The use of the DRG payment method was first introduced in the United States in 1984 which aims to control health costs, facilitate administration, and improve service quality. However, in its application, unwanted impacts arise, one of which is readmission. As one of the countries that implement the DRG payment method, Indonesia has the same risk of readmission. This study aims to determine the description of readmissions in various countries. The study was conducted using the literature review obtained from 5 online databases, namely JSTOR, ProQuest, PubMed, ScienceDirect, and Scopus. There are 54 studies selected in this study. The results showed that there were three criteria for the definition of readmission in various countries, namely the period of 30 days after discharge, the primary diagnosis code to detect readmission cases, and treatment carried out in the same hospital. The lowest readmission rate was found in a study conducted in Taiwan with a readmission rate of 1.23%. While the highest readmission rate was found in a study conducted in Brazil with a readmission rate of 42.6%. There were 16 factors potentially related to readmission and 6 of them showed a significant relationship, namely age, gender, socioeconomic status, comorbidities, length of stay, and hospital distance. To reduce readmissions, efforts made in Taiwan and the United States are to evaluate hospital performance by measuring readmission levels and imposing financial sanctions for hospitals that are proven to have readmissions.

The aim of this study is to determine the percentage of food supplement consumption behavior and its correlates among production worker at PT Akebono Brake Astra Indonesia. This study uses cross-sectional design, accidental sampling methode, and analyzed using the independent t test and chi-square test. The study sample consist of 180 workers. This study was conducted on April 08-30, 2013. The result of this study shows that 45,5% of respondents was consuming food supplement. This study also found that food supplement consumption behavior has been associated with age (p value = 0,033). The researcher suggest the existence of education program such as consultation or seminar, so that respondents understand what is the meaning of food supplement, the classification of food supplement, the content of food supplement, the rules of usage, and side effects.
