Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dan besar risiko kehamilan tidak diinginkan untuk melahirkan berat bayi lahir rendah berdasarkan persepsi ibu di Indonesia tahun 2010 beserta faktor-faktor perancunya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik dengan data sekunder Riset Kesehatan Dasar (Riskesdas) tahun 2010 dengan menggunakan desain penelitian kohort retrospektif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis multivariat ditemukan bahwa ibu yang mengalami kehamilan tidak diinginkan mempunyai odds melahirkan bayi BBLR berdasarkan persepsi ibu sebesar 1,27 kali dibandingkan dengan ibu yang mengalami kehamilan diinginkan setelah dikontrol oleh umur ibu, umur kehamilan, frekuensi periksa hamil (ANC) dan jumlah pil zat besi. Dan pada model probabilitas didapatkan risiko ibu dalam melahirkan bayi BBLR pada kelompok kehamilan tidak diinginkan lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelompok kehamilan diinginkan, masing-masing kelompok dengan asumsi umur ibu tidak berisiko (20-34 tahun), umur kehamilan cukup bulan, frekuensi ANC adekuat minimal 4 kali dan pil zat besi minimal 90 hari.
This study aims to describe and the risk of unwanted pregnancies to delivering low birth weight by mother's perceived in Indonesia and by its confounders. This study is a secondary data analytic Health Research Association (Riskesdas 2010) in 2010 by using a retrospective cohort study design. Based on the results of multivariate analysis found that women with unwanted pregnancies have odds of LBW babies by mother's perception is 1,27 times compared to women with wanted pregnancies after controlled by age, gestation's age, frequency of antenatal care (ANC) and number of iron pills. And the probability model obtained maternal risk in low birth weight babies in the group of unwanted pregnancies is higher than the wanted pregnancies with assumptions age, gestation's enough month, an adequate frequency of antenatal care (ANC) and number of iron pills minimal 90 days.
The focus of this study is description of babies with low birth weight adn related factors. This research is quantitative with a cross-sectional design and sample size 105. The place of research in Tebet sub district health centers using secondary data from the period of January to October in 2013. The Data are maternal age, education level, employment status, maternal anemia, pre-pregnant BMI, gestational age, weight gain corresponding pre-pregnant BMI, parity and delivery of iron tablet.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh anemia pada ibu hamil terhadap BBLR, dengan desain penelitian case control. Penelitian ini menggunakan data rekam medis RSUD Argamkmur, populasi penelitian ini adalah ibu yang melahirkan bayi di RSUD Arga Makmur, Bengkulu Utara tahun 2017 – 2018. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 126 ibu yang melahirkan dengan BBLR sebagai kasus dan 126 ibu yang melahirkan dengan BBL normal (> 2500grm) sebagai kontrol.
Hasil penelitian proporsi BBLR dengan ibu hamil anemia trimester III sebesar 46,83%, lebih tinggi di bandingkan dengan proporsi BBL normal dengan ibu hamil anemia trimester III sebesar 34,13%. Nilai OR 1,70 (95% CI: 1,009 – 2.86) Ibu hamil dengan anemia pada trimester III berisiko untuk BBLR 1,70 kali lebih besar dibandingkan dengan ibu hamil trimester III dengan kadar Hb normal.
Low Birth Weight (LBW) is weight at birth less than 2500 grams, is a complex syndrome that includes premature birth, small babies for gestational age (small for gestational age = SGA) or a combination of the two. LBW is associated with fetal and neonatal death and morbidity, inhibits growth and development and increases the risk of future infectious diseases.
The aim of this study is to see the effect of anemia on pregnant women on LBW, with a case control study design. This study used medical records from the Arga Makmur Regional General Hospital (RSUD), the population of this study is mothers who gave birth to babies in Arga Makmur Regional General Hospital (RSUD), North Bengkulu in 2017 - 2018. The sample of this study consist of 126 mothers gave birth with LBW as a case and 126 mothers gave birth with normal birth weight (> 2500grm) as a control.
The results of the study on the proportion of LBW with pregnant women with anemia in the third trimester is 46.83%, higher than the proportion of normal birth weight with pregnant women with anemia in the third trimester of 34.13%. OR 1.70 (95% CI: 1.009 - 2.86) Pregnant women with anemia in the third trimester are at risk for LBW 1.70 times greater than for third trimester pregnant women with normal Hb levels.
