Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas tentang penerapan sistem proteksi aktif, proteksi pasif,dan sistem tanggap darurat kebakaran di PT. Prasadha Pamunah Limbah Industri(PPLi). Tujuan dibuatnya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kesesuaiansistem proteksi aktif, sistem proteksi pasif, dan sistem tanggap darurat kebakarandengan standar Keputusan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan standar National FireProtection Association, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metodepenelitian deskriptif melalui observasi dan telaah dokumen yang beradadiperusahaan. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem proteksi aktif,sistem proteksi pasif, dan sistem tanggap darurat kebakaran belum seluruhnyamemenuhi standar.

This research is about the application of active and passive protection system andemergency response system of fire at PT Prasadha Pamunah Limbah Industri(PPLi). Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas tentang analisis sistem proteksi aktif, proteksi pasif, dan sistem tanggap darurat kebakaran di Gedung Vokasi UI. Tujuan dibuatnya penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan bagaimana sistem proteksi aktif, sistem proteksi pasif, dan sistem tanggap darurat kebakaran dengan mengacu standar Keputusan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan standar National Fire Protection Association, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif melalui observasi dan telaah dokumen yang berada di Gedung Vokasi UI. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem proteksi aktif, sistem proteksi pasif, dan sistem tanggap darurat kebakaran belum seluruhnya memenuhi standar.

Abstrak: Sistem proteksi kebakaran, sarana penyelamatan jiwa dan program pemeriksaan dan pemeliharaan sarana tersebut merupakan bagian dari sarana pencegahan dan penanggulangan kebakaran yang harus terdapat pada gedung bertingkat khususnya gedung yang merupakan sarana pelayanan kesehatan.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pemenuhan sarana pencegahan dan penanggulangan kebakaran yang ada di gedung puskesmas kecamatan Y dan Z terhadap standar. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain penelitian observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Analisis yang dilakukan adalah analisis perbandingan dengan standar Keputusn Menteri Pekerjaan Umum Nomor 10 tahun 2000, Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum nomor 26 tahun 2008 dan NFPA 10, 13,14, 25,72 dan 101.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 7 elemen sistem proteksi aktif, 8 elemen sarana penyelamatan jiwa dan 7 elemen program pemeriksaan dan pemeliharaan sarana pencegahan dan penangggulangan kebakaran di puskesmas kecamatan Y tidak sesuai dengan standar. 13 elemen sistem proteksi aktif, 11 elemen sarana penyelamatan jiwa dan 7 elemen program pemeriksaan dan pemeliharaan sarana pencegahan dan penangggulangan kebakaran di puskesmas kecamatan Z juga tidak sesuai dengan standar.

Fire protection system, means of ecsape and inspection and maintenance program of that means is part of means of prevention and control of fire in building especially in health center building.The purpose of this research is to know the compliance of prevention and control of fire at Puskesmas Kecamatan Y and Z building in 2013 to Indonesian and International standard. Design of this research is observational with cross sectional approach and doing comparison analysis with. Kepmen PU No.10/KPTS/2000, Permen Pu No.28/RTP/2008 and NFPA 10,13,14,25,72 and 101 standard.The result of this research showed that 19 element of fire protection system, 8 element of means of rescue and 37 element of inspection and maintanance program in Puskesmas Kecamatan Y does not according to the standard. 13 element of fire protection system, 11element of means of rescue and 7 element of inspection and maintanance program in Puskesmas Kecamatan Z does not according to the standard too.
