X BEONC Primary Health Center (PHC), the only BEONC PHC in sub-district X, Depok City, where there is the largest gap in the proxy indicators of Neonatal Essential Health Services (6,94%) and has a large need for services based on the number of service targets (5765 live birth) and the use of health centers for delivery (1105 deliveries). This research is a qualitative case study that aims to analyze the quality implementation of Essential Neonatal Health Services at the X BEONC PHC in sub-district X, conducted in April-May 2020. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, participatory observation and documents review. The results showed that in the elements of health workers, references, equipment and consumables were still lacking, as well as inadequate implementation of essential neonatal care at and after birth to the standards set by the Indonesian Ministry of Health. It was concluded that the quality of implementation of Neonatal Essential Health Services at the BEONC PHC sub-district X was still lacking, because there were still shortcomings in terms the input components and the service implementation process that were not in accordance with the standards set by the Indonesian Ministry of Health. Meeting the input components and strengthening management and the capacity of health workers in understanding and carrying out the process of Neonatal Essential Health Services according to standards is highly recommended.
Tesis ini membahas hubungan antara persepsi dimensi kualitas pelayanan kesehatan dengan kepuasan pasien Askes di Puskesmas Sukasari di Kota Tangerang. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena peneliti melihat adanya penurunan kunjungan pasien Askes pada tahun 2012. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dengan desain longitudinal. Teori yang digunakan untuk melihat dimensi kualitas adalah teori Cronin and Taylor (1992) yang terdiri dari lima variabel yaitu tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan emphaty. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi kualitas yang signifikan berhubungan dengan kepuasan adalah tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan emphaty dimana tangible adalah variabel dimensi kualitas yang paling kuat hubungannya dengan kepuasan.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peneliti menyarankan agar puskesmas meningkatkan kenyamanan pasien dengan meningkatkan fasilitas yang ada, meningkatkan kedisiplinan jadwal pelayanan, meningkatkan kesigapan dokter dan perawat, serta meningkatkan keterampilan perawat. Dinas Kesehatan perlu upaya peningkatan pembinaan kedisiplinan dan meningkatkan pelayanan puskesmas Sukasari menjadi rawat inap serta PT Askes perlu upaya peningkatan pelayanan dengan memberikan informasi hak dan kewajiban peserta Askes dan memfasilitasi program-program pencegahan di puskesmas lain di Kota Tangerang.
This thesis explores the relationship between perceptions of the dimensions of quality of health care at the health center patient satisfaction Askes Sukasari Tangerang City. This research was conducted because researchers saw a decrease in patient visits in 2012 Askes. This study is an observational study with a longitudinal design. Theory that used to see the dimensions of quality is the theory of Cronin and Taylor (1992) which consists of five variables: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The results showed that the quality dimension significantly related to satisfaction is tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangible is the variable dimension quality where the most powerful relationship with satisfaction.
Based on this study, the researcher suggests the health center to improve their Askes patients? satisfaction through their Public Health Care Services by improving their facility, improving discipline in their service schedule, improving the responsiveness of the doctors and nurses, and improving the skills of their nurses. Health Department needs to increase efforts to prove service discipline and coaching clinic Sukasari be hospitalized. PT Askes need to improve services by providing information rights and obligations of participants and facilitate prevention programs in other health centers in the city of Tangerang.

Surgical site infection (SSI) is a major cause increased medical costs, increased length of stay and extended recovery time for women who had a cesarean section. The incidence of SSI in developing countries is higher than in developed countries. Mothers who had done cesarean section surgery have a chance up to 20 times higher of developing morbidity of infection compared to vaginal birth. Therefore this study aims to identify the incidence and risk factors of SSI postoperative cesarean also the relationship with improving the quality of health services. The research question was answered with a literature review research and results were summarized narratively. A literature search using databases from ProQuest, PubMed, BJOG, Science Direct, Springer Link andGaruda RISTEKBRIN between 2010 and 2020. The literature on risk of surgical site infection after cesarean surgery was discussed. In total, 43 studies were included in this review. Risk factor for surgical site infection (SSI) after cesarean section identified in this study were maternal age, ASA score ≥ 3, anaemia, diabetes, obesity, hypertension, smoking, tobacco use, residence, number of vaginal examinations > 3, premature rupture of membranes, prolonged labor, gestational age, indications of cesarean section (previous cesarean section, parity, arrest of labor), chorioamnionitis, length of pre and postoperative hospital stay, prophylactic antibiotics, prolonged duration of surgery, emergency surgery, blood transfusion, wound class ≥ 3, vertical or midline abdominal incision, skin closure technique, anesthetic technique and type of surgeon. Based on the risk factors of SSI after cesarean section that has been identified, several efforts can be made by hospitals to improve the quality of cesarean section services.
