The incidence of DHF is still high every year, although the number of cases of death tends to decrease. DHF causes more severe symptoms of the disease and is treated if it has become co-infected with the COVID-19 virus. This study aims to determine the distribution of cases of dengue fever in Palembang City and analyze vigilance before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. A descriptive qualitative research method with in-depth interview techniques with 3 informants was used, as well as reviewing documents from the Directorate for Prevention and Control of Vector Infectious Diseases and Zoonoses, South Sumatra Provincial Health Office, Palembang City Health Office, and related public health centers. The results show that the incidence of DHF in Palembang City before the COVID-19 pandemic in 2018 had an IR value of 39.06 per 100,000 population, this fact increased in 2019 reaching 41.91 per 100,000 population, but this figure did not exceed the target of DHF incidence of 49 per 100,000 population. 100,000 inhabitants. While the incidence of DHF in Palembang City during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 reached 26.07 per 100,000 population, this figure did not exceed the target of DHF incidence of 49 per 100,000 population. In 2020, none of the sub-districts in the city of Palembang exceeded the target for the incidence of dengue, this issue shows that during the COVID-19 pandemic there was a decrease in cases in every sub-district in the city of Palembang. The level of awareness in 2018-2019 was in the very good category, in 2020 it was in the moderate category. Based on the analysis of the incidence of dengue fever in Palembang, it can be ensured that there is a decrease in dengue cases during the COVID-19 pandemic compared to before the COVID-19 pandemic, because during the COVID-19 pandemic There were strict regulations, namely PSBB, and Officers' awareness of dengue has been diverted because they are more concerned with reducing COVID-19 cases
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai kinerja perawat rawat imp dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kinerja perawat. Penelitian dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Palembang dari tanggal 1 April sampai dengan 31 Mei 2001. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional pada 60 perawat di ruang rawat inap.
Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariat; dengan menggunakan uji statistik deskriptif, regresi linier, t-test dan analisa varian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja perawat rata-rata adalah 294,71 dan nilai median 303,30. Setelah dikelompokkan dengan pengkategorian baik dan kurang didapatkan hasil 50 % kinerja baik dan 50 % kinerja kurang. Dari analisis bivariat didapatkan bahwa faktor tingkat pendidikan, motivasi, persepsi peran, disain pekerjaan, imbalan. dan sumberdaya mempunyai hubungan yang bermakna dengan kinerja. Dan hasil analisis multivariat didapat bahwa faktor-faktor tingkat pendidikan, persepsi peran, imbalan dan merupakan faktor-faktor yang dominan secara bersama-sama berhubungan dengan kinerja perawat.
Perlu bagi pihak mamajemen RS Jiwa Palembang untuk memperhatikan peningkatan kinerja perawat dalam pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan dengan meningkatkan pendidikan, balk pendidikan formal maupun non formal yang terprogram. Variabel imbalan perlu diperhatikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja perawat, dengan mengadakan program pelatihan yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja dan kebanggaan peran sebagai perawat.
Factors Related to Performance of Inpatient Nurses in Palembang Mental Hospital, Year 2001Nursing is one the profession that plays important role in organizing efforts of assuring quality of care in hospital. Nursing documentation is an important document for patients nursing activities in the hospital.
Human resource, especially nurses play an important role in increasing the nursing activities service quality that in turn will increase the service quality. Therefore, productivity increase is needed to improve performance. The performance is highly affected by various factors, both internally and externally.
This research is intended to obtain description regarding the performance of inpatients nurses and to implement nursing activities documentation and to identify factors related the performance of the nurses. The research was done in Palembang Mental Hospital from April 1 to May 31, 2001. The research design used is cross sectional on 60 nurses in the inpatients room.
The analysis used was univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis; by using descriptive statistics test; linear regression , independent sample t-test and analysis of variance. The result of the research indicates that average performance of the nurses is 294,71 and median value is 303,30. After it is group according to good and poor category, it is found out that 50 % is good and 50 % is poor. From bivariate analysis it is obtained that education, motivation, role perception , job design and resources factors have significant relationship with performance ( p < 0,05 ). From the multivariate analysis, it is obtained that education, role perception and incentive factors are dominant factors collectively with relationship to the performance of the nurses.
It is necessary that management of Palembang Mental Hospital to consider the nurses performance in documentation of the nursing activities by increasing the education, both formal and informal programmed education. The role perception and .incentive variable needs to be considered in increasing the performance of the nurses, by organizing training program that will increased the work motivation and self-respect as nurses.
Sejak adanya laporan penelitian Heinrich tahun 1951 yang memperlihatkan bahwa perlaku tidak aman bertanggung jawab atas lebih dari 90% kecelakaan kerja dan telah banyak perusahaan dan industri yang menggunakan pendekatan behavioral based safety (BBS) dalam program kesehatan dan keselamatan kerjanya. Sebagai sebuah industri kimia, PT Pupuk Sriwijaya (PT Pusri) juga memiliki banyak resiko kecelakaan kerja bagi karyawannya dan sejak tahun 2012 PT Pusri telah melaksanakan program K3. Pada tahun 2012 PT Pusri berada pada level 3 dari maksimum level 5 berdasarkan hasil survai Safety Culture Maturity Level (SCML). Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan tinjauan terhadap pelaksanaan BBS dalam program K3 di PT Pusri Palembang. Penilitian ini adalah sebuah penelitian potong lintang yang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif, dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei 2013 dengan fokus utama pada implementasi 9 kriteria BBS yaitu ownership, ketetapan baku definisi safe/unsafe behavior, pelatihan, observasi, pengukuran performa program, umpan balik, reinforcement, goal-setting dan review di PT Pusri Palembang. Sampel penelitian adalah karyawan dan manejer yang telah bekerja sekurang-kurangnya satu tahun yang setuju menjadi partisipan dalam penelitian ini, dengan 44 orang dari unit produksi dipakai sebagai informan kunci. Data dikumpulkan dengan memakai kuesioner yang dirancang khusus, daftar tilik, observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Semua data kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif dan analisis konten serta analisis triangulasi. Ditemukan bahwa pelaksanaan program K3 di PT Pusri masih belum sejalan dengan kriteria pencapaian BBS. Walaupun demikian ditemukan juga adanya kesadaran akan kelemahan tersebut dan adanya sikap positif dikalangan pimpinan dan staf untuk memperbaiki kekurangan yang ada. Berdasarkan temuan ini peneliti ingin memberikan rekomendasi kepada PT Pusri untuk merancang ulang program K3 yang disesuaikan dengan pendekatan BBS sebagaimana telah dilaksanakan oleh perusahaan dan industri besar diseluruh dunia.
Since Heinrich reproted in 1951 that unsafe behaviors were responsible for up to 90% of harms and injuries among workers, Behavioral Based Safety approach has been implemented by many industries and corporates around the world. As a chemical industry, PT Pupuk Sriwijaya brings occupational risks to the workers and since 2012 Occupational Health and Safety (K3) programs has been implemented. In 2012 PT Pusri was in level 3 from maximum level of 5, according to Safety Culture Maturity Level (SCML) score. The main objective of this study is to review the implementation of Behavioral Based Safety (BBS) approach integrated in the Occupational Health and Safety Prorams at PT Pusri Palembang. This is a crosssectional study with quantitative and qualitative approach, carried out in May 2013 focusing at the implementation of the 9 BBS criteria i.e., ownership, predetermined definitions of the safe/unsafe behaviors, trainings, observations, program performance assessment, feedbacks, reinforcements, goal-setting and reviews as practiced so far at PT Pusri Palembang. The study participants are managements and labors of PT Pusri who have been working at least for one year and agree to take part in the study, of which 44 of the participants from the production unit were treated as key source-persons. Data and information were collected by means of a specially devised questionnaire, check-lists, observations and in-depth interviews. All data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, content-analysis and triangulation analysis. It was found out that the K3 programs performed at PT Pusri has not been in line with the BBS implementation criteria yet. However it is fortunate to find out that the awareness of the flaws and the need of improvement are profound among the PT Pusri management. Based on these findings, I would like to recommend PT Pusri to redesign its K3 programs according to the BBS criteria as already practised by others big corporates around the world.
Studi ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang kepuasan klien dan Faktor yang diduga herhubungan dengan kepuasan klien yaitu interaksi perawat-klien dan karakteristik klien. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Poliklinik Penyakit Dalam Instalasi Rawat Jalan RSMH Palembang dari tanggal 12 Maret sampai 17 Maret 2001 dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, crossc sectional pada 114 klien rawat jalan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan klien sebesar 55,3 % yang merupakan gambaran komposit dari respon perawat, kecepatan pelayanan, keramahan dan kejelasan informasi yang dilakukan oleh perawat. interaksi perawat-klien dicerminkan dengan 4 komponen yaitu perilaku, tampilan emosional, waktu dan tahapan interaksi. Keempat komponen ini seluruhnya berhubungan dengan kepuasan klien dan salah satu diantaranya yaitu perilaku merupakan faktor yang paling dominan.
Dengan hasil penelitian ini disarankan kepada Kepala lnstalasi Rawat Jalan untuk lebih meningkatkan layanan kepada masyarakat melalui petugas kesehatan untuk dapat memperhatikan klien yang mempunyai harapan yang tinggi terhadap perilaku perawat dan cenderung tidak puas terhadap layanan perawat. Perlu penelitian lebih lanjut tentang kepuasan ini terutama menyangkut tentang kepuasan klien diruang-ruang rawat inap dan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan di Instalasi Rawat Jalan.
