Uterine Device (IUD) which is compared with short-term hormonal contraceptives (pills and injections) among married women aged 35-49 years in Indonesia. This research is a quantitative research with cross sectional study design. This study was conducted using Demographic and Health Survey (DHS) 2012 dataset, with total sample of 11,204 married women aged 35-49 years in Indonesia using IUD contraception, pill and injection in the last 5 years before the survey. The data were analyzed by Chi-square test, binary logistic regression and multivariate analysis by multiple logistic regression. The results emphasize the importance of providing Family Planning Information Education and Counseling through various media, either through mass media, mass information or through counseling in health facilities. Abstrak:
Kelompok milenial merupakan komposisi terbesar di Indonesia saat ini. Peran KIE sangat strategis dengan pilihan media lebih beragam dalam mengkampanyekan program KB. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan komunikasi, informasi dan edukasi dengan penggunaan kontrasepsi modern pada wanita generasi milenial di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data Survei Demografi dan Kesehatan Indonesia (SDKI) tahun 2002/2003 dan 2017. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu wanita usia 22-37 tahun berstatus kawin pada SDKI 2002/2003 sebagai kelompok generasi non milenial dan wanita usia 22-37 tahun berstatus kawin pada SDKI 2017 sebagai kelompok generasi milenial. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wanita milenial yang memperoleh informasi KB melalui petugas kesehatan memiliki peluang 1,8 kali lebih besar (95% CI: 1,69-2,04) untuk menggunakan kontrasepsi modern dibandingkan wanita yang tidak mendapat informasi KB melalui petugas kesehatan. Dan wanita milenial yang pernah terpapar pesan KB dari televisi memiliki peluang 1,1 kali lebih besar (95% CI: 1,07-1,24) untuk menggunakan kontrasepsi modern dibandingkan dengan wanita yang tidak pernah terpapar pesan KB dari televisi.

Abstrak:
Bayi yang diberi kesempatan untuk melakukan Inisiasi Menyusu Dini (IMD) denganmenyusu pada 1 jam pertama setelah kelahiran dan dilakukan kontak kulit ibu dengan bayiselama minimal 1 jam dapat menekan angka kematian bayi. Sedangkan, peran dan komitmendari instansi kesehatan dan pemberi pelayanan sangat diperlukan untuk mendukungpelaksanaan IMD. Untuk tercapainya hal tersebut perlu dilakukannya inovasi yang bisameningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan bidan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh penggunaan mediaKomunikasi, Informasi Edukasi (KIE) dalam pelaksanaan IMD oleh bidan di PuskesmasJakarta Timur Tahun 2018. Jenis penelitian quasy eksperimen dengan jumlah sampel 42bidan yang terbagi menjadi 21 bidan kelompok intervensi dan 21 bidan kelompok kontrol.Peneliti membuat suatu media KIE berupa poster dan booklet mengenai alur tahapanpelaksanaan IMD dalam asuhan bayi baru lahir yang menarik, mudah diingat dansebelumnya belum pernah ada, kemudian media tersebut diberikan pada kelompokintervensi. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan April sampai Mei 2018. Data yang terkumpuldianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji-t independen.Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa, pada analisis univariat jumlah nilai rata-rata skorpelaksanaan IMD pada kelompok intervensi lebih tinggi sebesar 97.41 dibandingkan nilairata-rata pada kelompok kontrol sebesar 78.28. Sedangkan hasil analisis bivariat dengan uji-tindependen didapatkan nilai p = 0.001 yang artinya nilai p < 0.05 dan secara statistikterdapat perbedaan yang signifikan rata-rata skor pelaksanaan IMD antara kelompokintervensi dan kelompok kontrol.Nilai skor pelaksanaan IMD oleh bidan pada kelompok intervensi yang mendapatkanKIE dengan media poster dan booklet lebih tinggi secara bermakna dibandingkan bidan padakelompok kontrol. Sehingga terdapat pengaruh media KIE terhadap pelaksanaan IMD.Kata Kunci : Media KIE, Bidan, Inisiasi Menyusu Dini
Infants given the opportunity to early initiation of breastfeeding by suckling in thefirst hour after birth and making skin contact with a baby for at least 1 hour can reduceinfant mortality. Meanwhile, the role and commitment of health agencies and providers ofservices is needed to support the implementation of early initiation of breastfeeding. Toachieve this it is necessary to do innovations that can increase knowledge and skills ofmidwives.This study aims to determine the influence of the use of communication, information,education media in the implementation of early initiation of breastfeeding by midwife incommunity health centers East Jakarta 2018. Type of quasy experimental research with asample of 42 midwives divided into 21 midwives of the intervention group and 21midwives of the control group. The researcher made a communication, information,education media in the form of posters and booklets about the flow of IMD implementationstage in newborn care that is interesting, easy to remember and never before, then themedia is given to the intervention group. The study was conducted from April to May 2018.Collected data were analyzed univariat and bivariate using independent t-test.The results showed that, in univariate analysis, the mean value of early initiation ofbreastfeeding implementation score in intervention group was higher by 97.41 than themean score in the control group was 78.28. While the results of bivariate analysis withindependent t-test obtained p value = 0.001 which means the value of p <0.05 andstatistically there is a significant difference in the average score of early initiation ofbreastfeeding implementation between the intervention group and the control group.The scores of early initiation of breastfeeding implementation scores by the midwivesin the intervention group that received of communication, information, education mediawith poster and booklet media were significantly higher than the midwives in the controlgroup.
