This thesis is discussing about preview of factors that affecting theimplementation time of employee recruitment and selection at Rumah SakitMedika Permata Hijau in 2012. This research conducted using qualitativedescriptive methodology. The result show that the factors that affecting the timeof implementation of recruitment and selection process are organizational factor,the habit of recruiters, external condition, the lack of datas bank of the aplicants,the supply of the labors factor, and the internal organizations factor. Moreover, inevaluation of recruitment and selection is no done formally. Therefore, correctiveaction should be done in order to make the time of implementation of recruitmentand selection in Rumah Sakit Medika Permata Hijau can be done appropriate withthe target.

Pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan merupakan hasil interaksi yang komplek antara pengguna jasa pelayanan kesehatan dan penyelenggara pelayanan kesehatan. Berbagai faktor mempengaruhi penggunaan pelayanan tesebut. Rumah Sakit IMC Bintaro adalah sebuah rumah sakit umum swasta yang terletak di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Jumlah kunjungan pasien antenatal care di Poliklinik Kandungan dan Kebidanan Rumah Sakit IMC Bintaro cukup tinggi namun angka persalinan masih rendah dan belum pernah diteliti apa penyebabnya. Penelitian ini berdisain potong lintang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melaui wawancara kepada responden menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi adalah seluruh pasien poliklinik kandungan dan kebidanan. Sampel adalah pasien poliklinik kandungan dan kebidanan dengan usia kehamilan trimester tiga. Pengumpulan data kualitatif dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam kepada pihak internal rumah sakit. Uji statistik dilakukan secara bertahap menghasilkan analisis multivariat dengan uji regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan signifikan antara pendidikan, penghasilan, penanggung biaya, fasilitas rumah sakit dan pelayanan dokter dengan keputusan pemilihan tempat persalinan di Rumah Sakit IMC Bintaro. Faktor yang paling berpengaruh adalah penghasilan dan fasilitas rumah sakit. Diperlukan kajian lain untuk menilai pemasaran yang telah dilakukan rumah sakit. Disarankan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan memperluas jangkaun kerjasama.
A study on utilization of health service is the result of a complex interaction between patients and the provider of health service. IMC Hospital is a private public hospital located in Tangerang Selatan city. The number of antenatal care visits patients in Gynecology and Obstetrics Polyclinic IMC Hospital Bintaro quite high but delivery rate is still low and has never been studied why it happened. This research is a cross sectional research using quantitative and qualitative approach. Data collection for quantitative was using interview with respondents. The samples are patient visited Gynecology and Obstetrics Polyclinic IMC Hospital Bintaro who had third trimerster of pregnancy. Statistical tests carried out in stages and end up with multivariate analysis using logistic regression test. The results showed that a significant relationship between education, income, source of payment, hospital facilities and physician services with the decision to choose place fo delivery. The most significant factors are the income and availibility of hospital facilities. Hospital marketing need to be assessed. It is also suggested to improve quality of care and invite more companies/third party to use hospital care.
This thesis discusses the factors correlated with work disciplines of non-medical employee at Karya Bhakti Hospital in year 2012. The background of this research is the fact that non-medical employee?s work disciplines is decreasing, indicated by the decrease in percentage of employee coming on time to the hospital during June to November 2011, the increase in ethical and behavior violation and the increase of employee using non standard uniforms and attributes. This is quantitative research that supported by qualitative data using cross sectional research design to see the relationship between the independent variables (goals, capabilities, exemplary leadership, faimess, fringe benefits/compensation, inherent supervisory, penalties, assertiveness, and human relations) with dependent variable (work discipline). The results of statistical test using the chi square test showed that of the nine variables studied, only the fairness factors that have a significant relationship with the work discipline of non-medical employee at Karya Bhakti Hospital in year 2012. Therefore, it is recommended that Karya Bhakti Hospital need to increase the implementation of fairness principle in the work environment in order to improve employee?s discipline.
