The aim of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of telemedicine services in Hermina Hospital Group. This study is conducted in 2022 on 680 subjects consist of 212 patient, 239 staff and 229 management, using a quantitative approach and a cross-sectional design. The results of this study shows that the telemedicine services using Halo Hermina application was deemed effective by 94% of patients, 88% of hospital employees, and 91% of management staffs. Bivariate analysis showed that variables significantly associated with effectiveness were internal business process, learning and growth, customer as well as finance, perceived usefulness, attitude toward using, and behavioral intention to use. Multiple regression model showed that attitude toward using, behavioral intention to use, learning and growth, as well as customer had significant association with effectiveness of telemedicine. Variables related to balanced scorecard (BSC) in the form of internal processes learning & growth, and finance have a determination coefficient of 32,9 % for hospital management, all with p values of <0.05. Variables related to technology acceptance model (TAM) in the forms of attitude towards using and behavioral intent to use have determination coefficient of 58,4 % and 49.8% for patients and employees, respectively. The hospital may use a TAM- and BSC-based approach to increase the effectiveness of telemedicine service with the Halo Hermina application. To increase the use of the Halo Hermina application, Hermina Hospital Group should improve the application in order to make it more user-friendly, in addition to gradually improve the digitalization of healthcare services including the recording of revenues from telemedicine, in order to more prominently view the impact of telemedicine services to the hospital?s performance.

Variabel yang berhubungan dengan kejadian skabies adalah usia (OR=7,922), jenis kelamin (OR=2,533), tingkat pendidikan (OR=5,821), personal higiene kulit (OR=1,889 pada kategori sedang, OR=2,519 pada kategori buruk), personal higiene tangan, kaki dan kuku (OR=1,718 pada kategori sedang, OR=2,068 pada kategori buruk), personal higiene rambut (OR=1,799 pada kategori sedang, OR=2,727 pada kategori buruk), kepadatan hunian (OR=3,054), suhu (OR=1,787), kelembaban (OR=1,803), dan protokol kesehatan (OR=2,395 pada kategori sedang, OR=3,295 pada kategori buruk).
Scabies is a skin disease that is caused by Sarcoptes scabiei. Skabies is estimated to affect more than 200 million people at any time. The World Health Organization (WHO) has designated scabies as a neglected tropical disease and must be treated immediately to attain the Sustainable Development Goals. Public awareness to live clean tends to increase during the Covid-19 pandemic. However, the spread of scabies cases during the pandemic was still high. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors related with the incidence of scabies during a pandemic in X Boarding School, Panei District, Simalungun Regency in 2023. This study used a cross-sectional design with a total sample of 298 students. The study results showed 39,9% respondents experienced scabies and basic sanitation not eligible. The variable related to the incidence of scabies is age (OR=7,922), gender (OR=2,533), education level (OR=5,821), hygiene of skin (OR=1,889 medium category, OR=2,519 bad category), hygiene of hand, feet and nail (OR=1,718 medium category, OR=2,068 bad category), hygiene of hair (OR=1,799 medium category, OR=2,727 bad category), occupancy density (OR=3,054), temperature (OR=1,787), humidity (OR=1,803), and health protocol (OR=2,395 medium category, OR=3,295 bad category). In addition, it can be seen the gender is the dominant factor in this study.
