Abstrak:
Jumlah kasus kecelakaan kereta api di Indonesia masih terbilang cukup besar dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Tesis ini akan meneliti kasus kecelakaan kereta api di Indonesia menggunakan model analisis kecelakaan dengan pendekatan sistem sosioteknis bernama AcciMap yang dikembangkan oleh Jens Rasmussen. Sumber data penelitian berasal dari laporan-laporan investigasi kecelakaan kereta api di Indonesia selama tahun 2015 ? 2021 yang telah disusun dan dipublikasikan oleh Komite Nasional Keselamatan Transportasi (KNKT).
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis tematik untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kontribusi dan interaksinya dalam seluruh laporan investigasi tersebut. Berdasarkan pendekatan sistem sosioteknis, terdapat peran dan kontribusi dari lima tingkatan sistem sosioteknis kereta api di Indonesia yang saling berinteraksi dalam terjadinya kecelakaan kereta api, meliputi: pemerintah atau badan regulator transportasi kereta api; organisasi atau perusahaan lain terkait; manajemen perusahaan pelaksana operasi kereta api; proses dan tindakan fisik petugas, awak, operator, teknisi dan; kondisi peralatan, sarana, prasarana dan lingkungan sekitar.
Hasil dari penelitian ini telah menunjukkan beberapa rekomendasi untuk intervensi pencegahan kecelakaan dan peningkatan kinerja keselamatan transportasi kereta api di Indonesia. Penelitian ini juga berhasil menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan sistem sosioteknis dalam analisis kecelakaan telah memberikan gambaran permasalahan dan kondisi serta interaksinya dari berbagai tingkatan yang saling berpengaruh dalam terjadinya kecelakaan-kecelakaan kereta api di Indonesia. Pendekatan sistem sosioteknis diharapkan dapat diterapkan dalam proses investigasi kecelakaan untuk mendapatkan gambaran permasalahan dan interaksinya secara lebih komprehensif.

Based on the sociotechnical system approach, there are roles and contributions from the five levels of the sociotechnical rail transportation system in Indonesia that interact each other in the occurrence of accidents, including: the government or rail transport regulatory agency; other related organizations or companies; management of companies implementing railway operations; processes and physical actions of officers, crew, operators, technicians and; condition of equipment, facilities, infrastructure and the surrounding environment.
The results of this study have shown several recommendations for accident prevention interventions and improving the safety performance of rail transportation in Indonesia. This study also demonstrates that the sociotechnical system approach in accident analysis has provided an comprehensive view of the problems and conditions and their interactions from various levels that influence each other in the occurrence of train accidents in Indonesia. The results also suggest that sociotechnical system approach is expected to be applied in the accident investigation process to get more comprehensive informations and insights within the accident.

Abstrak:
Penelitian tentang pajanan bising telah banyak dilakukan pada kereta api lokomotif, sedangkan penelitian sejenis pada kereta api commuter line masih jarang dilakukan. Kabin masinis commuter line juga berpotensi terpajan bising yang tinggi baik dari suara yang berasal dari kereta itu sendiri maupun dari keretalain yang berpapasan saat diperjalanan. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Besar sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 199 masinis kereta api commuter line Jabodetabek. Pengukuran tingkat bising didalam kabin diukur dengan sound level meter dan faktor risiko lainnyadikumpulkan dengan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 62.3% masinis tidak memiliki keluhan pendengaran subyektif dan rata-rata tingkat kebisingan di dalam kabin masih di bawah nilai ambang batas sehingga tidak adafaktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan keluhan pendengaran subyektif. Namun perlu dipertimbangkan untuk melakukan pengukuran tingkat kebisingan padasemua jenis rangkaian kereta, dan selalu menutup kaca jendela kabin, serta melakukan pemeriksaan audiometri sebagai base line data bagi PT. KAI terhadap fungsi pendengaran masinis.

Abstrak:
Meningkatnya mobilitas ulang alik yang dilakukan masyarakat untuk beraktifitas
mengakibatkan peningkatan penggunaan KRL commuter line. Masyarakat Bodetabek
yang melakukan perjalanan untuk tujuan bekerja pada tahun 2014 sebesar 79,28%.
Secara umum terjadi peningkatan jumlah penumpang KRL commuter line
Jabodetabek sebesar 13,80% setiap tahunnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui
kualitas hidup pengguna KRL commuter line dan faktor-faktor apa saja yang
mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini ingin mengukur kualitas hidup pada pengguna KRL
commuter line di stasiun Depok untuk tujuan bekerja di Jakarta dengan menggunakan
instrument WHOQOL-BREF. Wilayah penelitian berada di stasiun Depok, desain
studi penelitian adalah potong lintang (cross-sectional), data yang digunakan adalah
data primer dimana penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Maret 2017. Sampel penelitian
yang digunakan adalah 113 orang berdasarkan perhitungan besar sampel. Diketahui
hasil dari penelitian ini kualitas hidup pengguna KRL commuter line untuk tujuan
bekerja di stasiun Depok memiliki kualitas hidup baik sebesar 61,9%. Faktor yang
mempengaruhi kualitas hidup pengguna KRL commuter line adalah ketidaknyamanan
fisik dan psikologis. Sedangkan pengguna KRL commuter line yang mempunyai
kualitas hidup yang baik adalah usia lebih tua, berstatus belum menikah, tidak
mempunyai anak usia < 12 tahun, menggunakan KRL commuter line 2-4x dalam
seminggu, dan mempunyai tingkat ketidaknyamanan fisik dan psikologis yang
rendah.

Increased mobility of the shuttle to the community resulted in increased use of KRL
commuter line. Bodetabek people who travel for the purpose of working in 2014
amounted to 79.28%. In general, the number of Jabodetabek KRL commuter line
users increased by 13.80% per year. The purpose of this research is to know the
quality of life of KRL commuter line users and what factors influence it. This reseach
wanted to measure the quality of life of KRL commuter line users at Depok station
for the purpose of working in Jakarta using the WHOQOL-BREF instrument. The
research area was in Depok station, The research used design cross sectional study,
the data used were primary data where the research was conducted in March 2017.
The research sample used is 113 people based on the calculation of the sample size.
The result of this research the quality of life of KRL commuter line users for the
purpose of working in Depok station has a good quality of life of 61,9%. Factors that
affect the quality of life of KRL commuter line users are physical and psychological
discomfort. While KRL commuter line users who have good quality of life are older,
unmarried, have no children <12 years old, use KRL commuter line 1-4x a week, and
have a low level of psychological discomfort

Hipertensi merupakan salah satu penyakit tidak menular yang menjadi penyebab utama penyakit kardiovaskular dan kematian dini di Indonesia. Salah satu faktor lingkungan yang berpotensi memengaruhi tekanan darah adalah kebisingan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara intensitas kebisingan dari rel kereta api dengan kejadian hipertensi pada masyarakat RW 06 Kelurahan Kebon Baru, Jakarta Selatan, yang merupakan kawasan padat penduduk yang berbatasan langsung dengan jalur kereta api. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross-sectional dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 90 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengukuran langsung intensitas kebisingan pada 6 titik, pengukuran tekanan darah, serta wawancara menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data meliputi uji bivariat dengan chi-square dan analisis multivariat menggunakan regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 60 responden (66,7%) mengalami hipertensi dan 75 responden (83,3%) responden terpapar kebisingan di atas nilai ambang batas (≥55 dBA). Variabel yang menunjukkan hubungan signifikan dengan hipertensi adalah intensitas kebisingan (p=0,003; OR=5,500), umur (p=0,011; OR=3,763), dan Riwayat keluarga hipertensi (p=0,001; OR=6,081). Analisis multivariat mengidentifikasi intensitas kebisingan (p=0,008; OR=5,764) dan riwayat keluarga hipertensi (p=0,003; OR=6,290) sebagai variable risiko yang dominan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kebisingan kereta api dan Riwayat keluarga hipertensi merupakan faktor risiko dominan terhadap hipertensi di wilayah tersebut. Oleh karena itu, intervensi kesehatan lingkungan seperti pemantauan kebisingan dan perencanaan wilayah berbasis kesehatan sangat diperlukan.
Hypertension is one of the most common non-communicable diseases and a leading cause of cardiovascular disease and premature death in Indonesia. One of the environmental factors that potentially affects blood pressure is noise. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between railway noise intensity and the incidence of hypertension among residents of RW 06, Kebon Baru Subdistrict, South Jakarta—an area with high population density located directly adjacent to a railway line. A cross-sectional study design was used with a total of 90 respondents. Data were collected through direct noise measurements at six different points, blood pressure measurements, and interviews using a structured questionnaire. Data were analyzed using chi-square tests for bivariate analysis and logistic regression for multivariate analysis. The results showed that 60 respondents (66.7%) had hypertension and 75 respondents (83.3%) were exposed to noise levels exceeding the threshold (≥55 dBA). Variables that showed a significant association with hypertension were noise intensity (p=0.003; OR=5.500), age (p=0.011; OR=3.763), and family history of hypertension (p=0.001; OR=6.081). Multivariate analysis identified noise intensity (p=0.008; OR=5.764) and family history of hypertension (p=0.003; OR=6.290) as the dominant risk factors. The study concludes that railway noise and family history of hypertension are dominant risk factors for hypertension in the area. Therefore, environmental health interventions such as noise monitoring and health-based spatial planning are urgently needed.

Nama : Indah Sari Budi Ghafara Program Studi : Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Judul :Analisis Faktor Risiko Kelelahan Pada Masinis PT XYZ Tahun 2023 Pembimbing : Indri Hapsari Susilowati, S.KM, M.KKK, Ph.D Transportasi umum saat ini menjadi pilihan favorit masyarakat dalam melakukan perpindahan dengan selamat dan efisien. Salah satu transportasi umum pilihan masyarakat Jakarta adalah kereta Mass Rapid Train (MRT). Keselamatan kereta MRT merupakan isu yang penting untuk diperhatikan agar dapat menjaga keselamatan baik masinis maupun penumpang. Dalam pengoperasian kereta MRT, dilakukan oleh seorang masinis. Menurut data Komisi Nasional Keselamatan Transportasi (KNKT), di tahun 2016 sebanyak 45% kecelakaan disebabkan oleh masinis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis fatigue serta faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian kelelahan pada masinis seperti faktor terkait pekerjaan dan faktor tidak terkait pekerjaan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Januari-Juni 2023 di PT. XYZ. Alat yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner Fatigue Assessment Scale (FAS) dalam mengukur kelelahan, dan Sound Level Meter dalam mengukur kebisingan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross sectional. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 67 masinis kereta MRT yang aktif mengoperasikan kereta. Hasil dari data kuesioner dianalisis menggunakan uji statistic chi-square. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 41,8% mengalami kelelahan. Dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa pada faktor risiko terkait pekerjaan, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara shift kerja dengan kelelahan pada masinis. Pada faktor risiko tidak terkait pekerjaan, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara commuting time, dan kualitas tidur terhadap kelelahan pada masinis.
