Dalam upaya menjamin tumbuh kembang anak secara optimal sesuai dengan PERMENKES Nomor 25 Tahun 2014, Posyandu binaan Astra Provinsi DKI Jakarta telah kembali melakukan penyelenggaraan posyandu sesuai peraturan dan izin Pemerintah setempat. Namun selain dapat memenuhi tugasnya, posyandu harus tetap mengutamakan pencegahan penyebaran virus COVID-19. Hasil studi pendahuluan melalui pengamatan pada laporan dokumentasi kegiatan yang diberikan oleh kader posyandu binaan Astra dalam grup WhatsApp, diketahui dalam kurun waktu November 2021 ? April 2022 terdapat 13 posyandu yang mengirimkan dokumentasi foto kegiatan penyelenggaraan posyandu. Ditemukan 10 posyandu tidak sesuai dengan protokol kesehatan, seperti melepas atau tidak menggunakan masker, dan tidak mengatur jarak antar pengunjung posyandu ataupun meja posyandu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta menganalisa determinan perilaku pencegahan COVID-19 pada kader Posyandu binaan Astra. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional dengan data primer yang diambil melalui penelitian kuantitatif non eksperimental dengan desain survey. Dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner secara online pada bulan Juli sampai dengan Agustus tahun 2022 pada Kader Posyandu Binaan Astra Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perilaku kader dalam melaksanakan protokol kesehatan di Posyandu guna pencegahan COVID-19 sudah baik.Berdasarkan hasil analisis hanya variabel sarana yang memiliki hubungan signifikan terhadap perilaku pencegahan COVID-19 pada kader, dengan P value 0,001 dan diperoleh nilai OR = 7,7.
In an effort to ensure optimal growth and development of children according to PERMENKES Number 25 of 2014, Posyandu assisted by Astra DKI Jakarta Province has returned to implementing posyandu according to local government regulations and permits. In addition to being able to fulfill their duties, posyandu must continue to prioritize preventing the spread of the COVID-19 virus. The results of the preliminary study for November 2021 ? April 2022, based on activity documentation reports, showed that there were 13 posyandu that sent photo documentation of Posyandu organizing activities. There were 10 posyandu that did not comply with health protocols, such as removing or not wearing masks, and not setting the distance between posyandu visitors or posyandu tables. There are as many as 10 posyandu that do not comply with health protocols, such as removing or not wearing masks, and not keeping distance. This study aims to identify and analyze the determinants of COVID-19 prevention behavior in Astra-assisted Posyandu cadres. The research design used was cross sectional with primary data, with non-experimental quantitative research and a survey design. Online questionnaires were distributed from July to August 2022 to Astra-guided Posyandu Cadres in DKI Jakarta Province. The results of the study show that the behavior of cadres in implementing health protocols at Posyandu to prevent COVID-19 is good. And based on the results of the analysis only the means variable has a significant relationship to the behavior of COVID-19 prevention in cadres, with a P value of 0.001 and an OR value of 7.7 is obtained.

Abstrak:
Kepatuhan terhadap protokol kesehatan mengalami penurunan setelah dilaksanakannya vaksinasi COVID-19. Implementasi protokol kesehatan di Kecamatan Ciracas, Jakarta Timur masih berada di bawah standar kepatuhan protokol kesehatan di setiap daerah, sedangkan program vaksinasi sudah dilakukan dari bulan Januari 2021. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan protokol kesehatan pasca vaksinasi pada masyarakat di Kecamatan Ciracas tahun 2022. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional menggunakan data primer. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 178 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responden sudah patuh dengan nilai rata-rata 80,18 dari skala 100. Uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa jenis kelamin (p value = 0,001), pengetahuan (p value = 0,005), persepsi kerentanan (p value = 0,037), persepsi keparahan (p value = 0,037) dan persepsi manfaat (p value = 0,001) berhubungan dengan kepatuhan protokol kesehatan pasca vaksinasi. Hasil penelitian menyarankan untuk memperkuat komunikasi masyarakat, edukasi yang lebih massif kepada tokoh masyarakat, tokoh agama hingga ketua wilayah dengan menjadikan sebagai agen promosi kesehatan, serta memperkuat platform online untuk dijadikan media promosi kesehatan yang sederhana, menarik dan mudah dipahami.

Abstrak:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan protokol kesehatan COVID-19 pada masyarakat Desa Way Huwi Kecamatan Jati Agung Kabupaten Lampung Selatan tahun 2021 menggunakan teori Health Belief Models. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode cross-sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu masyarakat Desa Way Huwi yang berusia 18-69 tahun dalam kondisi sehat serta dapat mengakses kuesioner online pada penelitian ini dengan jumlah sampel 78 orang. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji Cho Square. Hasil penelitian adalah hanya sebesar 42,3% masyarakat Desa Way Huwi yang patuh melaksanakan protokol kesehatan COVID-19. Variabel yang berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan protokol kesehatan COVID-19 adalah cues to action (p value 0,002).

Walaupun pendidikan di berbagai wilayah di Indonesia sudah dapat berlangsung secara tatap muka, bukan berarti ancaman terhadap paparan COVID-19 pada warga sekolah telah hilang. Hal tersebut terlihat dari tingginya kasus positif COVID-19 di Indonesia, di mana Provinsi DKI Jakarta merupakan provinsi dengan kasus positif COVID-19 tertinggi di Indonesia. Selain itu, keberadaan klaster penularan COVID-19 di sekolah-sekolah juga menunjukkan pentingnya penerapan protokol kesehatan COVID-19 di sekolah. SDN Ujung Menteng 02 merupakan salah satu sekolah yang harus ditutup selama dua minggu akibat terdapat beberapa warga sekolah yang positif COVID-19. Dalam penelitian ini dibahas mengenai implementasi protokol kesehatan COVID-19 di SDN Ujung Menteng 02 dengan melihat variabel yang terdapat pada Model Implementasi Edward III. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, SDN Ujung Menteng 02 telah cukup baik dalam mengimplementasikan protokol kesehatan COVID-19. Namun, masih terdapat perilaku warga sekolah yang harus dibenahi, seperti penggunaan masker, menjaga jarak, dan lain sebagainya. Sumber daya, komunikasi, dan disposisi (sikap) warga sekolah sudah baik dalam mengimplementasikan protokol kesehatan COVID-19 di SDN Ujung Menteng 02. Namun, struktur birokrasi pada Satgas COVID-19 SDN Ujung Menteng 02 masih perlu diperbaiki dan ditingkatkan.

This can be seen from the number of positive cases of COVID-19 in Indonesia, where DKI Jakarta Province is the province with the highest positive cases of COVID-19 in Indonesia. The COVID-19 transmission clusters in schools also show the importance of implementing COVID-19 health protocols in schools. SDN Ujung Menteng 02 was one of the schools that had to be closed due to several school residents who were positive for COVID-19. This study discusses the implementation of the COVID-19 health protocol at SDN Ujung Menteng 02 by looking at the variables from Edward III Implementation Model. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan kepatuhan protokol kesehatan pencegahan dan penularan COVID-19 pada masyarakat di Kabupaten Brebes tahun 2021 berdasarkan teori health belief model. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional menggunakan data primer yang dilakukan di Kabupaten Brebes pada Juni 2021 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 302 responden. Data berupa hasil pengisian kuesioner dengan metode daring yang diisi sendiri oleh responden dan dianalisis dengan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa responden sudah patuh melaksanakan protokol kesehatan dengan rata-rata skor 70 dari skala 100.
