This Thesis exploring about fall from height case analysis in high rise building construction project start with planning, design and engineering control, and construction operation. Research design with case study with phenomenology approach to look deeper and details. Data analysis with thematic network analysis. Result from the research show three organize theme having constraint is work method, risk identified, and risk evaluation. Therefore, in design phase and engineering control similar constrain likewise construction operation with permit to work

This study used a semi-quantitative approach with a descriptive research design in accordance with NFPA 101A: Guide on Alternative Approaches to Life Safety This studi aims to evaluate the implementation of the fire safety on buildings fire safety by using Computerized Fire Safety Evaluation System (CFSES) software at X Hotel located in Jakarta. The evaluation is done based on the suitability of 12 safety parameters and additional requirements that exist in NFPA 101A: Guide on Alternative Approaches to Life Safety. Sample which was evaluated is the whole building of X Hotel. The implementation of fire safety in the whole building is under the minimum safety requirements of NFPA 101: Life Safety Code.

This study analysis implementation of fire safety system at A and B buildings PT X in 2020 using Fire Safety Evaluation System (FSES). The purpose of this study was to know the condition of fire safety system at A and B building PT X. The design research was a descriptive with approach to semi quantitative. The building A and B are buildings for office activities. The evaluation was carried out for 12 safety parameters according to NFPA 101A: Alternate Approaches to Life Safety with the NFPA 101: Life Safety Code standard. The parameters evaluated are building construction, hazard separation, vertical openings, sprinklers, fire alarms, smoke detectors, 2 interior finish, smoke control, exit access, evacuation routes, corridors/ compartment and emergency response programs. Additional analysis was also carried out on passive protection system, active protection system, and lifesaving facilities in building A and B. The result showed that the implementation of fire safety at A and B building PT X still met the minimum value of fire safety in the office building based on the mandatory requirements in FSES.
In the 2006 2025 national energy management blueprint, Indonesia is moving towards energy independence where the state will be present in providing energy at a reasonable price for the community. In 2018, the government, through a business plan to provide electricity until 2025, plans to increase power generation capacity to 56,024 MW. PT Indonesia Power is a subsidiary of PT PLN (Persero) which is engaged in power generation. In managing generator assets, PT Indonesia Power implements an integrated risk management policy. However, until now there has been no study or policy that analyzes the safety factors of power plant buildings. In conducting a building safety assessment, there are several methods that can be used. Among them are ISRS 7th, NFPA 5000, and Permen PU 29 of 2006. Based on the analysis of the assessment method, it was found that the level of suitability of emergency facilities was 91.6%, hazard early warning was 100%, inter-floor installation was 86.6%, fire fighting was 62.9%, ventilation was 100%, and hygiene facilities were 80%. These results are obtained by combining the three assessment methods
