Health and Safety (HSE) is an effort to preserve the unity of thought and perfection of the human body and spirit in general and workers in particular, and the work culture in the framework towards a just and prosperous society. The high risk of accidents and health of workers in the industry today should be a major concern both for workers, employers, and government, especially in the PT. Pertamina (Persero) LPG and Gas Products Region III Depot LPG Tanjung Priok in terms of risk Analysis in the process of loading and unloading of LPG 3 Kg size. By understanding and realization of the theory of risk management all the potential risks inherent in any process of the work done will be done in the minimization and prevention and further control the work process is.
This study is about consequence analysis of gas dispersion, fire, and explosion of LPG spherical storage tank C – 20 – 01 – A at PT Pertamina (Persero) RU V Balikpapan. This study is a quantitative study using ALOHA software to analyze the primary and secondary data. This study aims to estimate the range and consequences of gas dispersion, fire, and explosion due to leakage at LPG spherical storage tank C – 20 – 01 – A which is divided to propane and butane.
Penelitian difokuskan untuk menganalisis perilaku keselamatan penggunaan LPG (Liquified Petroleum Gas) 3 kg terhadap ibu rumah tangga. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif analitik. Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa perilaku keselamatan dapat ditingkatkan dengan menambah pengetahuan mengenai bagian-bagian LPG 3 kg dan penggunaan LPG 3 kg terutama dalam penempatannya. Hal ini dapat dilakukan melalui sharing pengalaman penggunaan LPG 3 kg antara ibu rumah tangga atau media sosialisasi. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Maret-April 2011 di wilayah Depok dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 277 responden. Data diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil Penelitian dari 277 responden, menunjukkan 62,1% responden memiliki tingkat perilaku aman dan 37,9% responden memiliki tingkat perilaku yang kurang aman. Di samping itu, diperoleh hubungan antara perilaku keselamatan penggunaan LPG 3 kg pada ibu rumah tangga dengan pengetahuan dan lama penggunaan LPG 3 kg. The focus of this research to analysis on safe use of LPG (Liquified Petroleum Gas) 3 kg toward safe behavior of housewives. This research is a quantitative descriptive analitic interpretive. The researcher suggest that the behavior of safety can be improved by adding knowledge about the parts of LPG 3 kg and the use of LPG 3 Kg specially on appointment LPG. It can do with sharing the experience for using of LPG 3 Kg between housewives or by medium’s sosialiszation. This research was conducted in March-April 2011 in the location in Depok with spread questionnaires to 277 respondents. Data processed using SPSS. Results from the study of 277 respondents, found 62.1% of respondents have a level of safety behavior and 37.9% of respondents have of unsafety behavior. In addition, we found that variables related to safety behavior use 3 kg of LPG on the housewife is knowledge and the duration of using 3 kg of LPG. This study is about consequence analysis of gas dispersion, fire, and explosionon LPG storage tank at SPPBE PT Adikarya Pramita Perdana, Depok. This study is aquantitative modeling with collecting secondary data and field observations thatanalyzed using ALOHA (Areal Location of Hazardous Atmosphere) software. Thepurpose of this study is to find out the consequences impact range of gas dispersion,fire and explosion due to leakage of LPG storage tank which divided into propaneand butane gas, also the description of fire safety system and emergency managementat SPPBE PT Adikarya Pramita Perdana.The results of this study is the range and consequences of modeling toxic gasdispersion due to leakage of LPG storage tank at SPPBE PT Adikarya PramitaPerdana, spreading range distance up to 401 meters. In jet fire model the range up to159 meters, while in BLEVE up to 1 kilometer, and VCE model up to 330 meters.The dangerous location or area due to this leakage at SPPBE PT Adikarya PramitaPerdana and the populations which is at risk reaches Sukamaju, Jatijajar, andCilodong. This study assess the consequences of the chemical release from the pressurized Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) storage tank at PT. LMI. This study is kuantitative. Simulation of release using ALOHA (Areal Locations of Hazardous Athmospheres) software based on primary and secondary datas on the normal operation. ALOHA give result in a distance range of dispersion, fire and explosion. Each distance range is classified into three categories: red, orange and yellow based on the level of severity. These study's result is indicate that schools, medical clinic, factories, and homes around PT. LMI being the high-risk population affected by the release of chemicals from the LPG storage tank.

Spherical tank yang berisi Butana merupakan subjek berpotensi hazard (kebocoran, kebakaran dan ledakan) yang dapat memberikan konsekuensi terhadap fasilitas dan manusia sebagai obyek penerima yang berada pada radius pajanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pemodelan dengan input data primer dan sekunder yang diaplikasikan dalam perangkat lunak ALOHA, Area Locations of Hazardous Atmosphere. Hasil penelitian terhadap skenario kejadian kebocoran, kebakaran dan ledakan di fasilitas pengolahan minyak dan Gas PT Z mendapatkan nilai konsukeuensi zona bahaya sampai radius satu kilometer. Zona aman setelah radius satu kilometer.
ABSTRACT
Spherical tanks containing Butane is subject of potentially hazard (leak, fire and explosion) which can bring facility and human consequences as the recipient objects which are in the radius of exposure. This research uses input modeling with primary and secondary data which applied in the Area Locations of Hazardous Atmosphere (ALOHA) software. The study of the leak, fire and explosion incidence scenario at oil and gas processing facilities of PT Z scores shows threat zone to a radius of one kilometer. Safety zone distance after radius kilometer.
