Abstrak: ABSTRAK Tingginya presentase keluhan kesehatan pada lansia di Indonesia pada tahun 2014 yaitu 52,67%. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa keluhan kesehatan di Indonesia masih merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat. Adanya penurunan fungsi berbagai sistem organ pada lansia dan akibat dari faktor lain memperburuk keluhan kesehatan pada lansia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan keluhan kesehatan pada lansia di Indonesia tahun 2015. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menganalisis lanjut data sekunder Susenas Kor 2015. Desain studi yang digunakan adalah cross sectional dengan jumlah sampel 94.326 lansia. Sampel diambil secara total sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diketahui lansia yang mengalami keluhan kesehatan sebesar 46.202 lansia (49%). Faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian keluhan kesehatan pada lansia yaitu usia ≥ 80 tahun (POR=1,17), usia 70-79 tahun (POR=1,18); jenis kelamin perempuan (POR=0,82), status perkawinan hidup tanpa pasangan (POR=1,08); pendidikan tidak pernah bersekolah/tidak tamat SD (POR=1,68), pendidikan rendah (POR=1,41), pendidikan sedang (POR=1,12); sudah tidak bekerja (POR=1,38); daerah tempat tinggal perdesaan (POR=1,04); merokok (POR=0,89) dan memiliki jaminan kesehatan (POR=1,24). Status ekonomi tidak berhubungan dengan terjadinya keluhan kesehatan pada lansia. Nilai EF% tertinggi pada faktor pendidikan (tidak pernah sekolah atau tidak tamat SD 38,56% dan berpendidikan rendah 26,78%) dan faktor pekerjaan (sudah tidak bekerja 14,78%). Sedangkan nilai PF% tertinggi pada faktor pendidikan (tidak pernah sekolah atau tidak tamat SD 59,65% dan berpendidikan rendah 35,02%) dan faktor pekerjaan (sudah tidak bekerja 14,38%). Decreased of multiple organ systems in the elderly and the consequences of other factors maked health complaints increased in the Indonesian elderly. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with health complaints in the Indonesian elderly viii Universitas Indonesia in 2015. This study was analyze the secondary data of Susenas Kor 2015. This study used a cross sectional design with 94,326 sample. Samples were taken in total sampling. The result showed that 46,202 elderly (49%) the elderly had health complaints. Factors associated with the incidence of health complaints in the elderly are age ≥ 80 years (POR = 1.17), age 70-79 years (POR = 1.18); sex female (POR = 0.82), life without spouse (POR = 1.08); education never attended school / did not complete primary school (POR = 1.68), low education (POR = 1.41), medium education (POR = 1.12); is not working (POR = 1.38); rural area (POR = 1.04); smoking (POR = 0.89) and have health insurance (POR = 1.24). Economic status is not related to the occurrence of health complaints in the elderly. The highest EF% were education factor (never attended school or did not complete elementary school 38.56% and low educated 26.78%) and work factor (not working 14.78%). While the highest PF% were education factor (never attended school or did not complete primary school 59.65% and low education 35.02%) and work factors (already not working 14.38%).
