Program pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksi nosokomial di Rumkital Dr. Mintohardjo sudah berjalan selama empat tahun. Saat ini pelaksanaan beberapa kegiatan mengalami penurunan. Penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dilakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan program tersebut ditinjau dari manajemen dan organisasi dengan pendekatan sistem. Pengumpulan data melalui telaah dokumen, observasi, wawancara mendalam, Focus Group Discussion. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa faktor manajemen yang terdiri dari komitmen, kepemimpinan, komunikasi dan kerjasama dalam pelaksanaan program pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksi nosokomial di Rumkital Dr. Mintohardjo masih rendah disebabkan program tersebut belum menjadi prioritas utama dan seringnya terjadi pergantian pimpinan yang diikuti dengan perubahan kebijakan. Organisasi pelaksana program pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksi nosokomial secara struktural belum melibatkan orang-orang yang mempunyai pengaruh dan belum ada pembagian tugas antara penentu kebijakan dan pelaksana kebijakan. Pelaksanaan tugas komite pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksinosokomial masih rendah terbukti dengan tidak terlaksananya kegiatan rapat, sosialisasi, pengawasan dan umpan balik. Saran yang dapat dilakukan dengan restrukturisasi organisasi dan meningkattkan kembali kegiatan sosialisasi, pertemuan, rapat dan orientasi agar informasi tentang program dapat dipahami dan dilaksanakan.
Programs of prevention and control of nosocomial infections in Rumkital Dr. Mintohardjo been running for four years. Currently the implementation of some activities has decreased. Descriptive qualitative study conducted to know the description of the programs in terms of management and organizational systems approach. The collection of data through document review, observation, depth interviews, focus group discussions. Based on the results of the study concluded that the factor of management commitment, leadership, communication and cooperation in the implementation of prevention and control of nosocomial infections in Rumkital Dr. Mintohardjo still low because the program has not been a top priority and the frequent change of leadership, followed by policy changes. Organizations implementing prevention and control of nosocomial infections are structurally not involve people who have influence and there is no division of tasks between policy makers and policy implementers. Implementation of prevention and control committee assignment infeksinosokomial low as evidenced by not meeting the implementation of activities, socialization, supervision and feedback. Suggestions to do with organizational restructuring and re-socialization meetings and orientation to information about the program can be understood and implemented.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan inisiasi menyusu dini dan faktor yang berhubungan IMD pada ibu bersalin yang ditolong tenaga kesehatan di Kota Bogor. Desain penelitian cross sectional melalui wawancara pada responden yang berjumlah 254 orang yang dipilih secara Cluster Random Sampling. Hasil penelitian didapatkan yang melaksanakan IMD 54,7%. Faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan IMD adalah persalinan di pelayanan kesehatan (OR 5,5) dukungan petugas kesehatan (OR 4,2) dukungan suami (OR 2,5) sikap (OR 1,9). Disarankan kepada ibu untuk bersalin di fasilitas kesehatan, untuk petugas kesehatan menjelaskan manfaat IMD saat ANC dan ibu bersalin. Kata kunci : Inisiasi Menyusu Dini
This study has purpose to know the implementation of early initiation of breastfeeding and the factors related to the early initiation of breastfeeding for mother delivery helped by health assistance in Bogor Regency. This study used cross sectional design method by interviewing 254 respondents selected by Cluster Random Sampling. The result of this research was taken those who implemented the initiation of breastfeeding were 54.7%. The factors influencing the implementation of early initation of breastfeeding were : delivery at health provider ( OR 5,5), health assistance’s support ( OR 4,2 ), husband’s support ( OR 2,5 ), attitude ( OR 1,9 ). It is suggested to mother to be delivery at health facilities, whereas health assistance to explain the advantages of early initiation of breastfeeding when antenatal care and mother delivery. ABSTRAK Tesis ini membahas tentang penggunaan jamu untuk pengobatan pada pasien di Klinik Saintifikasi Jamu Hortus Medicus Tawangmangu tahun 2012. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif menggunakan pendekatan Rapid Assesment Procedures (RAP). Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa jamu yang digunakan untuk pengobatan sudah dirasakan manfaatnya dengan efek samping yang ringan, serta jamu yang paling banyak digunakan adalah sediaan godokan. Hal yang mendukung penggunaan jamu untuk pengobatan adalah pengetahuan terhadap tanaman obat, persepsi terhadap jamu, informasi mengenai klinik dan fasilitas pelayanan yang tersedia, keterjangkauan akses, adanya keluhan sakit serta keinginan untuk sembuh. Saran dari penelitian ini perlunya edukasi kepada masyarakat dan penambahan Klinik Saintifikasi Jamu yang terjangkau.
ABSTRACT This thesis discusses the use of Jamu for treatment on patients at The Hortus Medicus Jamu Scientification Clinic in 2012. The study was a qualitative research using Rapid Assessment Procedures (RAP) approach. The study found that Jamu medicine used for treatment has already felt the benefit with low side effects, as well as the most widely used Jamu preparations is boiling. Factors encouraged the use of Jamu medicine for treatment are the knowledge of medicinal plants, Jamu perception, the availability of information on clinical and service facilities, the affordability of access, the pain complaints and the desire to recover. There is a need to educate people and increasing an affordable Jamu Scientification Clinic
Anemia pada remaja putri merupakan masalah kesehatan yang prevalensinya meningkat di Kota Depok, termasuk SMPN 6 Depok sebanyak 26% pada 2024. Menanggulangi masalah ini, pemerintah meluncurkan Gerakan Aksi Bergizi melalui senam, sarapan, suplementasi TTD, edukasi kesehatan/gizi. Penelitian kualitatif ini menganalisis pelaksanaan Gerakan Aksi Bergizi menggunakan model Precede-Proceed dengan pendekatan Rapid Assessment Procedures (RAP) dan metode wawancara mendalam kepada Kepala Sekolah, PJ UKS, PJ Promkes Puskesmas, Pembina UKS, dan 3 Guru, FGD kepada 12 siswa PMR, observasi kegiatan, telaah dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kebijakan berupa imbauan Kementerian hingga program sekolah. Pengetahuan siswa PMR dan guru cukup baik untuk setiap kegiatan. Namun, implementasinya menghadapi tantangan, pelaksanaan Gerakan Aksi Bergizi terpadu masih bersifat tahunan, tetapi sekolah mengadopsi senam bersama setiap minggu, sarapan bersama setiap bulan, tetapi minum TTD bersama belum konsisten dilakukan. Sikap siswa PMR positif terhadap senam dan edukasi karena merasa penting, tetapi masih terdapat sikap negatif terhadap suplementasi TTD karena kurangnya pemantauan akibat konsumsi mandiri. Dukungan guru kuat dalam logistik senam, tetapi pendampingan konsumsi TTD belum konsisten. Tenaga kesehatan berperan dalam penyediaan TTD dan edukasi, tetapi bersifat tidak langsung pada kegiatan rutin. Oleh karena itu, disarankan penguatan kolaborasi lintas sektor antara Sekolah dan Puskesmas dalam monitoring dan evaluasi untuk optimalisasi program.
Anemia in adolescent girls id a growing concern in Depok City, with a prevalence of 26% at SMPN 6 Depok in 2024. To combat this, the government launched Gerakan Aksi Bergizi, a program encompassing exercise, communal breakfast, iron folic acid (IFA) supplementation, health/nutrition education. This qualitative study analyzed the implementation of Gerakan Aksi Bergizi using the Precede-Proceed model, employing Rapid Assessment Procedure (RAP). Data was collected through in-depth interviews with the Head of School, School Health Unit (UKS) Coordinator, Health Promotion Officer from the Communtity Health Center, UKS Supervisors, and three teachers. Focus Group Discussion (FGD) were conducted with 12 PMR student, alongside activity observations and document reviews. Findings indicate supportive policies from the Ministry down to school level programs. PMR students and teachers demonstrated good knowledge of the activities. However, implementation faces challenges. The integrated Gerakan Aksi Bergizi is primarily an annual event, though the school independently adopted weekly communal exercise and monthly communal breakfasts. Consistent communal IFA consumptions remains an issue. PMR students showed positive attitudes towards exercise and education due to perceived importance, but negative attitudes persisted towards IFA supplementation, attributed to a lack of monitoring for independent consumption. Teacher support for exercise logistics was strong, but consistent supervision of IFA consumption was lacking. Health personnel provided IFA and education but were not directly involved in routine activities. Therefore, strengthening croos-sectoral collaboration between the school and Community Health Center for monitoring and evaluation id crucial for program optimization.
Customer satisfaction at RSUD dr. Soekardjo has decreased since the last 3 (three) years and has not yet reached the target set. Patient satisfaction is one of that affects the quality of hospital services. Patients as external consumers need to get health services as expected. patient satisfaction measure were taken through 4 dimensions of satisfaction. This study aims to determine the role of deliver Information and health Education in the Inpatient at RSUD dr. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya 2020. The research used quantitative approach with cross sectional study design. The sample in this study was 173 adult inpatients with a sampling technique using quota sampling. Data collected using a questionnaire with the interview method. Data were analyzed with chi square and multiple logistic regression. The results showed that the delivered of information and education was related to patient satisfaction at RSUD dr. Soekardjo, Tasikmalaya 2020, patients who were adequately informed and educated 4 times were more satisfied with hospital services compared to patients who did not get enough information and education. Suggestions are to conduct an overall evaluation of the implementation of deliver information and education, the availability of information and education media as well as the increased use of these media
