Abstrak:
Pekerjaan (manual handling) yang dilakukan oleh pekerja unit mixing dan supplyingdi line PPIC PT X berisiko untuk menimbulkan keluhan subjektif nyeri punggungbawah. Faktor risiko yang menjadi fokus penelitian adalah faktor risiko manualhandling dengan menambahkan faktor risiko individu sebagai faktor pendukung.Pengukuran faktor risiko manual handling dilakukan menggunakan metode REBAsedangkan faktor risiko individu diperoleh dengan wawancara. Hasil penelitianmenjelaskan terdapat dua aktivitas yang memiliki risiko ergonomi tinggi antara lainadalah aktivitas mengambil kantung sak dari palet dan mengangkat kantung sak kedalam mesin mixing. Hasil penelitian juga mendapatkan faktor kebiasaan merokokdan kebiasaan olahraga menjadi faktor risiko individu yang dapat memperberattingkat keluhan nyeri punggung bawah. Pengadaan alat vacuum dan pneumaticscissor lift akan mengurangi faktor risiko manual handling sehingga tingkat risikodan keluhan low back pain akan menurun.

Abstrak:
Kebanyakan dari pekerjaan-pekerjaan yang melakukan aktivitas dalam keadaan duduk dapat terpapar pada tingkat waktu menetap yang tinggi, salah satunya adalah pada pekerja di kantor pengguna komputer atau laptop. Penggunaan dan pemakaian komputer tau laptop dalam kurun waktu cukup lama dapat meningkatkan risiko keluhan gangguan pada muskuloskeletal, terkhusus pada bagian punggung bawah dan leher. Untuk melihat faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keluhan low back pain dan neck pain pada pekerja kantoran pengguna komputer dilakukan penelitian studi cross-sectional dengan menggunakan data primer tahun 2020. Penelitian melibatkan 55 pekerja PT X di daerah Jakarta Timur. Ditemukan pekerja yang memiliki keluhan gangguan low back pain sebesar 41.8% dan pekerja yang memiliki keluhan pada gangguan neck pain sebesar 50.9%. Pada analisis hubungan faktor risiko pekerjaan dengan keluhan gangguan low back pain yang menggunakan chi-square didapatkan bahwa antara faktor risiko pekerjaan dan psikososial memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan keluhan gangguan low back pain yaitu kerja otot statis (p-value=0.03), tuntutan kerja (p-value=0.00), dukungan sosial (pvalue=0.00), dan stres kerja (p-value=0.00). Kemudian pada analisis hubungan faktor risiko pekerjaan dengan keluhan gangguan neck pain yang menggunakan chi-square didapatkan bahwa antara faktor risiko pekerjaan dan psikososial memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan keluhan gangguan low back pain yaitu durasi penggunaan komputer.laptop (p-value=0.01), kerja otot statis (p-value=0.01), tuntutan kerja (p-value=0.02), dukungan sosial (p-value=0.04), dan stres kerja (pvalue=0.01).

Low Back Pain merupakan keluhan muskuloskeletal yang sering dialami perawat akibat paparan risiko ergonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis gambaran keluhan LBP serta hubungan faktor risiko fisik, psikososial, dan individu terhadap LBP pada perawat di Rumah Sakit X. Penelitian menggunakan desain cross-sectional dan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 72 perawat. Keluhan LBP diukur menggunakan Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire (NMQ), faktor fisik dengan QEC (postur tidak netral, manual handling, beban kerja, durasi aktivitas kerja), dan faktor psikososial dengan ENSS (Stres kerja dan kurangnya dukungan sosial), faktor individu dengan kuesioner karakteristik individu (usia, jenis kelamin, aktivitas fisik, dan BMI). Analisis dilakukan menggunakan uji Chi-square dan perhitungan Odds Ratio (OR). Hasil menunjukkan prevalensi LBP dalam 7 hari terakhir sebesar 38,9%. Sebagian besar variabel tidak berhubungan signifikan dengan LBP. Namun, beban kerja berhubungan signifikan dengan LBP (p=0,034), dengan risiko meningkat pada beban kerja sedang (OR=2,29), tinggi (OR=5,2), dan sangat tinggi (OR=18). Dengan demikian, rumah sakit perlu mengembangkan program pencegahan LBP yang berfokus pada pengendalian beban kerja serta disesuaikan dengan kondisi kerja dan karakteristik individu perawat.
Low back pain is a musculoskeletal complaint frequently experienced by nurses due to exposure to ergonomic risks. This study aims to analyze the characteristics of low back pain complaints and the relationship between physical, psychosocial, and individual risk factors and low back pain among nurses at Hospital X. The study used a cross-sectional design and purposive sampling technique, with a sample size of 72 nurses. LBP complaints were measured using the Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire (NMQ), physical factors using the QEC (non-neutral posture, manual handling, workload, duration of work activity), psychosocial factors using the ENSS (work stress and lack of social support), and individual factors using the individual characteristics questionnaire (age, gender, physical activity, and BMI). Analysis was performed using the Chi-square test and Odds Ratio (OR) calculation. The results showed a prevalence of low back pain (LBP) in the past 7 days of 38.9%. Most variables were not significantly associated with LBP. However, workload was significantly associated with LBP (p=0.034), with the risk increasing with moderate (OR=2.29), high (OR=5.2), and very high (OR=18) workloads. Therefore, hospitals need to develop LBP prevention programs that focus on workload management and are tailored to the working conditions and individual characteristics of nurses.
