Abstrak:
ABSTRAK Dermatitis kontak merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan yang paling sering dilaporkan diantara para pekerja konstruksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kejadian dermatitis kontak dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya pada pekerja konstruksi PT Waskita Karya proyek pembangunan World Class University. Metode untuk pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner dimana responden diminta untuk mengisi sendiri kuesioner yang dibagikan. Hasil survei menunjukkan prevalensi dermatitis kontak adalah 34,9%. Sebanyak empat faktor yang diteliti tidak memiliki hubungan yang bermakna dengan dermatitis kontak. Empat faktor yang diteliti adalah lama bekerja, riwayat atopi, penggunaan APD dan higiene perorangan.
ABSTRACT Contact dermatitis is one of the most frequently reported health problems among construction workers. The objective of this research is to see the incidence of contact dermatitis and to investigate factors related to contact dermatitis among construction workers at PT Waskita Karya World Class University project. Methodology used for data collection was using a questionnaire in which respondents were asked to fulfill a self-completion questionnaire. The analytical result showed the prevalence of contact dermatitis is 34,9%. There are 4 (four) factors were investigated which are not significantly related to contact dermatitis. They are working period, history of atopy, the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and personal hygiene.
