Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Dari hasil wawancara dapat disimpulkan bahwa, komitmen afektif di PT "X" sudah cukup baik karena sikap penerimaan karyawan terhadap program K3 di PT "X" sudah sangat baik, manajemen PT "X" juga selalu mengadakan training untuk pekerja baru dan refresh training untuk pekerja lama, manajemen PT "X" juga berkonsultasi pada para pekerja terkait K3 walaupun tidak melalui rapat-rapat melainkan langsung kepada karyawan di tempat, manajemen PT "X" juga sudah melakukan inspeksi dan investigasi terkait K3 secara rutin. (2) Dari hasil wawancara dapat disimpulkan bahwa Komitmen Kontinyu di PT "X" masih rendah karena tidak adanya anggaran dan SDM khusus dalam menunjang berlangsungnya K3 dalam perusahaan. Tidak adanya struktur organisasi khusus diperusahaan yang menangani program K3, semua yang berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan K3 itu tanggung jawab seorang personalia. Serta belum adanya evaluasi-evaluasi yang dilakukan manajemen mengenai pelaksanaan K3 selama ini. (3) Dari hasil wawancara di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa, Komitmen Normatif di PT "X" masih rendah, karena kepatuhan karyawan terhadap peraturan K3 masih rendah, tingkat pelanggaran yang dilakukan karyawan juga masih tinggi dan PT "X" belum memiliki prosedur dalam menjalankan K3 di seluruh unit kerja, yang ada hanya berupa instruksi-instruksi kerja.
This study aims to conduct analysis of study-level management commitment to the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety in crumb rubber processing plant in PT. "X" West Kalimantan, 2014. Study was carried out on a permanent employee at managerial level and workers representative in Crumb Rubber Processing Factory PT "X" West Kalimantan in the month of March-June 2014, the use of descriptive analytic study design with qualitative analysis approach, the primary data in the form of in-depth interviews, and observations in the field. Observations carried out by cross-checking between the policies or procedures of the company with its implementation in the field.
The results showed that: (1) From the interviews it can be concluded that, affective commitment in PT "X" is good enough for acceptance to the program employees K3 PT "X" has been very good, the management of PT "X" has always held a training for new workers and training to refresh the old workers, the management of PT "X" was also consulted on the workers concerned K3 although not through meetings but directly to employees in place, the management of PT "X" has also been conducting inspections and investigations are routinely associated K3 . (2) From interviews it can be concluded that a Continuous Commitment to PT "X" is low because there has the absence of a special budget or human resources to support the company's ongoing K3. The absence of specific organizational structure in the company that handles the K3 program, all of which relate to the implementation of K3 was responsible personnel. And the lack of evaluations conducted during the management of the implementation of the K3. (3) From the interview above, it can be concluded that, Normative Commitment PT "X" is low, because the employee compliance with regulations K3 is still low, the level of offense committed employees are also still high and PT "X" does not yet have procedures in running K3 in all work units, which exist only in the form of work instructions.
This thesis explores the profile through interviews related to the commitment to the K3LL Policy owned by the Industrial SBU Manager of PT. A in 3 dimensions of commitment, ie Affective, Continuous, and Normative. This research is a qualitative study with descriptive study design. From the results of this study found that Affective commitment owned by the management is shown from the understanding of the existing K3LL Policy and the conformity of values believed by the K3LL policy points. Continuance commitment is felt by management as the company has supported the implementation of K3LL Policy and management has benefited from the consideration of profit and loss in implementing K3LL Policy. Normative commitment is felt in the form of attachment rather than management to the implementation of K3LL Policy in the company. In general, management has a commitment to run K3LL policies owned by the company even the commitment was more influenced by the company business needs. Tesis ini membahas tentang pelaksanaan Kurikulum Berbasis Kompetensi ( KBK ) di Jurusan Keperawatan Politeknik Kesehatan Kementrian Kesehatan ( Poltekkes Kemenkes ) Jakarta III tahun 2011. Penelitan ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari, Kepala Pusat Pendidikan dan Latihan Tenaga Kesehatan (Kapusdiklatnakes, Direktur Poltekkes Kemenkes Jakarta III. Ketua Jurusan Keperawatan , Ketua Program Studi Keperawatan kimia 17, Ketua Program Studi Keperawatan Anestesi, Ketua Program Studi Keperawatan Persahabatan, Dosen 3 Jurusan Keperawatan Poltekkes Kemenkes Jakarta III dan Mahasiswa Jurusan Keperawatan Poltekkes Kemenkes Jakarta III. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa pada aspek kontek, komitmen manajemen dan jajarannya dalam melaksanakan KBK terlihat bersungguh-sungguh, dibuktikan dengan tekad yang kuat dan semangat dalam menjalankan Kurikulum Berbasis Kompetensi melalui menjalin komunikasi yang terbuka, mengadakan pelatihan-pelatihan, workshop, perhatian terhadap aspek input berupa pemenuhan kebutuhan dari manajemen pelaksana, berupa sarana prasarana, walaupun belum seperti yang diharapkan. Proses pelaksanaan yang direspon positif oleh dosen dan mahasiswa dengan dibuktikan semangat dalam melaksanakan kegiatan proses belajar mengajar juga stakeholder dibuktikan dengan respon terhadap produk yang dihasilkan dengan menjadikan lulusan sebagai karyawannya dan tingkat keberhasilan dalam mengikuti evaluasi semester dengan nilai tertinggi sempurna = 4 oleh mahasiswa dari tingkat III Program Studi Persahabatan dan terendah = 3.41 dari Program Studi Keperawatan Kimia 17 dan Keperawatan Anestesi.
This thesis discusses the implementation of Competency Based Curriculum (CBC) in the Department of Health Ministry of Health Nursing Polytechnic (Polytechnic Kemenkes) Jakarta III in 2011. This is a qualitative research study with a phenomenological approach. This study sample consisted of, Head of Education and Training of Health Workers (Kapusdiklatnakes, Director of the polytechnic Kemenkes Jakarta III. Chairman of the Department of Nursing, Chief Nursing Studies Programme chemistry 17, Chairman of the Anesthesia Nursing Program, Chairman of the Friendship of Nursing Studies Programme, Department of Nursing Polytechnic lecturer 3 Kemenkes Jakarta III and Student Programs Nursing Polytechnic Kemenkes Jakarta III. The study states that the aspect of context, the commitment of management and staff in implementing the CBC looks serious, as evidenced by a strong determination and zeal in carrying through the Competency-Based Curriculum to establish open communication, conduct trainings, workshops, attention to aspects of the input needs of executive management, in the form of infrastructure, although not as expected. the process of implementing a positive response by faculty and students with a demonstrated passion for teaching and learning activities are also stakeholders evidenced by response to the products produced by making the graduates as employees and the level of success in following the evaluation of the semester with the highest value of perfect = 4 by students from level III Friendship Studies Program and the lowest = 3.41 of Nursing Studies Program of Chemistry 17 and Nursing Anesthesia.
This study aims analysis of commitment management in implementing itsContractor Safety Management System (CSMS) at PT.X in 2013. CSMSImplementation at PT.X in 2013 of all divisions that exist only 44.7 %.It indicatesineffective embodiment commitment management in implementing CSMS. Theresearch from previous experts showed that strong commitment from managementis very important components in applying CSMS in a company. This study isqualitative by doing research on reviewing of management commitmentcomponents including identification, involvement and loyalty. The results suggestto increase implementation of CSMS that integrated to all division withsocialization about CSMS to end-user, establish a Training Matrix and a TrainingNeed Analysis (TNA) for training CSMS, speed up the process of recruitment forvacant employee, establish a job description, review SHE policy and program,make a deal approval commitment that signed by general manager and itsmanagement, establish a committee CSMS, conduct regularly meeting to discussCSMS, review and maximize the budget and give appreciation to workers whoimplemented CSMS.Keywords : contractor safety management system , csms, commitmentmanagement
Latar Belakang. Rumah Sakit merupakan salah satu pelayanan jasa yang dalam melakukan aktivitasnya, tidak boleh lepas dari perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Tingkat persaingan yang semakin ketat dikalangan usaha Rumah Sakit mempersyaratkan adanya daya saing bagi Rumah Sakit agar dapat memenangkan persaingan yang ada. Salah satu bentuk daya saing yang harus diciptakan oleh usaha Rumah Sakit adalah kualitas layanan. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan kualitas layanan Rumah Sakit perlu terus menerus dilakukan. Kepemimpinan sebagai salah satu indikator kualitas sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor yang sangat menentukan keberhasilan suatu organisasi termasuk rumah sakit. Dengan kepemimpinan yang baik, maka diharapkan dapat mempengaruhi komitmen, loyalitas dan kinerja karyawan yang dampak akhirnya adalah peningkatan mutu pelayanan. Penelititan ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional (potong lintang). Analisis digunakan adalah analisis korelasi dengan menganalisis hubungan antara variable dependen dengan variable independen. Data diperoleh dari kuesioner yang dibagikan dan responden dipilih secara acak. Hasilnya adalah gaya kepemimpinan yang paling dominan adalah gaya kepemimpinan Demokratik/Partisipatif dimana tingkat komitmen, loyalitas dan kinerja karyawan serta ,mutu pelayanan sudah sukup baik hanya belum mencapai harapan. Variable yang paling mempengaruhi mutu pelayanan diketahui dari penelitian adalah variable loyalitas.
Background. The hospital is one of the services that in conducting its activities should not be separated from the development of science and technology. The level of competition among enterprises increasingly requires Hospital to compete in order to win the competition. One form of competitiveness must be created by the efforts of the hospital’s quality of service. Therefore, the improvement of the quality of hospital service needs to be continuously carried out. Leadership as one of the indicators of the quality of human resources are the factor that determine the success of an organization including hospital. With good leadership, it is expected to affect the commitment, loyalty and work performance and ultimately impact the quality of service. This study is an analytical descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The research design used was cross sectional. Analysis of the correlation was used to analyze the relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable. Data obtained from questionnaires distributed and respondents chosen randomly. The result is the dominant leadership style is the Democratic style, while the level of commitment, loyalty and work performance of the employee as well as the service quality is good but below the expectations. The variable that affects the service quality the most is the loyalty variable.
Rendahnya motivasi karyawan menunjukan adanya masalah kepemimpinan dan kepuasan kerja. Tingginya turnover pegawai di RS Yadika Pondok Bambu mengindikasi permasalahan kepuasan kerja dan komitmen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan dan hubungan kepuasan kerja dengan komitmen organisasi di RS Yadika Pondok Bambu. Besar sampel 193 orang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner.Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dialami 58% karyawan dan transaksional 42%. Karyawan yang puas 50.28%, yang tidak puas 49.7%. Komitmen afektif&normatif didapatkan pada 67% karyawan dan kontinu 33%. Terdapat hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Terdapat hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan komitmen organisasi.
Low motivation of employees indicates the issue of leadership and job satisfaction. The high turnover of employees in RS Yadika Pondok Bambu indicates job satisfaction and commitment issues. The purpose of this study was to determine the association between leadership style and job satisfaction and association between employee job satisfaction and organizational commitment in RS Yadika Pondok Bambu. Sample size was 193 people. Research carried out by spreading questionnaire. Transformational leadership style was experienced by 58% of employees and transactional style was 42%. 50.28% of employees were satisfied, 49.7% dissatisfied. Affective and normative commitment was found in 67% of employees and 33% continuous commitment. There is an association between leadership style and job satisfaction of employees. There is an association between job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
