Hal terbaik tesis ini adalah mengetahui aspek implementasi Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan & Kesehatan Kerja di tempat kerja dan sebagai masukan pada institusi terhadap pengembangan tesis dengan sempurna. Tesis bertujuan menguraikan aspek implementasi Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan & Kesehatan Kerja di tempat kerja dengan desain tesis pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif interpretatif melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi serta tinjauan dokumen. Tesis memberikan informasi terhadap aspek sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dengan teori prinsip umum yaitu “Plan, Do, Check & Act”.  The best aspects of this thesis are knowing the implementation of occupational health & safety management system at the work place & as the input of additional resource for the institution to develop thesis completely. The goal of thesis is elaborating the aspect of implementation from the occupational health & safety management system at the work place. Design of thesis is qualitative descriptive interpretative approach in deep interview. The information as the result of thesis is some aspects of the implementation occupational health & safety management system in basic general “Plan, Do, Check & Act”.
