Abstrak:
Pengendara ojek online yang memiliki durasi dan frekuensi berkendara yang tinggi merupakan salah satu kelompok pengendara dengan risiko terbesar ketika berkendara. Oleh karena itu penting bagi pengendara ojek online untuk selalu menerapkan perilaku keselamatan berkendara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi prevalensi perilaku keselamatan berkendara dan menganalisis faktor faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku keselamatan berkendara pada pengendara ojek online Kota Depok. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross-sectional menggunakan kuesioner Indonesian Motorcycle Rider Behavior Questionnaire (MRBQ) serta kuesioner tambahan lainnya yang disebar secara daring dan luring terhadap 100 pengendara ojek online Kota Depok. Variabel yang diteliti adalah faktor internal (usia, tingkat pendidikan, masa kerja, pengalaman kecelakaan,keterampilan berkendara, persepsi risiko, sikap) dan faktor eksternal (keikutsertaan pelatihan berkendara) serta perilaku keselamatan berkendara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 61% pengendara ojek online yang memiliki perilaku keselamatan berkendara baik. Ditemukan juga hubungan yang signifikan antara sikap,persepsi risiko, dan keikutsertaan pelatihan terhadap perilaku keselamatan berkendara. berdasarkan hasil tersebut, perlu dilakukan berbagai upaya pengendalian dengan cara mengidentifikasi perilaku berkendara pada pengendara dengan cara melakukan evaluasi berkala, mengembangkan program pelatihan yang bersifat interaktif dan berkelanjutan, serta memanfaatkan teknologi pada aplikasi untuk membantu melakukan evaluasi, edukasi, dan sosialisasi keselamatan berkendara.

Therefore, it is important for online motorcycle taxi riders to always implement safety riding behavior. This study aims to identify the prevalence of safety riding behavior and analyze the factors associated with safety riding behavior among online motorcycle taxi drivers in Depok. Kecelakaan kerja masih menjadi isu penting di tempat kerja, termasuk di PT X, sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang telekomunikasi. Salah satu upaya preventif yang dilakukan adalah pelatihan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (safety training) bagi pekerja lapangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas safety training dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan K3 pada pekerja lapangan PT X tahun 2025. Penelitian menggunakan mix method dengan desain pre-eksperimental (One Group Pre-Test Post-Test) pada 55 peserta pelatihan. Data kuantitatif diperoleh melalui pre-test, post-test, dan kuesioner kepuasan, sedangkan data kualitatif dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan telaah dokumen. Analisis statistik dilakukan dengan paired sample t-test, sementara data kualitatif dianalisis secara deskriptif berdasarkan model evaluasi CIRO (Context, Input, Reaction, Outcome). Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata pengetahuan K3 dari 87,64 pada pre-test menjadi 92,73 pada post-test atau naik 5,81% dengan perbedaan yang signifikan (p < 0,05). Seluruh peserta (100%) mencapai nilai di atas Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) sebesar 70. Rata-rata kepuasan peserta terhadap pelatihan mencapai 4,14 (kategori tinggi), dengan penilaian tertinggi pada kompetensi instruktur. Evaluasi aspek konteks dan input menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan sesuai kebutuhan, difasilitasi dengan baik, dan disampaikan oleh instruktur kompeten. Secara keseluruhan, safety training dinyatakan efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan K3.
Workplace accidents remain a major concern, including at PT X, a company engaged in the telecommunications sector. One preventive effort implemented is occupational health and safety (OHS) training for field workers. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of safety training in improving OHS knowledge among field workers at PT X in 2025. A mixed-method approach was used with a pre-experimental design (One Group Pre-Test Post-Test) involving 55 training participants. Quantitative data were collected through pre-tests, post-tests, and satisfaction questionnaires, while qualitative data were gathered through observation and document review. Statistical analysis was conducted using the paired sample t-test, and qualitative data were analyzed descriptively based on the CIRO evaluation model (Context, Input, Reaction, Outcome). Results showed an increase in the average OHS knowledge score from 87.64 (pre-test) to 92.73 (post-test), representing a 5.81% improvement, with a statistically significant difference (p < 0.05). All participants (100%) achieved scores above the minimum passing criteria (≥ 70). The average satisfaction score was 4.14 (high category), with the highest rating in instructor competence. Evaluation of the context and input aspects indicated that the training was relevant, well-facilitated, and delivered by competent instructors. Overall, the safety training was effective in enhancing workers’ OHS knowledge.

Dalam praktiknya, industri penerbangan memiliki sistem yang kompleks dengan tingkat risiko yang tinggi, dimana sistem operasional yang tidak aman dapat menimbulkan dampak yang merugikan. Maka dari itu, aspek keselamatan merupakan aspek yang diutamakan dalam industri penerbangan. Walaupun penerbangan sudah dianggap moda transportasi yang paling aman, masih terdapat ruang untuk mempertahankan dan juga meningkatkan performa keselamatan. Sejumlah penelitian menunjukkan pentingnya pengukuran iklim keselamatan dan kaitanya dengan performa keselamatan di perusahaan. Maka dari itu, pengukuran Iklim leselamatan pada perusahaan yang baru saja menyediakan pelayanan penerbangan komersil berjadwal. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan penerbangan komersil yang diteliti memiliki iklim keselamatan yang optimal, walaupun masih terdapat ruang untuk perbaikan pada dimensi yang terkait dengan equipment & maintenance dan safety rule & procedure.
The safety aspect is a priority in Aviation Industry due to its nature, which involves a complex system with a high level of risk, where unsafe operational systems can lead to detrimental impacts. The aviation industry has taken significant steps to improve its overall safety systems, resulting in travel by air is now considered to be the safest mode of transport. Nevertheless, the continuous effort to uphold and enhance safety remains crucial, and there are still areas where safety enhancements can be implemented. Several studies show the importance of measuring the safety climate and its relation to safety performance especially in High Risk Industries (HRO) such as Aviation. Therefore, measuring safety climate is crucial to be conducted for an airline that has just begun providing scheduled commercial aviation services, PT XYZ. The results show that the airline being studied has an optimal safety climate, although there is still room for improvement in the dimensions related to Equipment & Maintenance and Safety Rules & Procedures.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan umum untuk menganalisis praktek manajemen K3 terkait motivasi pekerja PT PQR sehingga dapat menjadi dasar pertimbangan dalam pembuatan kebijakan manajemen terkait K3 yang lebih tepatsasaran. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mixed approachatau semi kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Kombinasi ini dilakukanuntuk menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan penelitian yang tidak sepenuhnya dapatdijawab dengan pendekatan kualitatif ataupun kualitatif. Hasil dalam penelitiansebagai berikut : (1) Penelitian menunjukan bahwa rata-rata dimensi yang diamatiberada pada skala 5 atau dalam skala sangat sesuai. Hal tersebut menunjukkanbahwa motivasi keselamatan terkait praktik manajemen sudah tinggi dan perlu dipertahankan kedepannya. (2) Komunikasi keselamatan dan umpan balik di ketahui merupakan faktor yang dipersepsikan paling rendah di bandingkan faktor yanglain. Namun berbeda dengan hasil wawancara yang menunjukkan bahwa : Komunikasi Keselamatan dan Umpan Balik terlihat sudah cukup berjalan denganbaik. Hal ini menujukkan adanya perbedaan antara hasil kuesioner dengan hasil wawancara. (3) Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa terhadap hubungan yang bermakna antara komitmen amanjemen pelatihan keselamatan, keterlibatan karyawan, komunikasi keselamatan dan umpan balik, peraturan dan prosedur keselamatan, kebijakan promosi keselamatan dengan motivasi keselamatan. Hal tersebut menujukkan bahwa motivasi keselamatan kerja karyawan di PT PQR initerkait dengan komitmen amanjemen pelatihan keselamatan, keterlibatan karyawan, komunikasi keselamatan dan umpan balik, peraturan dan prosedur keselamatan, dan kebijakan promosi keselamatan.
