Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas mengenai Analisis Sistem Proteksi Kebakaranpada Gedung Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Indonesia dengan Menggunakan SNIdan NFPA tahun 2013. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ingin melihat apakah sistemproteksi kebakaran pada gedung Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Indonesia sudahbisa dikatakan baik atau buruk. Dalam penelitian kali ini, penulis menggunakanceklis sebagai cara untuk mengetahui baik buruknya sistem proteksi kebakaran,yang tiap-tiap variabelnya mengacu pada SNI dan NFPA. Variabel yang menjadialat ukur penelitian kali ini adalah baik buruknya sprinkler, APAR, titik panggilmanual, alarm, hidran, detekor, dan laboratorium. Selain itu, penulis jugamelakukan wawancara mendalam untuk mendapatkan pengayaan informasikepada pihak-pihak yang dirasa memiliki informasi terkait sistem kebakaran yangada. Pada hasil penelitian, berdasarkan hasil ceklis ke enam variabel yangmengacu pada SNI dan NFPA terkait sistem proteksi kebakaran pada gedungFakultas Farmasi Universitas Indonesia, disimpulkan bahwa sistem proteksikebakaran yang ada pada Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Indonesia masih belumbisa dikatakan baik. Tidak sesuainya keadaan sistem proteksi kebakaran yang ada dengan ketentuan yang berlaku pada SNI dan NFPA, serta kurang baiknya managemen dalam pengelolaan sistem proteksi kebakaran di gedung Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Idonesia menjadi alasan penulis, mengapa sistem proteksi kebakaran pada gedung Fakultas farmasi Universitas Indonesia belum dapat diakatakan baik.

This study discusses the Fire Protection System Analysis at the Universityof Indonesia Faculty of Pharmacy Building in 2013 by using SNI and NFPA. Thepurpose of this study wanted to see if the fire protection system in the building ofthe Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Indonesia can be said to be good or bad. Inthis study, the authors use the checklist as a way to determine the merits of fireprotection systems, which each variable refers to the SNI and NFPA. Thevariables in this study are the good and bad sprinkler, fire extinguisher, manualcall point, alarm, fire hydrant, detector, and laboratory. In addition, the authorsalso conducted in-depth interviews for the benefit of the information to the partiesare deemed to have information related to the existing fire system. On the resultsof the study, based on the results of the checklist to six variable that refers to therelevant SNI and NFPA fire protection systems in the building of the Faculty ofPharmacy, University of Indonesia, it was concluded that the existing fireprotection system at the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Indonesia was notgood. Incompatibility of the state of the existing fire protection system with theapplicable provisions of SNI and NFPA, as well as the lack of good managementin the management of the fire protection system in the building of the Faculty ofPharmacy, University of Indonesia become the reason the author, why the fireprotection systems in buildings Pharmaceutical Faculty, University of Indonesiacan not be said good.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis terhadap gambaran manajementanggap darurat kebakaran dan sarana penyelamatan jiwa yang ada di gedung FakultasFarmasi Universitas Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitikdengan melakukan observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan telaah dokumen. Hasil daripenelitian ini selanjutnya dibandingkan kesesuaiannya dengan Permen PU No.20/PRT/M/2009, Permen PU No.26/PRT/M/2008, Kepmen PU No. 10/KPTS/2000, SNI03-1746-2000, SNI 03-6574-2001, dan dan standar internasional NFPA 101. Hasilpenelitian didapatkan bahwa Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Indonesia belum memilikimanajemen tanggap darurat kebakaran yang sesuai dengan standar. Saranapenyelamatan jiwa yang belum semuanya terpenuhi adalah koridor, pintu darurat,tangga darurat, petunjuk arah jalan keluar, dan pencahayaan darurat. Dari hasilpenelitian maka diperlukan pengadaan bagi manajemen tanggap darurat kebakaran danperbaikan bagi sarana penyelamatan jiwa yang belum memenuhi persyaratan, sertadilakukan pemeliharaan bagi yang sudah terpenuhi.

The purpose of the research is to analyze the management overview fire emergencyresponse and facility of life saving in Faculty of Pharmacy building, University ofIndonesia. This research used the descriptive analytic metod with performing fieldoverview, interview, and document study. The result of this research will be comparedits conformity with Permen PU No. 20/PRT/M/2009. Permen PU No. 26/PRT/M/2008,Kepmen PU No. 10/KPTS/2000, SNI 03-1746-2000, SNI 03-6574-2001, and NFPA101. This result shows that Faculty of Pharmacy in University of Indonesia yet to havestandard compliant fire emergency response management. The place that yet to have lifesaving facility including corridor, emergency doors, emergency stares, exit directions,and emergency lightings. From this research conclude that the procurement is requiredfor management of the fire emergency responnse and requirement for the life savingfacility wich do not meet the requiremnts, and maintenace for the facility.
