The increasing population growth demands the availability of quality healthcare services, one of which is through the provision of adequate facilities, infrastructure, and medical equipment. Optimal management of data related to healthcare facilities, infrastructure, and equipment is essential to ensure that healthcare facilities, particularly Puskesmas, can provide services that meet established standards. Aplikasi Sarana Prasarana Alat Kesehatan (ASPAK) is a system developed by the Ministry of Health to facilitate the collection, monitoring, and planning of health facility needs. However, in Cianjur Regency, the management of ASPAK has not been optimal, as indicated by the fact that only 22 out of 47 Puskesmas were actively updating their ASPAK data as of March 2025. This study aims to evaluate the management of ASPAK in Puskesmas in Cianjur Regency using the HOT-Fit method. This research uses a quantitative method using a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms to ASPAK users in all Puskesmas. The results indicate that the human, organization, and technology variables are significantly related to the perceived net benefit of using ASPAK. Improvements in training, organizational support, and improvements in system quality and service quality are needed to optimize ASPAK management in Cianjur Regency.

The completeness of facilities, infrastructure, and medical equipment (SPA) in hospitals plays an important role in ensuring the quality and equitable access to services However, gaps remain in hospitals’ readiness to provide the supporting infrastructure needed for healthcare services. This study aims to describe the completeness of hospital SPA in Indonesia in 2025 and to examine its association with hospital class, ownership, service type, and region. This study used a quantitative cross-sectional design with secondary data from the Health Facilities, Infrastructure, and Equipment Application (ASPAK). Through total sampling based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, 665 hospitals were included as samples. Data were analyzed using cross-tabulation, chi-square test, and multiple logistic regression. The results showed that 549 hospitals (82,6%) met the SPA completeness standards. The variables of class, ownership status, type of service, and regional area significantly related to SPA completeness (p-value < 0.05). The highest SPA completeness was found in class A–B hospitals, privately owned hospitals, and public hospitals. The highest proportion of SPA compliance was found in the Java-Bali region and the lowest in Papua-Maluku-Nusa Tenggara. These findings suggest that SPA completeness in Indonesian hospitals is shaped by facilities’ structural capacity, which requires more affirmative policy and funding by utilizing ASPAK data for investment planning, supervision, and equitable access to health services nationwide.
