Abstrak:
Alat ukur persen lemak tubuh yang akurat dinilai mahal dan memiliki rosedur yang sulit, sehingga dibutuhkan alternatif lain untuk menilai persen Lemak tubuh. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan pengukuran Antropometri yang paling akurat dalam mendeteksi kasus overweight dengan Menggunakan bia sebagai golden standard. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan April-mei 2017 pada remaja di sma al-azhar 3 jakarta usia 14-17 tahun dengan Jumlah sampel sebesar 107 laki-laki dan 71 perempuan. Desain studi yang Digunakan adalah cross sectional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan imt/u memiliki Nilai koefisien korelasi paling tinggi pada kedua jenis kelamin (r=0,88). Validitas Yang paling baik dalam mendeteksi kasus overweight juga ditunjukkan oleh Pengukuran imt/u pada kedua jenis kelamin, dengan cut-off points pada laki-laki Sebesar +0,77 sd (se:86,6%; sp:85,0%; npp:89%; npn: 81%; lr+:5,77; lr-:0,16). Pada perempuan memiliki cut-off points imt/u sebesar +0,09 sd (se:93,1%; sp:95,0%; npp:95%; npn:96%; lr+:13,80; lr-:0,05).

In addition, bmi/age also had the best validity in detecting overweight in both sexes, with a cut-off points +0,77 sd (se:86,6%; sp:85,0%; Ppv:89%; npv: 81%; lr+:5,77; lr-:0,16) in boys and +0,09 sd (se:93,1%; Sp:95,0%; ppv:95%; npv:96%; lr+:13,80; lr-:0,05) in girls.

Obesitas pada anak dan remaja merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang terus meningkat dan memerlukan deteksi dini menggunakan indikator antropometri yang akurat. Indeks Massa Tubuh menurut Umur (IMT/U) WHO merupakan indikator yang paling umum digunakan, namun memiliki keterbatasan karena perubahan komposisi tubuh selama masa pertumbuhan. Tri-Ponderal Mass Index (TMI) dikembangkan sebagai alternatif yang dinilai lebih stabil pada anak dan remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan membandingkan kinerja diagnostik TMI dan IMT/U WHO dalam menentukan obesitas pada anak dan remaja usia 5-18 tahun di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain potong lintang dengan data sekunder Survei Kesehatan Indonesia (SKI) 2023. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 191.454 anak dan remaja usia 5-18 tahun yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Kinerja diagnostik dievaluasi berdasarkan kelompok usia dan jenis kelamin. Hasil penelitian menemukan IMT/U WHO menunjukkan sensitivitas yang sangat tinggi pada sebagian besar kelompok usia dan jenis kelamin berdasarkan standar IOTF. TMI juga menunjukkan sensitivitas dan spesifisitas yang tinggi, terutama pada kelompok usia remaja. Nilai NPV kedua indikator sangat tinggi, sedangkan PPV TMI cenderung lebih rendah dibandingkan IMT/U WHO. Nilai AUC TMI meningkat seiring bertambahnya usia dengan performa terbaik pada kelompok usia 16-18 tahun. Meskipun nilai AUC IMT/U WHO secara umum lebih tinggi, perbedaan antara kedua indikator semakin kecil pada kelompok remaja. TMI dan IMT/U WHO sama-sama memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam menentukan obesitas pada anak dan remaja. TMI berpotensi digunakan sebagai indikator alternatif yang sederhana dan praktis dalam skrining serta surveilans obesitas pada anak dan remaja di Indonesia.
Obesity in children and adolescents is a growing public health problem that requires early detection using accurate anthropometric indicators. The WHO Body Mass Index for Age is the most commonly used indicator, but it has limitations due to changes in body composition during growth. The Tri-Ponderal Mass Index (TMI) was developed as an alternative that is considered more stable in children and adolescents. This study aims to compare the diagnostic performance of TMI and WHO BMI in determining obesity in children and adolescents aged 5-18 years in Indonesia. This study used a cross-sectional design with secondary data from Survei Kesehatan Indonesia (SKI) 2023. The study sample consisted of 191,454 children and adolescents aged 5-18 years who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Diagnostic performance was evaluated by age group and sex. The study results found that WHO BMI demonstrated very high sensitivity in most age groups and sexes based on IOTF standards. TMI also demonstrated high sensitivity and specificity, especially in adolescents. The NPV values of both indicators were very high, while the PPV of TMI tended to be lower than that of WHO BMI. The AUC of the TMI increased with age, with the highest performance in the 16-18 age group. Although the AUC of WHO BMI was generally higher, the difference between the two indicators narrowed in the adolescent group. Both the TMI and the WHO BMI both had good ability to determine obesity in children and adolescents. The TMI has the potential to be used as a simple and practical alternative indicator for screening and surveillance of obesity in children and adolescents in Indonesia.

Pengukuran persen lemak tubuh yang akurat seperti Dual-energy X-ray Absorptiometry (DXA), hydrostatic weighing, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), ultrasound, dan Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) mahal dan sulit digunakan oleh masyarakat, sehingga dibutuhkan pengukuran yang lebih sederhana. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan pengukuran antropometri yang akurat untuk menentukan gizi lebih dengan menggunakan golden standard BIA. Penelitian ini merupakan studi validasi yang dilakukan pada anak kelas 4 dan 5 (9-11 tahun) SDIT Nurul Fikri Depok dengan jumlah sampel 115 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa IMT/U memiliki koefisien korelasi paling tinggi (r=0,934) dibandingkan dengan pengukuran lainnya. Selain itu, IMT/U juga memiliki validitas paling baik (AUC 0,849; Se 82.69%; Sp 69.84%; NPP 69.35%; NPN 83.02%; LR+ 2.7; LR- 0.2) dengan cut off +0,5 SD.

Status gizi remaja merupakan hasil interaksi kompleks antara determinan langsung di level individu dan determinan tidak langsung di level rumah tangga. Data SKI 2023 mencatat prevalensi gizi lebih pada remaja usia 16–18 tahun di DKI Jakarta mencapai hampir 20%, sementara gizi kurang masih ditemukan sebesar 6,3%. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis keterkaitan antara proporsi konsumsi makronutrien, aktivitas fisik, uang saku, jumlah anggota keluarga, dan frekuensi konsumsi mi instan dengan status gizi siswa SMAN 34 Jakarta, serta mengidentifikasi variabel dengan kecenderungan keterkaitan paling kuat. Desain cross-sectional dengan pendekatan analisis data sekunder digunakan, mengintegrasikan tiga dataset primer tahun 2025 pada responden siswa SMAN 34 Jakarta. Status gizi dinilai menggunakan IMT/U berdasarkan WHO AnthroPlus 2007 dan Permenkes No. 2 Tahun 2020, dan dianalisis secara bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Sebagian besar responden berstatus gizi baik (79,7%), dengan 15,2% tergolong gizi lebih. Seluruh variabel independen tidak menunjukkan keterkaitan bermakna secara statistik dengan status gizi (p > 0,05). Aktivitas fisik menunjukkan kecenderungan keterkaitan paling kuat dengan p-value paling mendekati signifikan (p = 0,076) dan kesenjangan deskriptif terbesar dengan proporsi gizi lebih pada kelompok aktivitas fisik rendah (22,7%) hampir empat kali lipat dibandingkan kelompok cukup (5,7%). Aktivitas fisik direkomendasikan sebagai prioritas utama intervensi gizi di SMAN 34 Jakarta.
Adolescent nutritional status results from complex interactions between immediate determinants at the individual level and underlying determinants at the household level. The 2023 Indonesian Health Survey (SKI) reported a prevalence of overweight and obesity among adolescents aged 16–18 years in DKI Jakarta reaching nearly 20%, while undernutrition remained at 6.3%. This study aimed to analyze the associations between macronutrient consumption proportions, physical activity, pocket money, family size, and instant noodle consumption frequency with the nutritional status of students at SMAN 34 Jakarta, and to identify the variable with the strongest association tendency. A cross-sectional study using secondary data analysis was conducted, integrating three primary datasets collected in 2025 from 79 respondents. Nutritional status was assessed using BMI-for-age based on WHO AnthroPlus 2007 and Minister of Health Regulation No. 2 of 2020, and bivariate analysis was performed using the Chi-Square test. The majority of respondents had normal nutritional status (79.7%), with 15.2% classified as overweight. None of the independent variables demonstrated a statistically significant association with nutritional status (p > 0.05). Physical activity showed the strongest association tendency with the closest p-value to significance (p = 0.076) and the largest descriptive gap with the proportion of overweight students in the low physical activity group (22.7%) was nearly four times higher than in the sufficient group (5.7%). Physical activity is recommended as the primary priority for nutritional interventions at SMAN 34 Jakarta.
